NPC Usage: To conduct 'science', investigate the secrets of life, to extend his own through mysterious methods, and most importantly, to work hand in hand with Devil Summoner Raidou Kuzunoha XIV, fusing demons and other various responsibilities

Dr. Victor

Personality: Doctor Victor is a very focused and driven man...to say the least. Normally very cool, calm, and decidedly unsettling when
working in his 'Gouma-Den', the prospect of more demons to fuse or different creatures to study sends his giddy with excitement-- an excitement that is all too dangerous to those he experiments on. Known to sudden mood swings during an experiment, Dr. Victor is unpredictable and can be rather violent when aroused before finally calming himself. Doctor Victor also has an obsession with immortal life, and seeks to achieve it, not just by sloppily enchanting himself, but with the real power of science! Occasionally however, Dr. Victor can express a wise and more human side to his personality. Several times he has given his personal philosophies to Raidou in times of need, and years from 1934 when Victor finally did construct the means for his own immortality, he seemed much calmer and more altruistic to those that came to him for assistance.
History: Born in Germany on December 25th, 1826, Dr. Victor's history is shrouded in mystery and enigma. No record remains of any 'monster' or trace of his past beyond that which he tells casually in conversation. Despite this, the legends of Dr. Victor von Frankenstein are plenty and heard all around the world. As he has yet to deny any of them, we are left to believe most of them are true. But Victor has long since cast down any sense of his past-- the entire monstrous legend was just a stepping stone to where he is today. Years after his fateful trip to the Arctic Circle, Frankenstein, dying and in need of medical attention, began to experiment on his own body, and attempt to prolong his life. Soon afterwards, Victor became obsessed with that notion, and plunged himself deep into the dark arts and darker sciences. What appears today is the result of such experimentation-- for better or worse. For some reason though, it seems Dr. Victor has chosen to render any services he can provide to the Yatagarasu's agent, Raidou Kuzunoha XIV, and keeps a generally open door policy on who he works for.

Powers/Abilities:
SCIENCE!: Dr. Victor is a brilliant scientist no matter how you slice it. An able doctor, surgeon, demonologist and chemist, the only field so far that's been able to stump Victor is Astrophysics, and even then only because he had no prior knowledge of it. Even robotics was not an issue for this particularly nutty professor.

Demonology: Doctor Victor is quite an expert on demons, and different ways to utilize them for his and other's benefit. Not only is he somewhat of a textbook on the subject, but he can also fuse demons with weapons, imbuning them with various qualities. Dr. Victor is also the source of the 'Elemental Bullets' Raidou often uses.

Fusion: Dr. Victor can preform demonic fusions, taking two demons and transforming them into another, more powerful demon. This dark and forbidden science is one of the greatest services Victor can provide.


Weaknesses:
Welcome to the Gouman-Den: Doctor Victor has actually modified his body so much, that it is difficult for him to exist outside of the Gouma-Den. As such, he generally must only be met and contacted from within it's peremeters.

KUZUNOHAAAA!: Doctor Victor is somewhat irritable. Often yelling and screaming and flipping tables in his excitement, very few people can tolerate his antics when he's begun going through the motions.

I'm a Doctor, not a Devil Summoner: Doctor Victor isn't much of a fighter. He maybe find a way to creatively incapacitate you if you enter the Gouma-Den, or simply utilize death traps to do away with you, but in the flesh, Victor isn't much for fighting.
