Captain Hazama and I have decided it would be to our mutual benefit that we work as a team to find Chris. So...he really is still alive after all. It's a relief but at the same time if Captain Hazama knows, there's no doubt that Wesker will be hunting him down as well if he hasn't already. Chris, we'll find you soon...I promise. I won't let you down again.
In Munich, Germany was the infamous member of the B.S.A.A, Jill Valentine who was once upon a time a member of S.T.A.R.S under the command of Albert Wesker. It wasn't as though she was chasing down some zombie menace...no...in fact she was sitting upon a bed waiting for the good ol' green haired Captain Hazama to return in a luxury hotel called the Mandarin Oriental. Not only was it large and spacious, but quite cozy too. For some reason they now had a new member of their duo making them a trio, the guy's name was Relius and he struck her as a little odd. In fact, it was just down right suspicious considering he was wearing a mask almost all the time as though he had something to hide. Something she didn't like doing was trusting someone she didn't know and on top of that, she was having nightmares every now and then about becoming a mask wearing bleach blonde who would do Wesker's biding. Anyway...he seemed like an older man and good friends with Hazama...even though one looked straight out of an opera and the other looked like he could be in a music video for Smooth Criminal.
A bit mismatched but as long as she could reunite with her partner, it was worth keeping to the back of her mind rather than focusing on it like her life was going to be dependent on it. After all, people did have a strange sense of fashion in this day and age. At least the room itself was nice, REALLY nice. Not only was there a pretty spacious bedroom but there was also a living room as well with a couple of couches and chairs as well. It looked more like an apartment rather than a hotel in her opinion...maybe this was because her partner of the moment liked to travel in comfort with a sense of luxury. Honestly, she wasn't sure but those couches and chairs were definitely a treat to sit on after a hard day's work. Not to mention that bed was so comfortable that it made falling asleep a breeze.
Of course, having a nice desk with enough room to do paperwork was a treat when having to look through and deal with files. Then there was the big screen T.V in the living room which had one or two things USUALLY playing on it: news or some theatrical thing. Well no matter, she just knew one thing for sure and that's her stomach needed some food and they had the stuff to make a sandwich! So of course she made her way over to the mini fridge and opened it up before putting together a turkey sandwich before walking over to the living room and took a seat on one of the two couches which were set up to be opposite of each other. There was something aside from Relius' mask that made her feel uneasy as she looked to the man on the other couch...his blond hair. It reminded her of the sunglasses wearing bioterrorist bastard, Wesker. Not like she was going to hold that against him but it certainly unearthed a big bundle of unwanted memories chock full of backstabbing antics.
Though....just as she was about to start chowing down, she realized it was quite some time that they've seen the guy who could some how navigate his way around without opening his eyes. Maybe Relius knew something about his whereabouts? ONLY ONE WAY TO FIND OUT! "Captain Hazama has been out for a while now, do you think he's alright?" That simple inquiry was spoken in a polite tone with hints of genuine concern. In the event something was going on and he was in trouble, the Jill sandwich was going to have to wait.
(Hopefully the post is alright C: if I need to fix anything just let me know!)

The Madarin Oriental was a spacious and lavish hotel, with an obvious asian theme, predominantly chinese with minor japanese and korean stereotypes being referenced in the food, service and architecture. Despite the marginally superfical theme of the establishment, Relius found the enviroment quite fitting and somewhat amuseing to work in-- if he hadn't known better, he could say he was in Orient Town, working with Professor Kokonoe on some other magnificent and groundbreaking project. Of course, he wasn't, but it was an interesting trick of the mind, to fool himself into thinking that his work was far more grondbreaking than it was currently-- from the Sin Architects to DNA samples, my how life had become so dull...
The woman opposite from him, Miss Jill Valentine of the BSAA, was Hazama's new plaything, he supposed. Allegedly, she was the prime subject for the Neo Murokumo Project, the details or which were still being sorted out even as the they plotted and schemed their man other plans to follow it up. Relius gave a silent sigh. She was a an excellent choice-- well built and atheletic, healthy and at her prime, young and, as a side note, quite attractive as well. Of course, Relius felt no such attractions or emotions-- a mere observation that fit well with the poetry of the entire project.
Relius sat at a large maple-wood desk, his purple cloak off at the moment, surrounded by large sets of imposing scientific and medical equipment. There were at least seventy samples of a variety of things, from dirt, to skin, to blood to cloth. Utilizing some sort of high-tech microscope, bit by bit he was anyalizing the many samples, keys to unlocking the location of a near-by Umbrella Stronghold. Hazama himself was out scouting the area, interrogating persons of interest, and as a cover to Takamakahara, murdering a certain 'Johan Schmidt'...but for all that work, Hazama normally had it done by now...infact, it was actually rather suspicious how long he was out. When Valentine actually raised a complaint about it, Relius himself was rather bamboozled.
"Captain Hazama? Yes, I do believe he went out on a scouting run of the area but...hm, normally he'd be back by now. I admit, it's strange of him to be so tardy..."
Relius turned around in his chair to face Miss Valentine. He had rarely ever seen her, having only done so three times in the flesh before hand, neither of them exchanging a word before hand...he doubted she even knew his name, assuming Hazama hadn't filled her in already. Deciding now would be a good time to introduce himself and to create some sense of organization in Hazama's absence, Relius spoke up.
"Pardon me, where are my manners? We're suppose to live together for a short time and we've neglected to even exchange greetings. Allow me to introduce myself. I am Colonel Relius Clover of the Engineering Department. I'm the man responsible for all the technological and some logistical work that we'll be working on. It's a pleasure to finally meet you, Miss Valentine."

