Physical Appearance:
Roxas is short and thin with slight muscle definition from his training. He has somewhat pale skin that seems to almost compliment his blond hair, which is naturally spiky. His eyes are bright blue, but mostly covered by his hair. He wears the traditional black cloak of Organzation XIII. It is black leather with a large metal zipper running down the front and a hood. Underneath that he wears a black t-shirt, black pants and black boots. Occasionally he will wear a black leather. zipper-down sleeveless shirt underneath a white jacket with a few checkerboard designs. With this he'll wear black and white cargo pants, black and red shoes and a checkerboard wristband. When going to sleep he wears a white t-shirt with black sleeves and black shorts.
Personality:
Roxas is a very quiet kid most of the time. He tends to keep to himself instead of interacting with others. He comes off as shy to people he doesn't know. It doesn't really take much to get past Roxas' shy side and see who he really is. Underneath that is a nice, somewhat outgoing kid who is willing to make friends. The only thing is, Roxas has trouble understanding emotions like friendship and happiness. He knows that he feels them, but he just doesn't know what to think of them.
The thing is Roxas shouldn't even be feeling emotion. As a Nobody, he isn't supposed to be able to feel emotion, due to the lack of a heart that comes with being a Nobody. Most Nobodies at least remember what it's like to feel emotion, but because Sora still has his memories, Roxas doesn't remember a thing about them or why he feels them.
Roxas occasionally has moments where he needs to just be alone. This is mostly when something happens that makes him feel overwhelmingly sad. When this happens, Roxas simply goes somewhere and waits until he feels better. So, he has the occasional emo moment. He has a tendency to record everything that happened on one day into a Journal along with his feelings on what happened.
Powers/Abilities:
Magic
Magic comes in many forms in Roxas' world. There are two categories: Offensive and Defensive. Offensive magic is usually elemental spells, such as the ability to conjure up a burst of flame or a blast of ice. It is shown that magic is usually transferred through a weapon, but it is possible to fire it out of one's hands. Roxas possesses this offensive magic:
Fire: A burst of flame fires from Roxas' Keyblade at his opponent. This can do as much damage as a regular fire can.
Blizzard: A large shard of ice shoots from Roxas' Keyblade. It shatters on contact with his opponent, doing stabbing and cutting damage.
Thunder: A bolt of lightning descends from the sky and strikes his opponent. It isn't as powerful as regular lightning, but it packs quite a punch.
Defensive magic, on the other hand, is using curing spells to heal oneself. How much of any wound is healed depends on the strength of the curing spell. Roxas is not too well-versed in curative magic, knowing only the basic cure spell that heals minor wounds. It is useful in battle, though. The cure spell has a two-post cooldown.
Light
All Nobodies have the ability to control one element. Roxas can control light. Now, this is useful is many situations. First of all, if he's ever in a darkened room he can immediately illuminate it by sending a ball of light. This is also useful in battle, where he can create weapons made of light. He mostly creates throwing lances that he sends at his opponent. That being said he can manipulate light in many other ways. Any way he pleases, actually. He can create orbs, weapons and anything else he may need. It's quite useful, but if it stays for too long, or if he uses too large an amount, it starts to hurt him.
Darkness
All Nobodies have some control over dark energy. Unlike most beings, Roxas has control over both light and dark energy. Using his darkness energy, Roxas can create portals, which he can use to travel throughout the world. His power over darkness doesn't give him much other than this. He's been shown to be able to fire blasts of dark energy from his hands if he must.
Combat
After months of intense training with Organization XIII, Roxas is skilled in combat with his keyblades. He has a very aggressive stance which shows his preference of offense over defense. He is able of overpowering opponents simply by continuing to slash at them relentlessly. Due to his training, Roxas is a strong individual so he could probably beat most other people his age in a physical fight without weapons, though he isn't trained for such things.
Lesser Nobodies
Roxas can summon and control Lesser Nobodies. He is able to summon as many as he wants. There are two types of Lesser Nobody that he can summon.
Dusks: The most basic Nobody. They are stange husks that look like shrunken bodysuits. Dusks are incredibly flexible and good at dodging attacks. They'll usually die after a few hits. They aren't very strong, but a group of them can do damage.
Samurai: Roxas' specialized Nobodies. They resemble their namesake - Samurai. Each one carries two katana. They are actually quite skilled at using their swords, but they can be knocked out of their hands. After that, they're practically defenseless.
Equipment:
Keyblade
Keyblades are powerful weapons made of light energy. Their most basic and weak form is the Kingdom Key, which basically looks like an average key if it were enlarged to the size of a sword. However, the shape of the Keyblade can change once strange items called Keychains are applied to them. Keychains enhance the strength of the Keyblade, while changing it's shape to what can only be described as more (or less, in some cases) ornate keys. The keychain improves either magical ability or strength. Most of the time when it improves strength it decreases magic, and vice-versa. Keyblades are gifted to those with exceptional light in their hearts, such as Roxas. In Roxas' case, he has the ability to dual-wield keyblades. He is currently in possession of the following Keychains:
Oathkeeper - a keychain that improves the magical ability of the wielder.
Oblivion - a keychain that improves the strength of the wielder.
Kingdom Key x2 - two basic keyblade forms, in case Roxas somehow loses the others.
Weaknesses
Psychological Flaws:
lolwat?: Roxas is still kind of new to the world. Because of that, Roxas doesn't know a lot of things and is slightly awkward to talk to.
Physical Flaws:
Roxas is still in a human body. Knives, guns, sword, any weapon that can kill a human will still kill him. Despite being a bit tougher than most due to his training, Roxas is still young which makes him that much more vulnerable to weapons.

Brief History:
Roxas was created when Sora plunged the Dark Keyblade into his heart and turned himself into a Heartless. Seeing as Sora had a strong Heart, he created a Nobody as well. That Nobody's name was Roxas. Roxas was sent to Twilight Town, a calm little world where he stayed for about a week before Xemnas, the Superior of Organization XIII, found him and named him.
Xemnas took Roxas to the World That Never Was, the base of Organization XIII. Throughout his first week, Roxas was just getting settled, meeting everyone and not going on any missions. Roxas was soon introduced to Axel, who would become his best friend. Roxas' first few missions were just training, telling him how to do certain things the proper way. After those missions, Roxas started going on missions alone. Soon enough, Axel and a few others left to go on a large mission to Castle Oblivion, the Organization's other base.
Roxas was introduced to Xion, the Organization's 14th member. He started training Xion like Axel had trained him, and taking her up on the Twilight Town Clock Tower to have ice cream, like Axel had done with him before. Since then, Roxas went on missions with Xion and a few others, until the only surviving Castle Oblivion goer returned: Axel. Roxas introduced Axel to Xion and the three all became friends.

Being in a relatively new place was always kind of strange for Roxas, who was much more used to places like Twilight Town. Being chased through the streets by a group of... dead people was definitely not what Roxas had expected when he arrived in the world called "Earth". The place was kind of boring at first, all it had was tall buildings and a few people walking down the street. That was until the people noticed that Roxas was there and started shambling towards him.
With keyblade drawn, Roxas turned around and faced the small group of living corpses. Moving in to attack, the Nobody discovered that they were pretty easy to get rid of, especially if he hit their heads. After a brief, somewhat easy battle Roxas was left to try to remember what his mission was - the battle had made him forget. A moment later he remembered that he was supposed to figure out what this world was like. "Might as well get started..." Roxas said as he started down the street.
