The Kurgan and Regina: I can see this being a beautiful friendship, as The Kurgan would be a good muscle for Regina to use against people; since he is strong and a Immortal, so he would not die easily. Plus he knows how to use a sword and to cause pure chaos. The Kurgan is out for one thing, The Prize and Connor MacLeod's head, or any immortal for that matter and he could see Regina as a close friend, as she could help him get what he wants, and he could help her get what she wants.
The Kurgan and Ruby: The Kurgan loves to use people, to get what he wants and I could see Ruby and him forming a friendship along those lines, as he is out for total power of people and will use anyone to get to that point.
Sweet and Anya: Once More, With Feeling 2.

REGINA & THE KURGAN !
I like this idea! Regina kind of has...a looot of enemies lining up at the moment, so I'm sure she wouldn't be opposed to the idea of an ally - especially one with some muscle. I like the idea of doing a little trade-off - she totally wouldn't be opposed to idea of setting him on the angry Storybrooke mobs that keep chasing her around, and in return, her magic could probably be of use in tracking down any of The Kurgan's enemies. ALSO - Regina and The Master are gonna be starting up a nifty little team of villains at some point in the future if The Kurgan wants in on that!
RUBY & THE KURGAN !
Hoh boy, this could be fun >D. I think it'd be interesting for Ruby to run into someone who's pretty good at the whole manipulation game too. These two would totally use each other for power, and I love the idea of how that all might turn out / how messy it could get. Ruby's got some serious trust issues, so she'd be keeping a close eye on Kurgan - but I think she'd see that allying herself with him could be to her benefit, at least for a little while.
ANYA & SWEET !
YES. Hahahaha, I'm sure Anya would be mortified to realize that Sweet's back. She's still not comfortable with the whole 'singing your heart out thing'. Maybe we could get some other people involved, and turn this into a full-blown musical thread?

Maybe Em could wander into Mr. Gold's shop like "oh hey cool magic!" and if she meets Bae there, she could talk him into going exploring with her or something? I can certainly see Morgana wanting to ally herself with Loki because he's POWAHFUUUUULL...as long as he doesn't make his hatred of humans openly known to her obviously xD. She'd probably be pretty wary around him at first, though, since it takes her a good while to trust people - but if she ever ended up actually trusting Loki and actually liking him, and then he betrayed her, then yes. Shit would hit the fan. YOU'RE NAHT GOOD, YOU...YOU'RE JUST A CHEECKEN, CHEEP CHEEP CHEEEEP.

Loki, being the ~god of mischief~, is definitely going to know not to be all "HUMANS >8I" around a human xD. So, that's taken care of. He'll probably want to use her for a bit in his attempts to conquer Earth, but once she stops being useful to him or it would benefit to betray her, he'll definitely betray her.

Sounds good! I'll just toss out an idea - Loki could be the first person she meets here in the MODERN WORLD. Maybe he could catch her doing magic and she'll be all "PLS DONT TELL" and if he was like "...wut" and she explained the situation to him a little...maybe he'd be able to convince her that magic is REALLY BAD AND CAN GET YOU EXECUTED in this world as well? That would not only convince her that he's the only person she can trust right off the bat, but it'd convince her to help him take over this world to make it "a better place" and all that.

I could see Steve meeting Morgana in some way and offering to help her somehow. This wold probably be after Loki had his way with her, and turned on her. Since she is out of time, just like he is, they could get along well together.