To be frank, working with this blonde was a little unnerving for the BSAA operative and co-founder. Not just because of his attire but he wasn't really one to converse with her or anything of that sort and this was pretty much the first time they actually communicated. It was almost like working with Albert Wesker again...kept to himself most of the time and when the mansion incident happened, he just went off on his own and was revealed to be a traitor. They say history repeats itself and this brunette sure hoped it wouldn't be the case this time. With her luck though, who knows. For now, she'd have to cast her own little suspicions aside and hope giving him the benefit of a doubt wouldn't have been a bad move on her part. Obviously, the man was into some sort of scientific study....but clearly not what one may label as an Umbrella Corp. scientist...they wouldn't be caught dead in the things he wore!
Okay, time to stop focusing on how he looked incredibly dramatic as though he was either a vigilante or actor. This fellow was giving her some sort of answer about what happened to her partner, Captain Hazama. ....and...from what she was hearing he didn't have any insight on where he was exactly aside from a little scouting. "I see..." Jill commented on that little statement and began to wonder if he was in trouble. Taking a bite of her delicious turkey sandwich the result of her AMAZING sandwich artist skillz while pondering and wondering if the green haired man was alright. Maybe it would be best for her to go out there and look for him? What if he crossed paths with Wesker or one of his lackeys? Then nothing but BAD things could result from that slice of mishap.
For all she knew he needed her help and here she was eating a sandwich like nothing was going on! Considering another bite of the sandwich, she paused and listened to him speak about how they were living together for a short time but didn't even bother exchanging greetings. Well that was a little embarrassing, most of the time she was far more professional than that! "Hard to believe neither of us said a word to each other until now. It's nice to meet you, Colonel," Holding out her free hand after those words to offer a casual handshake. Strange...his rank wasn't anything to sneeze at yet she hadn't really heard of him. As suspicious as that little thought was, she cast it to the side and continued to speak in a casual and polite tone, "Do you suggest we look for Captain Hazama or wait a bit longer? We are pursuing someone dangerous, sitting around for too long may not be a good idea."
The last portion of her words seemed to hold a bit of worry within its tone since she REALLY didn't want to lose another comrade to that treacherous bastard.

Relius pondered where Hazama would have wandered off to himself, allbeit absentmindedly. However, never once did he 'worry' for the good Captan, as Jill did. No, Relius knew Hazama much too well to be 'worried' for him, nor could Relius truly be worried about anyone-- plans, objects, events, perhaps. But never people. And especally not Hazama. As such, he internally swatted Jill's suggestion down before it had even been formulated. Adjusting his mask, he casually swivelled back in his chair.
"I don't think that's a good idea. He may not look it, and even state otherwise, but Hazama can handle himself. Not only is he notoriously difficult to find, if we were to go charging in on his buisness, whatever operation he was conducting would fouled up, I'm afraid. Regardless...
Relius rested his nose on his hands a moment, in a thoughtful position. The experiments in front of him were tedious, grunt work, something he'd have gotten assistants to do if he was back home. However, even though he loathed to do them, they weren't worth breaking protocol for. He turned around to face Jill again on his chair. He took out a sleek cellphone and presented it to Jill.
"...If Hazama needed to contact us, I have an emergency line set up under the name 'Rupert Ell'. If that name calls me, or you, we can assume it is Hazama, and that he needs help. Until that tim--"
Relius's phone then began to vibrate in place. It's lights flashed on, and on it's oblong screen was a simple message.
CALL INCOMING FROM: 'Rupert Ell'
