Hello I am posting this now before I forget. (It is not yet finished).
I posted an app. for Sergei as Gizmo seemed to be ok with it when I asked (though that was a few months ago) so if this particular character is not allowed simply ask and I will take it down.

Name: Sergei Vladimir

Age: Unknown in Canon, but I’ll take a shot in the dark with around 55
Ranking: Villain
Physical Appearance:
Personality: Evil, but not in the sense that he intentionally wishes to cause harm (even though he does at times). It is simply out of loyalty to his past master Ozwell E. Spencer and the Umbrella Corporation as a whole. Vladimir is extremely ambitious and tends to seek out glory seeing himself, even with the atrocious acts he has committed, as a hero. He is also angry at Spencer for leaving him to die, but still loyal to Umbrella.
His unfriendly disposition towards others tends to hinder him in negotiations even though he can be persuasive and even friendly if need be. His humor can be rather twisted and ironic and times as well. He also rather enjoys pain to a certain degree and this can be both an asset and a curse while fighting. This is due to the fact that if he is in pain he can ignore it and continue fighting, but can also lead to him severely hurting himself.
Powers/Abilities: The ability to transform into a Tyrant and back. While in human form he is basically human perfection in the fitness area similar to Captain America. As a Tyrant His strength and speed is Superhuman and he has a clawed tentacle-like appendage in place of arms. Sergei has some skill in Soviet military martial arts and tactics and knows how to handle just about any weapon with varying proficiency. Can also communicate with Tyrants to varying degrees.
Transformation:
Equipment: Tends to carry around a Red9 Handgun and his coat is bulletproof.
Weaknesses...
While in human form conventional methods such as stabbing and shooting tend to work. (Though due to the bullet proof jacket it’s best to aim for his head)
While in his Tyrant transformation his heart is his one major weakness. (Decapitation might work to)
Psychological Flaws: Images of Spencer, Wesker, Jill or Chris and reminders of his failure to preserve Umbrella tend to bother him. If someone were to conjure up a realistic image of them he might get into an unimaginable rage... or just shoot them. He also rather enjoys pain to a certain degree and this can be both an asset and a curse while fighting.
Physical Flaws: His lack of one eye tends to occasionally mess with his vision and depth perception. However he is mostly used to it.
Other Flaws: At times his luck can be less then optimal.

Afterwards however...
Having three more Ivan class Tyrants at his disposal. He set in motion a plan to escape with both the Red Queen and T.A.L.O.S. by his side. Having one Ivan prep the Red Queen for travel and another the T.A.L.O.S. project. He had one other sent to wait in the atrium and stall any intruders made it that far. Finally he encountering Wesker the encounter went essentially the same as in canon and he had his two remaining Ivans try to take care of him.
As Wesker entered the room the Red Queen was supposed to be located all he found in its place was an empty spot and a note saying "Farewell comrade!" Needless to say he proceeded to run for it as the self destruct sequence proceeded to count down for 5 minutes. Chris and Jill making quick work of the Ivan and hearing the timer go off run as well.
Meanwhile Sergei as he was airlifted with the Red Queen in one of the three helicopters he had prepared. (The other two holding his remaining two Ivans and T.A.L.O.S.) He realized Spencer had left him to die and Wesker was the cause of this defeat. While the B.S.A.A. certainly hadn't helped. As Vladimir contemplated his revenge on all three parties he swore to resurrect Umbrella. For the time being however he headed to the Caliban Cove facility which had not been yet compromised in this AU and whose Head researcher had been taken care of for some sort of plot against the company.
Reason for being on AM: Villain: To provide and obstacle for Wesker that is not on the side of good, therefore willing to use some of the more drastic measures in order to kill/ruin him.

Sergei Vladimir could be a VERY patient when the situation calls for it. The man in question had been slowly building resources and recovering from his last defeat. Effectively he had dropped off the map, with most people believing him to be dead or incapacitated. Over the years since the fall of Umbrella's "last" stronghold, he had secured himself a seat of power and waited for the right moment to strike. Numerous experiments had been preformed on him on his orders. He was currently the only truly sentient Tyrant with the ability to switch between human and Tyrant forms.
Umbrella itself wasn't dead it had simply gone underground. Forsaking its public face while lurking in the shadows. Currently besides Caliban Cove there were several other smaller facilities under his control. All of which were making great progress in their research and one was even distributing B.O.W's and Virus' on the black market for profit. Caliban however was the largest and most well protected. It housed both the Red Queen computer and the T.A.L.O.S. project in the Underground Labs. both of which were making great progress in their upgrades.
Moving onto Sergei however...
Sergei Vladimir was currently in the tower admiring the view one of his original Ivans not far behind him acting as a stalwart guard. He had made great progress over the years in secretly rebuilding his beloved company. He was currently contemplating how to make his first move. When suddenly a member of the current U.B.C.S. came to him with a report.
"Sir we've found them"
Sergei simply smiled as it was time to see what agents HUNK and Nicholai were up to.
