Basic Details
Age: Appears to be around 17. True age is unknown, but it is implied that he is very old.

Physical Appearance:
Amaimon leans toward the small side of the spectrum, being slightly smaller than your average male his appearence age. He stands at a good 5'7 and weighs around 130 pounds. Despite his small stature, he does not appear malnourished or increasingly skinny. Amaimon also possesses demonic bodily features unique to humanoid demons, such as long, sharp black fingernails, ears tapered to a point, and sharpened canine teeth. Amaimon's complexion is slightly paler than your average human, but not the point in which he looks sickly or something of that sort.
Amaimon's hair is perhaps one of the most unique things about him. The color is dark green on bottom, then fades to a lighter green near the top, where the hair spikes into what almost resembles a horn poking out of his head, slightly slanted back. The length falls to just above his eyes, and to the base of his neck in the back. Both he and his brother Mephisto have a small "tail" in their hair, where it flips outward at the end of its length in the back. Amaimon's eyes are a green to match his hair, with prominent shadows underneath as per most humanoid demons. Another of Amaimon's odd facial features are his eyebrows. Rather than the standard arched line of hair beneath one's forehead, his eyebrows are tear drop shaped, and don't span as far regular eyebrows. They are the same shade as his hair.
Amaimon's standard outfit consists of three layers of clothing. First, he wears a pink and green striped undershirt, along with long dark green socks that disappear underneath brownish-red shorts going slightly past his knees, adorned with gold diamond patterns. Over the shirt, he wears a tan colored vest with large cross bones designs for buttons. On top of everything, he wears a reddish-brown coat with sleeves always rolled up, the same shade as his shorts, with gold skull buttons. The end of the coat is tattered as if from wear and tear, though it does not seem to tear further. Finally, Amaimon accessorizes with long dark green fingerless glove that span the entire length of his arms, long socks of the same color, and dark brown pointed shoes adorned with his signature gold skill design.
Personality:
Amaimon's general outward personality seems calm and collected, if not a little uncaring, and he hardly ever seems upset. He always seems to wear the same expression of mild interest, or slight boredom. He seems to be both intrigued by the human world, and a bit bored by it, possibly due to the fact that humans are generally weaker than the demons of Gehenna he is used to. Amaimon constantly seeks some form on entertainment, usually combat, which he still seems to be fairly bored with. Despite his general bored demeanor, Amaimon is fascinated with the things Earth and various other places hold, such as their cultures, as demonstrated by his sizable hoard of various souvenirs from Japan.
But, Amaimon's personality is not completely one-sided. He is actually very brash due to confidence in his demonic powers. He has no restrictions when diving into a fight, even if he hardly tries to win. As one of the princes of Gehenna, he believes himself to be unbeatable by any mere human or other demon. This, however, leads to his bad attitude toward losing. Amaimon takes very badly to losing because of an overconfidence in his powers, often becoming serious about a fight only after he begins to lose. When angered like this, he will not hesitate to show his true demonic colors, though this will lead to carelessness in a battle. Amaimon also shower great irritation toward anybody interrupting his fights.

Chewing a thumbnail, the demon King of Earth watched the quaint little world of Radiant Garden from atop one of the low buildings, though he remained out of sight. Was this another human world? Amaimon had only seen the human world of Assiah, and the demon world of Gehenna prior to this. He had no idea there were more worlds, and along with them new forms of entertainment. "I wonder if this world has anything... worthwhile." Amaimon mused to himself, getting to his feet and removing hims thumb nail from his mouth. "I suppose it's worth a look around."
In a flourish of brown-red coat and dark green hair, Amaimon dropped from his perch, easily landing on his feet and making the heels of his curled boots click. A few passers by jumped, startled by the demon's appearance, but turned their gazes when they realized he did not notice them, or was merely ignoring them. "Hmm." The demon grunted, surveying the place with bag-lined green eyes. Just like Assiah, there seemed to simply be boring humans here. Amaimon bet that half of them couldn't even see his demonic mutations. However, as his green gaze swept over the place again, he noticed some rather... odd residents. Ducks, walking and talking as if human? That was something new. But would it provide any entertainment? Probably not.
Suddenly, Amaimon stiffened slightly at another presence. Two, to be exact. Two other demons beside himself. A touch of a smile quirked up the corners of Amaimon's mouth. Perhaps this world was more interesting than he first thought... Amaimon spun on a heel and faced the presence in the direction he sensed it, seeing...well... not exactly what he expected. One of the demons appeared to be nothing more than a human child with an eye-patch, dressed as if from a long-ago time period. The other was following slightly behind the child, dressed in a long black tailcoat with matching color hair. A...butler? A demon butler? "That's... kind of pathetic." Amaimon mused aloud.

