Age: Kazumi appears to be around 25 or so in years old.
Ranking: Anti-Hero A hired mercanary may have their own good goals, but they are not nice nor particularly forgiving.
Physical Appearance:
Kazumi appears to be a young woman with light gold hair, tied into ponytails, thinly, with small beads and feathers tied at the ends. She usually wears a long trench coat with the right sleeve torn completely off. She has glasses that seem to come out of her eyes/skin, rather than going around her eyes with frames. She has two black metalic things on her temples.
She has long elf like ears and stands around 5ft 6in or so in height. Her eyes are bright gold, though if you look closely at them there is something mechanical about them. Her right arm has been altered to an advanced form of prosthetic, it is black with servos at the elbow. This prosthetic connects at her shoulder. She tries to hide it using her trench coat so people usually think its part of her coat rather than part of her body.
Personality:
Kazumi's personality is freindly and secretive. She tries her damndest to avoid most forms of attention. But when you do meet her she is very friendly kind and good natured. For the most part she enjoys the live and let live style of life.
However when on missions her secretive nature takes over, she becomes serious and quiet. She takes her secretive nature to the point she prefers to use stealth over any other means of entry. She isn't above killing, and so she can be viewed as more an anti hero than a hero. She prefers to deal with situations how she sees fit and doesn't enjoy being told otherwise.
Powers/Abilities:
Future tech: She comes from a time period many hundreds of years in the future. Her technology has been fortified to be resistant to most forms of electricity so she can use her powers virtually unhampered.
Cloak: Allows her to almost litterally dissapear from sight.
Enhanced sight: Her eyes allow her to litterally see through walls, provide night vision, and other vision enhancements.
Hacking device: In her head helps deal with technology and allows her to interface with technology.
Strength aug: She can pick up heavy objects and punch through objects like thin walls.
Rebreather: Helps deal with poision gas, allows underwater breathing, and longer sprinting.
Electrical powers:
Healing factor: Kazumi's electrical feild has the ability to grant accelerated hearling, and an improved immune system. His body can absorbe large ammounts of trama greather than a normal human.
Enhanced strength/durability: Enhanced muscle strength, and enhanced physical durability. Ie she can fall from most any height and be perfectly fine.
Lightning bolt: She can throw or fire electric bolts from her hand.
Shockwave: an electrical shockwave strong enough to push things away.
Electric blades: forms blades of pure energy from her hands.
Leech: drains an injured or stunned person of their bioelectric feild. she can also drain nearby electricity to accelerate healing.
Grenade: able to create small balls of electricity that cling to objects or enemies before exploding.
Heal: she is able to revive injured individuals charging electricity in her hands and pushing it into their body, causing a defib like effect which accelerates healing of most injuries.
Equipment:
wristblade: inside of her mechanical arm kaz, has a blade of conductive metal inside, so she can create a blade of lightning and keep it conducted with greater ease.
Clothing: just the cloths she has on her, and a bit of body armor.
Psychological Flaws:
Too close- She tends to value people close to her Thus if they were to get harmed or die it would cause alot of internal conflict, the same goes for if people betray her.
Keen observer-This can be seen as both a strength and weakness, she tends to over think situations and have a slightly lowered reaction time as a result.
Physicaly impaired: Though her mechanical augmentation helps it covers over previous injuries and allows her to function. There is minor pain from the augmentation but thankfully, it hasn't come to using drugs to dull the pain.
Lack of control: She is new to comming into powers so she has a hard time controlling them sometimes, so they will cause more destruction then intended.
Physical Flaws:
Water: Water is probably her biggest weakness. When using her powers water greater than her body will cause her to short circuit. IE being submerged. otherwise she shorts out small puddles and things though it doesn't bother her a great deal.
Still just human: She may be highly resistant to things like gunfire and bullets, but that doesn't mean she won't die from being hit with lots of bullets or alot of explosions.
Virulant toxins: She can't stand particularly virulant poisons, toxins and the like. It will wear off but not after a few minutes.
Electricity: When your body is an uncontrolled powerful electrical field it becomes difficult to live a normal life. I mean you can't have a car, the gas tank could explode or short out the computer, electronics have a sudden hatred of you, and worst of all guns tend to explode in your hands.
Other Flaws:
Over use: She can overuse her powers and be literally drained of energy or if there is no nearby electricity her powers become extremely limited, giving her severe headaches and cause her to nearly pass out.
Brief History:
Kazumi comes from a futrue world where people are mechanical altered through machine alterations. Things like prothstetics are able to connect to nerves and interface with human bodies. This has brough alot of disruption into her world because it is seen as unatural altering the human body which is supposed to be sacred.
She used to be a consultent for a robotics firm that was also assisting in the developement of these prothstetics. She was injured in an explosion with an object designed to harness the power of bioelectricity. It killed many of the workers and individuals working at the company leaving her the only survivor.
At the time she had been altered after another work place related injury. Somehow the electrical powers interfaced seemlessly with her mechanical augments, which had to be upgraded for to handle her powers with minimal pain. Although she was uncioncious for roughly four days.
Reason for being on AM:After a few days after waking up she was experimenting with her powers, trying to learn them. She tried to do a teleport or at least see if it was possible, and somehow ended up here. She has no idea how to get back because she hasn't got full control over her power yet.
Sample RP:
Kazumi was laying on another bed. Had she gone unconcious or something, she felt better. Her body must have recovered its electrical feild right don't try teleporting till i have control
I still can't understand how i got these powers, they have stabilized, still they are all over the place just like they were at home
She looked down at her crackling metalic arm and clenched the hands tightly. As she did so the electrical feild she had been generating faded to nothing. She sighed to herself at least i have some measure of controll she thought to herself looking around herself she knew she wasn't home. The level of technology was tooo outdated.
"Great..." she thought to herself looking around. This was a new scary experiance. She had to get out of here, she knew that. She cloaked herself and vanished from sight.
She found her coat and other personal items on a chair. She grabbed them, they dissapeared as soon as they entered the cloaking feild. She turned opened the window and jumped.
The exhilleration, the speed, what fun what enjoyment. She landed with a soft flump of dust. "Well thats new...." She thought to herself before throwing her shirt and coat on and dissapearing from sight, leaving a bunch of surprised nurses and doctors.
