Hazama is a mysterious man. From the engimatic Novus Orbis Librarium's Intelligence Department, he seems to know whats going on most everywhere, and has an unseen hand in most everyone's business, or at least is watching it from afar. Outwardly civil, Hazama hides an insidious evil within his body, and few have survived his anger when provoked.
