Physical Appearance: Reno or how he is known by many Vince got a long brown hair, which not long ago went black and longer but now it's back to brown and long, as long as he had when his hair became black and longer. It's going over his shoulder and pretty much down the back. His eyes are green and he is pretty tall. (As he told Val in the first Episode "I had no choice in this like i had no choice in being tall with green eyes" that means that most guys if not all are pretty tall with green eyes in his family). Most of the times his hair is in a ponytail but not a lot, he wears all kind of cloths other then tuxedos and such. At times he wears a jacket with out a short on. He loves wearing shirts and pants, as well as a jacket over the shirt, it depends on his mood and all.
Personality:He is sweet and kind guy, smart and kind as well as a gentleman but can be shy too, yet not all the time since there are times when he isn't shy at all. Reno is friendly as well as a little sensitive too which is shown most of the times. Reno is loving and over protective guy, also the over protective part can be good and bad too. Depends on the person he is over protective off, like if he is fine with being over protected s lot or not and such. Reno is naive too which is shown a lot but it's not like he is always naive, yet it is still easy to tell when he is and when he isn't. He is also very stubborn/ headstrong which is shown just as it's shown that he is a dreamer too. However all in all he is a good guy.

Brief History:Reno was born to Mr. and Mrs. Raines and he is the younger brother of Mitch Raines. His brother used to train him with martial arts since he was a kid until his brother went back to the army and never came back, everyone believed he died so no one bothered to look for him. Not to long after the 'death' of his older brother his mother died. Reno took it hard and blamed it on himself as most kids his age do at situations like that even if it wasn't true. When he was the right age he went to the army and became a ranger. However in one of the missions he was wounded and was taken to a specific hospital. That way he met his first girlfriend Janet, but their relationship didn't last long. First and for most he healed and was sent back, but at that time he was still keeping in contact. Through phone and male until their five minutes call got disconnected and there was no way contacting her, as well as no more mail came from her. Then, he got all her letters, but he sent nothing back because there wasn't any new address to send the replies to.
After the army Reno enrolled to the police Academy. Over time became one of the best cops known in San Diego. The place he was born. One day he met Valerie Prantice whom he called Val, the two fell in love and became a couple. Reno came with Val to Bay City so he will finish his last case since they were engaged to be married and he promised her he will quit and they will have a normal life. Yet, unfortunately it never happened as he testified against bad cops who tried to kill him, but got his fiancé' Val instead. As one of the main crooked cops went to investigate another came there and shot him with Reno's gun. From that day he became a vigilante. The cops are still looking for him until that day as they believe that he is guilty and that he is a murderer and a cop killer. Meanwhile the cop who killed the other cop and framed him for it, went to Bobby Sixkiller and his sister's Cheyenne Phillips who are bounty hunters and asked them to look for Reno and bring him in. As they went after him. They caught him eventually, but he ended up saving their lives and from that day on they became partners and they never turned him over to the cops.
Reason for being on AM:He is here because he was chosen to protect people, he is good at what he does. Even if he has no powers. He loves helping and is a great help or so some say anyways.

Reno woke up as he looked up at the sky, it was pretty early and the sun wasn't out yet, but he was used to it since he haven't slept long enough since the day his fiancé' died on the day when he got framed. He just couldn't sleep because he either had nightmares or he was worried too much to even fell asleep. Reno wished it all was just a nightmare, but it wasn't and he knew that very well. As he thought all of it he started cooking himself some early breakfast. Once the food was ready he put it in a plate and warmed himself some coffee. While Reno waited for the coffee to warm up, he just started eating. Once his coffee was ready he poured it in a cop and sipped from it.
Once he finished drinking and eating he packed all his things and looked around, as he enjoyed his day. Reno was glad he had a day off. Just, then his cell phone rang and he answered only to find out that Bobby Sixkiller was on the other end. He sighed. "Hi Bobby" he said into the phone. "Hi Reno, we have a bounty to catch" he heard from other side of the line. "I thought you gave me a day off. What happened?" Reno sad into the phone. "Plans changed, me and Chey need your help" he heard the answer from other side of the line. Reno pushed for a second. "Fine, but you owe me a vacation" he said into the phone. "You got it, man" Reno heard his friend and partner reply. "So, where should we meet?" he asked. "5 Minutes from where you are" Reno heard Bobby say. "See you there, Bobby" he said as they both said bye and hung up, before they hung up, he asked more information about where they were about to meet. He didn't bother asking how he knew where he was as he knew that Chey was with Bobby, and she was good with computers.
Then, Reno puts all his things where he usually put them, on his bike. After that, he climbed on his bike and headed where Bobby told him too. Over sudden he felt something from the ground grabbed him and pull him. Reno of course tried to get away, but with no luck as he was pulled deep underground, then he was pulled out after a few minutes. He sighed as he was about to keep moving as over sudden he saw that he was somewhere unfamiliar as he stopped his bike and looked around. Reno was sure he was dreaming, though when he tried to wake up it didn't work, he even tried pinching himself with no luck. It was no use as everything he tried only failed, but he still was sure that he was dreaming, he had to because all that happened wasn't real, he was sure of it.
"Where am I? What's going on?" Reno asked no one in particular as he sighed and looked around, trying to figure out where he was and how he got there.
