Physical Appearance: Haggar is a well built man with a lot of height. He stands about 6'7" and weighs around 340 lbs in muscle. He has black hair slicked back with a thick moustache adorning his upper lip. He often wears a dark green suit and white shirt underneath but has been known to tear it off and fight in green slacks, brown dress shoes and a single brown suspender on his chest.
Personality: Haggar is a kind hearted man, caring much about his city of New York. He's seen the city go through disaster after disaster and been there to help. He cares a lot for his close friends and remaining family, coming to his daughter's aid when Rolento Schugerg kidnapped her and teamed up with Guy a few years later when a riot broke out and crime rates went through the roof. Haggar is fiercely loyal to the city and will do whatever it takes to protect it. He's harsh on crime and takes great measure to eradicate it from New York, sometimes even going straight out into the street to fight the gangs.
Powers/Abilities: Haggar has no real powers aside from peak human strength. He's an expert fighter from his days as a teenage ruffian and from his pro wrestling years. Haggar utilizes mostly grapples and is able to execute spinning piledrivers.

Brief History: Haggar was born in New York to a hard working family in Brooklyn. He was quickly picked on for being quite skinny and scrawny as a child and learnt to use his fists to win fights against those who bullied him. Haggar's fighting skills were know well all across the boroughs of New York, earning him a reputation as a ruffian. However, Haggar was a ruffian with a heart of gold. Haggar never injured someone who didn't deserve it and always fought for those who were too weak to defend themselves. The years passed and Mike met with an old man running a Pro Wrestling gym that saw potential in his skills. The old man trained Haggar to become the man mountain he is. Mike Haggar met Nancy around this time, his future wife. He fought in many competitions and came out the victor in each and every one. However, Nancy was pregnant with his child and they needed much more money to provide.
Around this time Haggar had signed up with a pro wrestling promoter who saw interest in his unique style of wrestling and signed him up for his show 'Saturday Night Slam Masters'. Haggar proved to be a popular fighter and gained many fans. Haggar's daughter Jessica was also growing up quite quickly all the while Mike was fighting in the ring, during this time Nancy passed away and Haggar was left to take care of Jessica by himself. Many years after, Haggar retired from the wrestling circuit and started a political career. Mike soon won over the citizens of New York and became mayor. It was around this time he took a tough stance on crime, unlike the one previous who was on the Mad Gear gang's payroll. In retaliation, the Mad Gear kidnapped Jessica and so Haggar decided to get her back teaming up with Cody; Jessica's boyfriend and an aspiring boxer and Guy; an American ninja with Japanese ancestry. The trio fought through the city and finally returned Jessica home safely.
