Eevee is a shy little thing, because she's always being chased off by people when she gets too close. However, she does come near people. Not because she needs affection, but for the need of food and warmth at nights.
Although she tends to avoid any type of conflicts, she will bare her teeth at anyone if she gets the feeling of being cornered.
In her short little life, she never really had contact with anyone. Being hatched all alone, she learned to fend for herself.
Powers/Abilities:
Due to a crack in her egg, she was born with a deformity. She still looks like a regular eevee, and can transform like a regular eevee, but instead of needing stones to do so, she simply has to come into contact with any form of elementals.
Flareon: Control over fire, being able to withstand large amounts of heat (eg. she can walk straight into a fire without being harmed too much)
Her main weakness in this form is water
Vaporeon: Able to breathe underwater, and control over it. Can spray a fairly powerful stream of water to defend herself
Her main weakness in this form is electricity
Jolteon: Control over electricity. Her fur gets covered with spikes, that are harmful for every foe that dares to touch her
Her main weakness in this form are earthbased attacks
Umbreon: She turns into this form when the night is at it's darkest. If she is about to get touched or harmed by a foe in this form, her coat becomes poison glaced
Her main weakness in this form are physical attacks
Espeon: Becomes a master of psychics when in this form, which usually shows as a storm is brewing, or big trouble are ahead. Is able to mentally talk to people in this form
Her main weakness in this form are physical attacks, and is extremely affected by poison
Glaceon: Ability to control ice. She can cover herself in a layer of ice to protect herself, although this doesn't work so well in most cases
Her main weakness in this form is fire
Leafeon: Becomes like a plant in this form. While this is her weakest form, she can regenerate health by photosynthesis, producing clean air in the progress.

Her inability to trust people has led her to hurt the few people that mean well. She is stubborn, which causes her to get into trouble a lot.
Eevee is obsessed by food. She will abandon anything or anyone if she smells food in the vinctinity
Physical Flaws:
It might seem that this Eevee is rather blessed with her ability to transform back and forth into shapes, but unless she comes into contact with, she doesn't have a good use for her powers. This renders, this blessing rather useless in the most needed cases.
Her transformations usually don't last longer than a couple of minutes, except when she's exposed to an element for a longer period of time (swimming in an ocean)
Her size is also a big issue. In her transformed forms, she can fend for herself, but in her default state she's nothing more than a cuddly animal who can only bump her head against you.
Other Flaws:
She's a disaster on paws..... (Very clumsy at times)
Brief History:
Eeve's life began lonely. As an egg, she was abandoned by her mother, as humans touched the egg. Thanks to the exceptionally thick shell, the egg managed to stay in one piece for a long time, with only a stray animal trying to crack it. This left the egg with a rather big crack, resulting in Eevee's deformity.
When she was born, it took her a full week to realize her mother wasn't coming back. After her excessive yelping for attention, and surviving on whatever food and water she could find, she left her birthgrounds to look for her mother.
After months of searching, she came to the realisation that she was all alone, and stopped looking.
She discovered human cities were a good plac to find good food, and wandered from city to village to raid whatever food she could find. It was when she was inside a kitchen, and knocked over a pot from a stove, that she realised she wasn't hurt by the flames, but instad it transformed her into a flareon.
With this discovery, her ego got a boost, and it made her extremely bold. However, she got a feel for how long her transformations last, because she would slip into her regular state within a few minutes.
Now, she ventures forward, looking for the next culinairy experience....

While the dust was setting, Flareon looked back into the little village. With a giant piece of meat in her mouth, she tilted her head, almost as if she was grinning. With a little sprint she moved away, into a forest.
Noticing she became slower, the fiery little creature became a soft brown, and her fire shaped tail and mains became soft and furry again. The flareon changed back into a small little Eevee.
The little fox-like creature sought out a cave, or a hollow tree to find a place to eat her lunch. It took her deep into the forest, but she had time. No one dared coming after her, not since she spewed her fire at the people chasing her.
After looking for what seemed ages, she decided to just find a nice quiet spot, and eat her meal there. The juicy flesh filled her mouth with an amazing taste, and her stomach felt content for the first time in a long while.
