Breakdown stood on the rooftop looking up the moon was so bright and looked so close. His posture, his stance was one of happiness as he gazed up at the stars, the moon and felt a resonance with something up there. Something older then time itself. It was nights like this it was all so clear that his purpose, his very birth was predestined by the stars themselves. Breakdown stood and gloried in it for a moment and then shrugged and went back to work. It had been but the work of a few moments to get past the fences via the rooftops. No one looked up... it was depressing how earthbound humans had become. They had achieved flight so rarely looked to the sky, they had achieved space travel so rarely looked to the stars. Smiling despite a bit of sadness Breakdown held out a finger and whistled a soft tone as he engulfed his finger in a coating of pure entropy, in destruction made manifest. Reached out he lightly brushed his power against the screws holding the vent cover in place and then as they disintegrated to nothing he quietly pulled the cover off.
Pausing from his labors Breakdown went to the edge of the top of the warehouse and looked down to see what was taking his partner in crime so long. The trip to the vents had been easy. Climbing up a fence, hurling himself up and over a barbed wire top, landing on his feet on a pipe that was a whole three inches wide, a quick ten foot walk to the building along the pipe. It was child's play really. All this for some... Chemical X. Frowning Breakdown looked for his partner in crime. Whispering Breakdown asked.
"Ghoul? What is taking you so long. Are you going to gas the vents or wait on a roof top all night?"

Ghoul was definitely not cut out for the kind of physical labor it took to get into this place. Sure, he was willing to break into it and get it, but damn was it hard to get into! If there was one thing Ghoul wasn't good at, it was running around and doing manual labor. He was more used to sitting at a computer and feeding information to his allies that way. Sure, he did a lot of other things in the Jokerz, but he was most comfortable in front of a computer.
At least he'd managed to do it. Just as Ghoul was about to fear gas the vents, the voice of Breakdown sounded, asking what was taking him so long. "I'm doing it now, don't worry..." Ghoul activated the fear gas and covered his own mouth with an air filter. Starting to run away, Ghoul wondered if there were any guards outside where the gas wouldn't effect them. "Okay, I did it."

"Ugh, I have to guard this dumb place" the young bounty hunter said to himself as he sat in front of the rather large warehouse. It housed various chemicals and other important scientific things that Bridget had no real idea about. Truthfully, it has a lesser chance of getting broken into due to the chemicals used being ones without any real usage for someone unless they have a full lab. Often when there were chemicals to loot they were just ones in basic drug making. Here it all seems to be made for scientists rather than drug chemists so there was no real reason for such burglary. The agency stuck the young law enforcer in this place for that very reason. He had a terrible track record with actually doing good and more often than not usually screwed up entire operations without even trying. It was far better this way, it meant he wouldn't balls up anything if all he had to do was stand guard around a warehouse with products that are too specialised to appeal to criminals.
"Why did they put me here?" Bridget whined to himself, sitting down on the front step of the building and staring straight ahead, hoping for his shift here to be over so he can go and find something better to do. Bridget dug a hand into one of his cuffs, pulling out a bag of candy as he poured a handful of it out into his hand and quickly shovelled it into his mouth, resorting to eating highly sugary items to stay alert. It was horrible being stuck with this kind of duty, he felt quite possibly the most bored he had been in some time now.
"I'm getting sleepy." he murmured to himself as he curled up, leaning his head against the wall and falling fast asleep, completely oblivious to what was going on around him now.
(Shitty post, I'm sorry! Muse was being annoying and all >.<)

It started with one, then another. The sounds of screams of mortal anguish and utter fear echoed through the vents. Some came out as incomprehensible babbling, screaming 'no' over and over again, and loudest of all a man just screaming, just screaming a wordless holler of pure agony of fear that suddenly cut off. Breakdown held a hand to his mask and tilted his head.
"... I wonder if we should have used a smaller dosage Ghoul... oh well as the French say 'random syllables that are supposed to be a language'."
Not bothering to explain the phrase that had popped out his mouth Breakdown pointed his hand down at the roof below his feet and a flare of darkness pour out, a hungry darkness older then time itself. It ripped into the molecules of the roof and rendered them to a baser form, a simpler form. In an instant the roof beneath his feet in a perfect circle was dust and gravity began it's work. The dust fell in a sheet down below turning to a bellowing cloud while Breakdown shot out his arms grabbing hold of the sides of the hole as he fell and then letting go once his grab slowed him enough he wouldn't break his ankle as he landed on the tile floor as the cloud of dust sped out in a ring.
He turned as he heard a man screaming behind him. Breakdown didn't know what he was seeing as he looked at Breakdown but as he watched the man leveled a gun in blind utter panic screaming about demons. Breakdown didn't hesitate, he darted to the left as the man fired wildly well over Breakdown's head. he supposed what the guard was seeing was much taller then Breakdown's actually height. As he leapt to the side and kicked off the wall launching himself higher, as he did he spun and lashed out with his foot speeding the man into a wall with the impact. Bending down over his unconscious form he 'cleared' the gun by rendering it into powder as he called up to his partner.
"Hey Ghoul? Ya ever think of telling Doctor Crane to add a paralysis agent to his gas? Could save alot of trouble. Just saying. I mean the chaos of the gas work nicely. Really nicely... remind me if I can ask Crane for a tank of it... but situations like this something that also keeps them down would be nice. That way they don't try to lock doors or something."
