Physical Appearance: Cody stands at around 6'2" tall and at 200 lbs all muscle. He has blonde hair cut into a short, shaggy style with ice blue eyes. He also tends to permanently be sporting stubble. He sports numerous tattoos on his body, including an Aztec sun on his left bicep and a tribal pattern on his right. He also has a tribal design on his collarbone going across his chest.
His dress sense is usually a prison jumpsuit being the fact he practically spends more time in jail than out. Commonly, he sports the striped blue and white jumpsuit with some retro Adidas sneakers, white hand wraps and a pair of prison cuffs. When out of jail, he often wears a white t-shirt and blue jeans along with his white Adidas sneakers and hand wraps. Cody also has a single piercing in each ear, usually wearing silver studs in each one.
Personality: Cody's a brash and offensive thug.... Wait, you need more? Fiiine, if you insist. Cody's personality is coarse and offensive, he often cares little about those around him and simply enjoys the feel of pounding someone's face into the ground. He wasn't always so disillusioned. Once upon a time he was all about dealing justice, but the feel of delivering pain to a violent thug became all too pleasing to him and it became hard to stop the impulses.
He's also quite prone to the bouts of heroism, sometimes even saving a person from a mugger every so often when he's out on a "trip" away from prison (really just breaking out because of the latest Street Fighter tournament, or just because he wanted a pack of smokes) countless times Haggar has offered to pardon him and get him legally back onto the streets, each time Cody has declined because he prefers to be locked inside "Caged like the animal I am." in his exact words.
Powers/Abilities: Cody's spent his whole life as a fighter on the rough streets of New Jersey, he's formed himself a fighting style utilizing various forms of underhanded combat. His attacks include hurling rocks, headbutts, chokes and other dirty tactics. Cody can also manipulate Ki energy, taking the form of a small tornado which usually throws dust into the enemy's face to blind them.
He's also a world class knife fighter, utilizing any type of blade he can get his hands on. Usually, he tends to favour switchblade type knives due to the convenience of being able to stash them on his person. Cody's also not opposed to using blunt objects such as pipes, wrenches, baseball bats and crowbars.
Equipment: Knife and rocks.
Psychological Flaws: Cody's a self loather, he tends to hate what he's become as criminals are exactly what he used to fight against and he's only become one with his war on crime. He's also prone to abandoning his friends and/or loved ones.
Physical Flaws: He's only a mortal and can easily be shot, stabbed, choked or drowned to death.
Other Flaws: Generally hard to be around, he often makes harsh, brash or just plain offensive comments and usually can't go a few hours without a fight.
Brief History:
Cody was born in the rough slums of New Jersey to a single mother and a soon to be absent father. His mother even going into prostitution to simply put food on the table for her sons. Life was hard growing up, but Cody had a good friend he met on the streets named Guy. Cody and his friend Guy often spent their time fighting back at the thuggish bullies, dishing out justice even at a young age. Soon, Cody ended up dropping out of school at age 16. In his eyes, the knowledge the teachers gave him were nowhere near as good as what he'd learnt on the streets already.
Soon after that, Cody ended up meeting a young girl by the name of Jessica Haggar, daughter of pro wrestling superstar, Mike Haggar. Instantly the two fell in love, around this time Mike was elected mayor. However, his duty in city hall was stopped due to the Mad Gear gang kidnapping Jessica due to Mike Haggar not giving in to their demands like the last mayor did. Mike called upon Cody and Guy to rid the streets of these scumbags. Cody defeated some thugs along the way and even witnessed Haggar killing the leader, Belgar. He also struck up an intense hatred for a gang leader in the area, Poison. The two often cross paths and it usually ends in a bloodbath brawl.
