For what seemed like only a moment, everything had gone black. Last thing Ragna remembered was someone... Terumi laughing... then everything just stopped.
Next thing Ragna knew he was staring up at the sky in the middle of some kind of city. The Bloodedge's eyes darted about in an attempt to figure out where he was. With a pained groan, Ragna slowly got to his feet. It seemed like he'd just been in some kind of battle... and he'd lost. Suddenly, it all came back. He was fighting Terumi over the fate of the entire world - if he lost Terumi would destroy the world and just move on to the next... From what he could remember, he lost. But then why wasn't he dead?
Ragna cleared his head of any questions and started off towards a nearby building. He needed rest more than anything else... Then he would find Terumi. No matter what had happened, Terumi would have to pay for what he did...
{Short >___< -still getting used to Ragna posts :U-}

The Force. It surrounds us, binds us, penetrates us. It even controls our actions, to a degree. Perhaps it was the Force that led the Sith Lord here? Perhaps, through deep meditation, he foresee this other entity, this Ragna, would be here? Or, perhaps it was just a chance encounter.
Darth Sidious and Darth Vader had arrived at this location and time period not too long ago. Just as in their own place and time, Vader would once again be Sidious' fist, and his eyes and ears; while Vader's Master lurked in seclusion.
Either they were going to return to their own time and place, or they weren't. Regardless, that didn't stop Vader from perusing his own goals while obeying his Master's orders. He had long searched for his own apprentice, someone he could train in violation to the Rule of Two, and fight side-by-side with in order to overthrow and destroy Sidious.
Perhaps such a potential apprentice lurked here, in the slums of this city that the natives called Metropolis. Such a promising name too, which was why the Sith Lords choose to investigate it.
Many of the two Siths' personnel that made the journey across time and space with them, including the crew of Vader's Lambda-class shuttle, had come down to Earth. Although the Earthlings' technology was primitive, and Vader's Lambda seemed capable of taking on and winning against any of the Earthlings' vehicles, trying a direct invasion of Earth would meet with disaster. They could not fight the Earthlings with so few forces. As such, they ordered a number of what few personnel they had available to infiltrate the Earthlings' culture.
Vader, never one to prefer sitting behind the lines, once again took a very hands-on approach. Like several of his Lambda's crew, he also scouted about, but did so under the cover of darkness. His scouring just might pay off too, fore he found a being so full of hatred and anger. A being he could perhaps turn to the Dark Side, and then recruit as a Sith Apprentice to aid him in destroying Darth Sidious.
In the slums of Metropolis, on a full moon night, Vader came upon this person, this Ragna. There were very few clouds in the sky and the moon, as well as the feeble streetlights, gave more than enough illumination. There were dank, run down buildings on both sides of the streets, and equally dank and run down cars parked in front of them.
The Sith are excellent at clouding minds and judgement, at deceiving masses. Vader was no exception, as he used the Force to help block out the breathing of his iron lung, and his very presence, from the perception of others. And yet, he dropped his veil, allowing Ragna to become aware of the breathing of his life support system, and thus where Vader stood -some fifty feet behind him.
"You have hate. You have anger," he said, extending the red blade of his lightsaber. "Now release them..."

Just as soon as it seemed Ragna was calming down, he heard a deep voice behind him. The Bloodedge turned around to see a tall, imposing figure wearing a black suit. It was kind of mechanical, as was the weapon he drew. A long, red blade that seemed to be made of some kind of energy. Ragna groaned slightly, before placing a hand on his own sword. In truth he wasn't hoping to have to fight someone the minute he showed up in some new world {not that he really planned on going to a new world in the first place} especially not with some tall guy with an energy sword.
Hopefully he'd just beat him up and move on. Maybe find somewhere to live. It really would be a change, not being a fugitive wherever he went. Drawing his sword from it's sheath, Ragna spoke. "Alright, listen..." He growled, assuming a combat position. "I didn't come here looking for a fight..." It was a pretty obvious statement. Nobody ever went anywhere looking for a fight - most of the time. To Ragna, this would just be a warm-up for his fight with Terumi.... if Terumi were here...

"Alright, listen. I didn't come here looking for a fight...." Said the man Vader had just met.
Since as far back as Sith Lord could remember, his entire life has been shaped by conflict. Conflict begets tragedy. Tragedy begets sorrow. Sorrow begets hatred. Hatred begets the Dark Side. Ultimately, it all begins with conflict, and conflict is violence; the supreme authority from which all other authorities are derived.
That is why the strong must rule the weak. That is the reason, the necessity for Sith rule. And with the Sith comes the Rule of Two. But how could Vader train a Sith apprentice if his apprentice refused to acknowledge acknowledge conflict, to acknowledge violence?
Pain teaches lessons like no other mentor can. Vader's pain had taught him well. Pain was an age old mentor for all Sith Lords, the ultimate instrument they used in which to train their apprentices. Pain would teach this newcomer, this potential apprentice of Vader. Or he would be destroyed.
Vader reached out, through the Force, becoming intimately aware of his surroundings. He became aware of what could be used against him, or what he could use against others. Namely, the sword of his opponent, this Ragna. The Force surrounds, binds, and penetrates, including Ragna and his weapons. Always had, always will.
"You have much to learn, little one..."
With that, Vader began advancing on his opponent at a brisk walking pace. No faster. Although his red lightsaber was still activated, the Sith Lord didn't appear to hold it at the ready near to the degree that his opponent held his weapon at the ready. Indeed, he didn't appear to hold his weapon in any particular combat stance. Confidence or ignorance.

Little one? The hell was this guy talking about? As Ragna was considering a fight, he suddenly got the feeling that he shouldn't. He was just beaten up by Hazama and he was just starting to feel that again. There was no way he'd be able to fight this guy, even if he'd win in a fair fight. Ragna put his sword away and took a step back. Yeah, this hadn't been the best idea. Even though he'd been healed a bit by coming here, he wasn't ready to fight someone like this guy, not if he wanted to fight Terumi again later on. "Alright listen... We're gonna fight some other time. I've got to find someone else..." With that, Ragna simply walked away.
[I'm having Ragna leave since I'm dropping him, but this thread can be continued with someone else! C:]
