Name: Shaco!
Alias: The Demon Jester
Age: Unknown
Ranking: Villain
Physical Appearance:
Personality: Shaco is a man greatly unhinged. Nobody truly knows why he is the way he is, be it some childhood trauma, or he was simply brought into life crazed. But what they do know, is that the sight of the Demon Jester is a terrifying thing to behold. The more he smiles, the more fear-inspiring it becomes.
But deep down, he too has a 'human' side. Buried below that rigid, frightening exterior, a man questions who he is; what he is. You mix two cups crazy with a dash (see-- bucket) of bloodlust, and a few teaspoons of confusion, and you've created a murderer who does it without truly knowing why. You get a man who can't stop himself, but doesn't really want to. Only to understand the purpose behind it.
He knows killing brings him pleasure and happiness, but he is compelled to have a greater reason to do it than that. One doesn't simply run over a persons bicycle just because it's fun. There must be a purpose behind the action; revenge, perhaps.
But behind the murderer, to those few who are not on the receiving end of his blades, one will find a wild idealist. An enjoyable conversationalist; if not a bit warped with his views. Should questions of morals and mercy arise, the Jester will simply cackle in that oh so endearing way of his, and maybe demonstrate his 'morals'.
Powers/Abilities: Jack in the Box - Box box box! One of Shaco's favorite toys is his 'Jack in the Box'. While the number of these he has is unknown, as well as... just... where the hell he stores them, he is careful about not losing them. He doesn't simply throw his toys about all willy nilly. The most he has been seen to use at once is three.
Deceive - The Demon Jester has shown the capability to momentarily become stealthed, or invisible. And not simply while standing still. Shaco can move about while remaining undetected by normal eye-sight. In truth, the deception to this ability is two-fold. The stealth is all too real, but it's simply a followup. Deceive, in all actuality, is a 'Blink' ability, or short-range instant teleportation.
Two-Shiv Poison - Shaco keeps a poison on him that he can coat his blades in at any time. It isn't lethal---that would be no fun!---but a sort of neurotoxin. If it gets into the bloodstream of someone, it dulls their reaction times, as well as their speed. The effect differs per person, but typically affects the average human the most severely.
Hallucination - Because one Shaco isn't enough to brighten your day, there's now two! No, this is no ninja technique of falsehoods. Shaco steps to the side, revealing a second Shaco in his place. The drawback of the ability is that the second Shaco is clad in a different outfit, so determining which is real is an easy task. But that doesn't lessen the doubled danger.
The secondary function of this doppelganger is It's explosive stage exit. Upon death, the clone will 'pop' like a balloon, releasing a volley of small knives in all directions.
Lastly, Shaco is highly agile. The Jester is capable of your random contortionist maneuvers, such as scuttling on all four limbs while upside down, as well as sudden bursts of high-speed motion.
Equipment: Twin Shivs - What Shaco considers his 'shivs' are actually a par of wickedly curved double edged short swords.
Jack in the Box - Shaco, by means unknown, carries three 'toys' on his person. Said toys function like proximity bombs, and fling open when anyone save Shaco enters a field of roughly ten feet of them. A 'Jack' springs out in the likeness of Shaco, with the exception of the 9mm handgun barrel sticking out of It's mouth.
Psychological Flaws: If it hasn't been determined as of yet, then the obvious simply needs to be stated. Shaco is... unhinged. A little loopy. Batshit insane. And while this may not exactly seem like a weakness, all it would really take is some insightful prodding, and Shaco could just break down.
Physical Flaws: Though it isn't confirmed exactly what Shaco is, he does seem to share the weakness of humans. Namely that a good stab or gunshot to the heart or head will indeed be the end of him. Throw him through a solid wall and he'll probably go down for a while. Lack of oxygen will kill him. If he falls from a terrible height... Well, you get the idea.
Other Flaws: The Jester likes to dance into any situation, dire or not, and gives absolutely no shits, diddles, or damns about danger. Traps go ignored for the most part, and cares are left behind with his sanity. This can obviously lead to a shitstorm
Brief History:
Reason for being on AM: Shaco lives only for the joy of doing what he loves. And that's killing! And making smiles. The location matters little, only the act and the end. So despite the fact that he's no longer on the Fields of Justice, battling it out with fellow freaks, his agenda is unchanged.
