This app is to be used for minor characters that don't warrant full character status, but which are significant enough for specific details to be given about them if necessary. Do not create new accounts for these characters. Mark all NPS apps as [NPC] when posting them.

NPC Usage: Plot, single thread, recurring, whenever needed? Just sum up usage.
NPC Permissions: Can anyone use this NPC? Only certain people? List who can make use of them.

Alias: Their main or most significant alias, if they have one
Age: Their age
Archetype: Hero, Villain, Neutral? Choose a basic 'alignment', if you will
Personality: A very brief outline of their personality and the like.
History: A very brief outline of their history, explaining their 'origin' story if you will, and any truly important events.
Powers/Abilities: Brief summary of their powers and skills.
Weaknesses: Any and all weaknesses they may have.