Powers & Abilities
Amaimon is a powerful demon, one of the most powerful shown so far in the series. He presumably possesses some sort of magic ability, as he was able to restart an entire amusement park with a snap of his fingers. Being a demon prince, it is assumed that he has control over legions of demons that are akin to him. He also had a goblin familiar named Behemoth.
Earth Manipulation
Befitting his title as the "King of Earth," Amaimon is able to manipulate the ground. By banging his fist on the ground, he is able to create large tremors and earthquakes. It has been shown that he can control the soil and dirt as he made a titan of himself. He could also summon giant Baryons.
Super Human Strength
Being a demon, Amaimon naturally possesses strength far above the average human being. The exact amount of strength he possesses is unknown, due to how little he has been seen in combat, but he has been shown to have incredible strength. He was able to blast Rin through a half mile of trees with a flick of his finger. Likewise, he was able to break Konekomaru's arm with a single poke. He is also strong enough to lift Bon over his head, as well as jump to extremely high heights.
Partial-Demon Form
Amaimon can trigger a partial transformation to gain access to more of his powers. He gains more build, but slightly. An alligator-like tail with markings sprouts from him. 3 short and curved horns similar to Hobgoblins grow from his head. Both his ears and fangs elongate. And finally his arms turn green and more muscular, also very reptile-like. In this state alone, he demonstrates his title of "The Earth King" to some extent. When he is in this form, he has the capability of summoning giant Baryon to crush his targets and encasing himself in stone, forming a titan of earth in his image.

-Amaimon's confidence in his demonic powers tend to make him put forth very little effort while in a battle.
-Amaimon often loses interest in things quickly, causing him to either stop a fight, or leave all together.
-Whenever he feels as if he will lose a fight or flies into a rage, his fighting becomes somewhat erratic and uncontrolled.
Physical Flaws...
-Being a demon, Amaimon is very weak to holy materials

-(Non-Canon, added for the purpose of downplaying his powers.) Amaimon can only stay in his partial demon form for up to three posts before losing strength and fading back to his humanoid form.

History....
Nothing yet is known about Amaimon's past, save for the events that took place in the anime.
True Cross Academy Arc
Amaimon is first seen having a conversation with his brother Mephisto. He told Mephisto that everyone in Gehenna was wondering about Rin. Mephisto then told him that he will raise Rin. Amaimon then asked when will Mephisto return to Gehenna. Mephisto replied saying that Amaimon wouldn't want to make his brothers wait in Gehenna. With this said, Amaimon left.
The next time Amaimon appeared was when Shiemi and Rin were catching a baby ghost in a closed amusement park. Amaimon launched an attack on Rin wanting to see his demon form. Rin and Amaimon fight, but Amaimon clearly has the upper hand. Because Amaimon stole Rin's sword, Rin couldn't fight as he wanted to, but could eventually release his Blue Flames. The fight was interrupted by Shura, who revealed her appearance for the first time. Amaimon fleed due to either cowardness, or for some other unknown reason.
Training Camp arc
When the students from the True Cross Academy have their training camp in the woods, Amaimon set a moth trap for someone to land in while doing their exam. Shiemi fell for his trap and then a moth larvae grew in the back of her neck which hypnotized her to follow Amaimon’s orders, which to Rin’s point of view, was an act of kidnapping. Rin followed Amaimon all the way out of the woods.
Bon, Renzou and Konekomaru followed because Bon reckoned Rin was acting weird. Amaimon tries to make Shiemi his bride in order to provoke Rin to unleash Koumaken, but as he tries to kiss her to seal their vows Rin yells at him to stop and fights him. Konekomaru then tries to signal others for help with his flare, but the sparks of it were so strong it flew out of his hands and headed towards Amaimon's horn, which made it puff up like a broccoli.
As Rin unsheathes Koumaken, Amaimon is seen jumping to the air in excitement as he always wanted to fight Rin furious.This is where the anime and manga storylines separate.
In the manga, Amaimon and Rin are stopped from fighting, Mephisto puts Amaimon inside a cuckoo clock and conjures it away by saying "Abra Cadabra". His current status in the manga is unknown.
In the anime, Amaimon and Rin don't stop fighting, but Mephisto does put Amaimon in the clock later. However, Rin suddenly appears, slashing the box, causing him to fly out and flee. After this rin goes crazy and his flames control him. He goes so out of control he sets the forest in blue flames and he almost hurt his friends.
Mephisto Trial arc
Furious that Rin easily overpowered him, Amaimon goes after him in the hearing of Mephisto and the Grigori. He reverts to his partially demonic form and leads an army of goblins including his Behemoth, causing an earthquake in the process. Shura and Angel attempt to stop him by successfully killing his Behemoth. Enraged by the death of his familiar, Amaimon creates a large golem monster in his image and with ease defeats the two upper class exorcists. He arrives to the hearing and finds Rin inside. Eager to kill Rin, he breaks the barrier surrounding Rin causing the crystal prison containing him to shatter. Amaimon then attempts to crush his head. However, the Exwires arrive with the re-forged Kurikara. Amaimon hears Rin's heart beat sealed within the sword and attempts to destroy it. With cooperation from the others, Yukio awakens Rin with the Kurikara. With his powers resealed in the sword, Rin awakens & destroys Amaimon's golem like form and stabs him, incinerating him in the process. Amaimon calls for his brother (Mephisto) as he is incinerated and sent back to Gehenna.
Filler arc
Later, Shura and Yukio were talking with Mephisto in his office, where a small green hamster with a horn is running on his desk. This is Amaimon, after being defeated by Rin, he may have been greatly weakened, forcing him to possess a weaker vessel. It appears that this new vessel is the hamster with the same color scheme as Amaimon's hair & notable horn. During this time period he is always hanging around Mephisto, either on his shoulder or the brim of his hat. He is often seen eating during this time. It is later revealed that Amaimon still retains the ability of speech in this form, but it's most likely that he didn't have much to say before this time.
