Physical Appearance: Bridget is 5 foot tall and 115 lbs with a slender athletic build. He has long wavy blonde hair and sparkling blue eyes. Bridget's outward appearance is that of a female to most people, he dresses commonly in what appears to be a nun outfit consisting of a blue and white dress, hood and matching blue and white shoes. He's never seen without an oversized handcuff used as a belt and his trusty foul mouthed bear sidekick, Roger. He is also often seen in his school uniform, that being a blue plaid skirt and button up top.
Personality: Bridget has a bubbly and friendly personality, he's never mean spirited and often naive when it comes to more adult subjects, having lived a sheltered life until leaving his village. He's not had any real interactions with romance either, leaving him socially inept when it comes to flirting, usually just blurting out that a girl looks pretty to him. Bridget acts quite feminine as well, having been brought up to be like a girl since his birth, making him much less intimidating than the other bounty hunters that take down gears. He also is far too trusting at times, often making friends with the person he's meant to be subduing.
Powers/Abilities: Bridget has no powers, but is expert with his own freestyle form of fighting, utilizing bladed yo-yo's and acrobatic moves, being a master gymnast due to his slight build. He can also sneak into somewhere undetected, using his small body to squeeze into various vent shafts or small holes.
Equipment: Bridget usually carries a set of trick yo-yo's with him, many of them containing saw blades or explosives able to incapacitate someone giving him time to subdue them to collect his bounty. He also has a robotic bear sidekick named Roger who is able to fight of his own accord, using martial arts skills programmed into him.
Psychological Flaws: Bridget absolutely hates being mistaken for a girl, something absolutely impossible for someone not to think due to him having basically no male features to his outer look. He'll often get angry towards those who mistake him for female. Bridget also is very childish and naive mentally, he has no concept of romance or sex. He finds girls attractive but often doesn't know why he thinks so and sometimes blurts out about how they're pretty out of the blue.
Physical Flaws: Bridget is very small, thus having basically no strength against people bigger than him and occasionally having to retreat from a fight against a stronger opponent. He's also mortal just like every other human, able to be killed by bleeding out or being shot.
Other Flaws: Bridget's bear Roger often gets him in trouble by saying some unsavoury thing to a person, acting as Bridget's meaner half, the things he wouldn't say are the things Roger does. If he's too scared to speak back to someone his bear will do it for him, involving him often in a violent skirmish with a tougher opponent.
Brief History: Bridget was born as a twin in a small Catholic village in England. There was a superstition that twins born of the same gender were bad luck and so to keep him safe they dressed him as a girl and treated him as such. Bridget spent his early life in the small village finding himself bored of such monotony, it made him sad to think he'd have to live here forever where he would eventually have to face facts he was unluckily born with a same gender sibling and thus a bad omen to the people. One day Bridget had enough of this facade and admitted to being a male, they exiled him from the village and he was left to fend for himself. It was there he met a failed experimental robot named Roger, who was in the form of a teddy bear. The two struck up a great friendship with one another and soon took off to find another village where they'd be welcome.
A few years later after he'd set up a life in London, Bridget met a Witch; I-no, who told him of the lives bounty hunters lead, he enjoyed the thought of him taking in dangerous criminals from around the globe and took up a bounty list, top on his list was terrorist, Sol Badguy. Unbeknown to him, Sol was actually a freedom fighter and ex-gear. He knew of the gears being superhuman beings augmented by magic and science. He travelled far and wide to find him but had no avail, however he met a young well intentioned pirate named Johnny who mistaking tried to have sex with him. Bridget, having no idea what was going on thought he was trying to attack and engaged him in battle, after besting him Johnny introduced his neice Mai to Bridget, they both got along well and Mai told Bridget how Sol wasn't a bad person and had fought against the corruption. Now, Bridget is fighting on the side of the sky pirates as a bounty hunter, taking down those who truly are bad and searching for Slayer, the vampire who runs an assassin's guild.
Reason for being on AM: Bridget wants to take more bounties in and make new friends along the way.
Sample RP: The sun beamed in through the small window in Bridget's house. "Morning already?" he said sleepily, rubbing his eyes and stretching, staring down at his teddy bear he poked it. "Wake up already!" he said in a slightly annoyed tone, his voice cracking a bit with those words. "***** You, I'm sleepin' " the bear yelled back at him in his thick New York accent. Bridget stared wide eyed at the bear, not knowing how to respond. Bridget was alien to swearing, he knew it was bad and had heard it enough times but still was shocked when the swear words were directed right at him. He held his hands up defensively, blushing and staring at the bear. "Fine, Roger. You sleep some more, I've got to go to school." Bridget said as he sat next to his bedroom mirror, brushing his long blonde ringlets and smiling. When they were finally brushed he flung off his blue night dress and hopped in the shower.
An hour or so passed and Bridget was done showering, he opened up his wardrobe and grabbed his school uniform, buttoning on the plaid blue skirt and white button up shirt, he put on his socks and shoes and then went out the door, wondering how this day was going to end up. Would it be a regular school day, or would it be an adventure? In some ways he hoped it'd be a rough adventure, taking down a vicious criminal and reaping the rewards of said battle. In others, he just wanted to go to school, see his friends and then hang out with them after. He often wondered what the heck Roger does all day at home when Bridget is at school. Then again, with that issue of playboy he found under his bed, he may not really want to know.
