Lyrics: "Kings and Queens" by: 30 Seconds To Mars
Note: The lyrics are in Blackadder ITC font. So if you are a mac user like me and don't have the font installed on the get-go, sorry for the lyrics appearing in a HUUUUGE font. (I installed it just for Hook because he's a pirate. ~u~)
The age of man is over.
A darkness comes at dawn.
These lessons that we've learned here.
Have only just begun...
We were the Kings and Queens of promise.
We were the victims of ourselves.
Maybe the Children of a Lesser God.
Between Heaven and Hell.

The evening sea air gently caressed the Captain's face as he stood on the deck of the Jolly Roger. His heart with with the sea, but his gaze locked onto the beach where he'd spoken with Cora several hours ago. How could a bottle of sparkly dust get them into this place called Storybrooke? Though he really didn't question the Queen of Hearts, he was promised a Crocodile in the end of all this. Well, a Crocodile on a skewer.
Hook moved across the deck, his fingers running along the smooth railing of the ship. Going to this place meant leaving his true home, this ship, his faithful crew. He'd miss the sea. The feeling of the waves rocking the ship in choppy waters and the calm sound of the waves kissing the side of the ship as he slept. His heart ached even thinking of being away from the sea for more than a day. Away from his life...away from his beloved Milah.
He let out a heavy sigh as he glanced down at the hook that replaced his left hand. He would never forgive that damned Rumpelstiltskin. He'd have his head on a pike by the time this was all done.
"I'll make his skeleton the Jolly Roger's new figure head, and his head will be my trophy." He said in an extremely sour tone.
He'd never felt this much hellbent hatred towards anyone before in his life.
Now Rumpelstiltskin claimed that unlucky spot in the seafaring man's heart.
His anger swelled as he thought about the man. His right hand moved to his hip, drawing his blade. The moonlight shined on the blade as he turned towards a practice dummy kept on the deck to train new bloods that signed up for his crew.
He imagined the man's crocodile face upon the dummy. The fire in his belly raged as he took a fighting stance. The Captain took a sharp inhale before he readied himself. He rocked on his heels before he lunged towards the practice target. His arm struck out like an attacking viper as he assaulted the Rumple-Target.
"You'll pay for what you've done, demon," He said between strikes, "I will avenge Milah."
