^Personality: Blind Pew is very outgoing person (creature?) and can be a bit whimsical at times as well. However, he can be serious when he needs to be. But most of the times he appears in a playful mood, even when threatening someone with a black spot. He also appears to have a bit comedic light to him, due to the fact that his blindness causes him to misjudge things--like a boy with long hair being a girl, a moose head being a person, and a clock being a doorway...and even acts like he meant to do some of those things most of the time...

Enhanced Senses
What he lacks in eyesight he makes up for in his other senses, especially his hearing. Blind Pew may appear defenseless due to his blind state, however, he has managed to pinpoint the sound of a flintlock being locked into place from across the room. He also is quite physically fit--actually flipping towards the owner of a loaded gun and pinning him before the pistol could even be fired.

Minor Insanity
Blind Pew could be considered to be a wee bit insane. (Though after being at sea for a few years, piracy will do that to a man...err...creature...) It's left him to have a sadistic look on life--seeing as how he did laugh like a mad man after giving a black spot to a past crew mate...

We're not pleased with you, Bill... [Stubborn & A Pirate's Love For Gold]
Blind Pew has been hunting down Billy Bones for years, all in hopes of giving Bill a nice little black spot--and hopefully gaining back their deceased Captain's treasure map. It's driven him a bit mad really...even though he is already insane as it is! He hasn't let this grudge go... Don't get between a pirate and his chance at gold...it won't end well.

Blind as a Bat
Blind Pew is utterly blind! He wears double eye patches over both of his eyes, trusting his arms, hands, and walking stick to guide him about--even during fights too! How he even gets to where he needs to go is just unbelievable. It also makes him misjudge objects--thinking moose heads are people and clocks are doors to bedrooms....

You're Rather Short
Considering we don't even know, what Blind Pew is, he is much shorter than a normal sized human being. Which makes it a lot easier for a taller human with long legs to run away from if, if they'd ever have to. [Though you could just go hide behind a long line of barrels...or run in zig zags...]

Bumbling Brute
Along with his blindness, Pew has the misfortune of bumping into things quite often. Knocking over glasses, tripping over stairs, knocking into tables, and basically being quite a klutz.

This is the part where Quill writes up a history for a character that had little screen time yay / no back story whatsoever! I hope that's okay... >3>

Little can be said about this mysterious creature called Blind Pew. Where did he come from? Who were his parents? Was he born blind, or was it a piracy accident? Well...

Pew was born blind in his left eye to a fisherman and his wife in France. They owned their own restaurant in a small port city in France, his mother would cook the catch his father would bring home.

When his mother wasn't running the restaurant, she was home schooling Pew. Though, when he was old enough, his father began bringing him out fishing on his boat. His father had high hopes that Pew would follow in his footsteps in his fishermen.

But that was the funny thing about children, most of them tended to stray from the paths their parents wanted them to follow.

One afternoon, during a fishing trip, Pew and his father were captured by a pirate ship. They took their catch, everything in their ship's hull, and they'd even taken Pew as payment to ignore Pew's father's ship during their future ship raids.

This started Pew's pirate career--where later he lost sight in his right eye giving him the name "Blind Pew." He started as a cabin boy and slowly began to learn the ropes of how a pirate ship was run. By the time he'd reached full adulthood, he was working for Captain Flint.

During the years he worked on Flint's ship, he rose to become one of Flint's top men-soon meeting Billy Bones while working aboard the ship as well.

A few years after Flint murdered most of the crew, Pew learned that Billy had run off with Flint's map to the treasure. Filled with slight anger, and madness after being deserted on an island for many years after Flint's death, Pew has made it his goal to track down the map and Billy Bones--and to help the rest of the remaining crew get revenge on their ex-crew mate.

In Character RP Sample

"Watch where you're going you stupid cat!" Blind Pew spat as he walked, unknowingly, down a long alley way thinking it was a main road. He had a habit of accidentally walking down alleys instead of sticking to main roads.

"Where are you Billy Bones?" He called, his voice echoing off the walls. "Where are you Billy?"

His feet shuffled gently against the cobblestone as he managed to exit the alley way--but not before knocking into a wall, stepping on a cat, and getting his cane stuck in a knick in the stone.

A light laugh came from Pew as he hobbled down the street, "Oh ho ho, Billy when I find you, you're going to be in a lot of trouble ehehe! Yes you are indeed!" His cane tapped against the street below in time with his laughter. He would get that map and his revenge! He'd search for Billy until he reached the other side of the world!

He fumbled when he bumped into something large...he couldn't see it, but it was in fact, a lamppost. "Billy Bones! I knew it was you! I know this mug anywhere!" The slightly insane pirate snickered as he poked the lamppost. "Now tell me where the map is, or I'll have to gully you right now!"

No response from the lamppost.

"Playing the silent game, are you Billy?" He sneered, "Well then!" He lifted his cane and began to hit the side of the lamppost.

He continued to argue with the object until a man passed by and informed him that there was no "Billy" person around, and that he should stop hitting the lamppost before he had Pew thrown in jail.
