Alucard is a tall man with pale skin, and long flowing dark hair. He usually dresses in a distinct Victorian fashion. His usual attire is usually a Charcoal black suit with a white undershirt, and a decorative red ribbon underneath his collar, with black leather ridding boots. Alucard usually wears a red duster over his suit with a red wide brimmed fedora hat. He also has a pair of unusual round, heavily tinted red wire framed sunglasses. He has a pair of white gloves with pentagons on them which help seal his incredible powers.
When he releases the first seal, his clothing becomes black and he seems to be wearing a heavy trench coat of some kind that is pitch black.
Personality:
Alucard is virtually invincible, and as such he is very egotistical and arrogant. He has a habit of belittling his opponents and even underestimating them at times. He will even take seemingly fatal injuries as a means of showing his opponents how weak they truly are compared to him. It is fun for him to not just kill his opponent but break them entirely.
He loves worthy fights, especially against humans who are men rather than dogs or servants. Underneath his cold, arrogant, attitude he is sad and envies humans mostly because they have the gift of death. He sometimes expresses a desire to be killed or at least defeated by a human, because in his own mind it would be the ultimate irony and truth. As a result he expresses a joy bordering on respect for certain humans because of their bravery, and willingness to fight to the death even though they are mortal.
Alucard is not against his own immortality though, he seems to believe that a human has to earn that right, either through some force of will or respect for that individual. He can't abide cowards and weaklings of any kind. Examples of cowardice for Alucard would be suicide, killing unnecessarily, and in general acting stronger than you actually are.
Powers/Abilities:
Immortality- it is unknown how this is possible but he can't seem to die. However that doesn't mean his body is completely invincible. It can bleed, it can be harmed by blessed weapons, and he can be beheaded, or stabbed in the heart. These seem to just slow him down and hinder him heavily for a while. Third eye- He can seemingly shoot his hand guns without looking at his target directly or aim. He refers to this often as his third eye.
Super human strength- He is stronger than any human or vampire, he is capable of ripping through vampires or humans as if they are paper. He can also wield guns that are incredibly powerful and would be considered heavy weaponry by any other person such as his 13mm jackal.
Super human speed- He is incredibly fast able to dodge bullets if he wanted to, and able to do things like catch bullets with his teeth.
Intangibility- he can pass through solid objects should he wish to do so, this also seems to help act as a form of teleportation for Alucard.
Super human agility- he can somewhat defy gravity should he wish to do so, He can leap impossible distances, or walk up buildings if he wants.
Shape-shifting- He can change his body's form in anyway he chooses, He can change into a hell hound, bat, insect, or even change his shadows into such creatures. He also has four human shapes each one has different strengths and weapons. He really doesn't consider his form to mean anything.
Shadow manipulation- he can control amorphous shadows that sometimes form around his body.he has been seen granting his shadows physical form.
Weather control- he can control weather to an unknown degree though he rarely does so.
Telekinesis- He can control peoples mind, read their surface thoughts, move objects/people with his mind, and even hypnotize humans.
Summoning- He can summon familiars, these are the souls of those whose blood he has drank, and he can only summon them after releasing his final Control art restriction.
Blood drain- Alucard has a much greater control over his ability to drain blood, he can drain through he standard means of biting. However he can also do so through his clothing or pressance should he choose. In doing so he absorbs the person's soul and even their memories.
immunity to most vampire weakness- Sunlight annoys and aggravates him, but is harmless for the most part. he has had his head cut off, his heart stabbed through, and has been injured with blessed silver. The only real injuries that have caused any semblance of damage to him, are holy Christian artifacts (like the spear of longines, witch blade, nail.)

Integra- She is someone he values but she is also someone who has the greatest amount of control over him as the Heir of the Hellsing family. She holds absolute authority over Alucard.
Arrogance- He is a vampire who has survived unknown centuries and often lets himself take severe damage and injuries before fighting against his opponent. This can also cause him to underestimate the abilities of his opponents.
War- He loves combat he absolutely loves it, at one point is was his view that combat was the only viable form of prayer to god. Its also fun to cause destruction and mayhem.
Fascination with humans- He is fascinated and envious of humans he finds them an interesting species whose greatest weakness is their greatest strength. he also believes that a human is the only thing that can kill a monster.
Anger- He gets mad when people don't provide him with enough entertainment and are pathetically weak.
Sadist- He doesn't just kill his enemies he crushes them, and he enjoys every minute of it.
Hatred- He hates cowards, monsters, and weaklings.

However there were many terrible events throughout his life that made him question and eventually HATE god when he was younger. The first one being when he was young he was raped by a high ranking priest or ruler, the second one being during the crusades when he and his men were defeated by the Turks. Mostly his men died by his own hand, he was set to execution for this crime, before his execution he drank the blood of his men becoming a true vampire.
From there his trail was lost to the flow of time until around 1897, when he faced Abraham van Hellsing, Jonathan Harker, Quincey Morris, and Jack Seward. They destroyed his minions, released his control over Mina harker, and stabbed him in the heart.
It is unknown why but alucard was not destroyed when he was defeated by van hellsing, what is known is he entered servitude to the Hellsing family. It is unknown if it was willingly or forcibly, what is known since that time 100 years ago he has served the descendants of the hellsing family.
He later appears during WW II to put a stop to millineum's vampire soldier creation program. He and young Walter Dormez, seek out and destroy all the Nazi conspirators they can find. It is sometime during this event that he is given the identity alucard. He is later sealed inside the dungeons and put to sleep, because Sir Aurther Hellsing believed alucard was too powerful a medicine for the world and should be used sparingly.
10 years ago Integra Wingates Hellsing released alucard from his long sleep when threatened by her uncle, who tried to usurp the title of head family member after the death of integra's father. After she was shot in the shoulder, the blood from the injury landed on and near alucard allowing him to revive to his former strength. He proceeded to kill the conspirators succeeding in protecting Integra and ensuring that she was the head of the Family.

It was cold, it was cloudy, and yet it was vaguely peaceful. A lone figure walked through the nearby hills of a small village. It was a familiar scene for the stranger as he walked through the forest. It was quiet it was breezy, the figure was clad in black and crimson. It walked peaceably through the forest of a small English village.
"What a miserable Night, If only..." the figure paused and stared at the cloudy sky. He could make out the moon's faded light but couldn't see much beyond that. I wonder is it full, crescent, or half? the figure paused a few moments to gaze at the sky. His red coat billowed behind him as he ignored the cool quiet breeze.
There was still some cleaning up to do, ever since the zombie out break there had been little time for him to rest. He had been forced to both deal with the normal gutter trash of 3rd and 4th rate vampires in addition to these sad perversions of ghouls. Though really they weren't that different from one another ghouls, and these mad zombies.
The main difference alucard could determine is these zombies were not like ghouls. Ghouls there was a purpose they could be controlled should the vampire wish to do so. Ghouls were also a little more disgusting than these things, granted the easiest difference is the method you used to kill them. A ghoul a single shot to the head or the heart with a silver bullet was enough to turn them into ash and bones. These new creatures, they couldn't be controlled, they attacked at random and only died when shot in the head.
Either way it was easy one shot in those weak spots and they died, but it was no fun for the aged vampire. At least not anymore, these zombies like ghouls did little to preserve their lives, given that both were mindless shadows and it was more merciful to blow them to pieces rather than live in their wretched existence. At least humans were a little bit fun, they ran, they fought back, they might even be mad.