Sample RP: Hidden within the shadows of the trees, the Demon Jester watched, and he waited. His friend would be coming soon. So very soon. He would carve her, make her body a canvas of art, and entice from her the laughter he sought so very much. She would be his play thing. With these thoughts, the smiling Jester entertained himself as he watched the grassy path from the trees; from the darkness.
The battle raged on in this large forest-like arena, he knew. But it mattered little to him; he cared not for his team, only the kill. Only ever the kill--wait. He could hear her coming! The wicked grin that threatened to split his face before only widened. Slowly but surely, the footfalls became increasingly more loud. Soft leather boots touched upon the grass so gently, it almost sounded like a breeze, but he knew it was her. She ran cautiously, a slight bounce to her long strides. She knew enough to expect something.
But she was still ill prepared, and when a Jack in the Box burst from the tall grasses infront of her, she had to cover the small shriek that threatened to escape her. The 'Jack' cackled in it's pre-recorded laughter before firing a volley of small, fast projectiles at her. The woman swiftly turned to the side, a brown cloak fluttering around her gorgeous form.
And just as swiftly, a longbow, curved and formed as elegantly as herself was drawn with three ice-tipped arrows. All of this, as if in one well-practiced move, was executed without flaw. Even the release of the arrows seemed choreographed. Within less than a second, the encounter was over, and the Jack in the Box lay broken.
The woman's guard never went down, and when the slight crunch of a footfall gave away her enemy's position behind her, she whipped around with the bow, smashing it across the face of her attacker.
The Jester, for his part, gave only a chuckle before the bow-woman realized her mistake. This was his 'hallucination' trick. She barely had enough time to throw her arms in front of her face and torso before the carbon copy exploded outwards in a shower of knives, a large portion of which embedded themselves in her.
As she landed with an ungraceful thud on her back, she could only squirm in unease as the real Jester made his way from the treeline. The glint in his eyes, as well as that god awful laughter sent a chill down her spine. She had to remind herself that she couldn't actually die in these games.
Almost as if reading her thoughts, the Jester chuckled. "But I'll make you wish you could," he said in a sing-song voice, drawing out his 'shivs'.
Before he could take another step toward her, a brutal looking one-handed axe planted itself in the ground in front of him. The Jester's smile faltered as he jumped back. From down the path, a viking-like figure placed himself between the Jester and his prey.
Shaco gave a sickening laugh and readied his knives, charging forward before vanishing in a small black gust. His typical 'Deceive' blink. But to the confusion of the downed woman and her savior, never reappeared.
Compared to the confusion of the two warriors, Shaco was utterly flabbergasted at his situation. His teleportation had never been able to go any farther than twenty feet, and even that utterly drained him. But this wasn't the battlefield...
Looking around, the Demon Jester could see enormous structures, lined with nothing but windows for as far as the eye could see. For once, his infamous smile was utterly gone, replaced by a large frown. This was not the Fields of Justice... How could one short-range teleportation go so wrong?
Walking over to a rather large window, the sign read 'Welcome! Best cakes in Gotham!'.
The smile came back, but tentatively. A new killing field could be just oh so much fun... And Shaco never murdered without a smile.

Brief History:
Most would say that death isn't funny. It isn't, unless you're Shaco - then it's hysterical. He is Valoran's first fully functioning homicidal comic; he jests until someone dies, and then he laughs. The figure that has come to be known as the Demon Jester is an enigma. No one fully agrees from whence he came, and Shaco never offers any details on his own. A popular belief is that Shaco is not of Runeterra - that he is a thing summoned from a dark and twisted world. Still others believe that he is the demonic manifestation of humanity's dark urges and therefore cannot be reasoned with. The most plausible belief is that Shaco is an assassin for hire, left to his own lunatic devices until his services are needed. Shaco certainly has proven himself to be a cunning individual, evading authorities at every turn who might seek him for questioning for some horrendous, law-breaking atrocity. While such scuttlebutt might reassure the native inhabitants of Valoran, it seems unimaginable that such a malfeasant figure is allowed to remain at large.
Whatever the truth of his history might be, Shaco has joined the League of Legends for reasons only he knows. He is a terrifying figure, typically shunned by both his fellow champions and the media at large. Only the summoners in the Institute of War know why such a creature was allowed into the League, but most Runeterrans suspect it to be a means that allows the power that be to keep an eye on the ever-elusive Shaco. Unsurprisingly, this champion is popular in places where madness can openly reign, such as among the power-hungry summoners of Zaun and Noxus.
