Winter made a passable living as an online tailor - enough to squat somewhere, eat meals, and keep sending away his costumes, dresses, and clothing projects to anyone who bought them. Most of that, the reclusive creature managed to do without leaving his hovel, but every once in a while he needed food and soap and something worthwhile to drink - enter, 24 hour gas stations!
So it was then that Winter carefully climbed his way through the doorway of a local kwiktrip, earning a few odd looks, but he had discovered that most people sort of assumed he was wearing some kind of costume... as long as he didnt speak or eat or drink in front of them. Human culture was odd like that, but no big deal - it made things easy.

"Oh boy is it dark!" Bridget thought to himself as he strolled along the streets of Gotham. He stared at the bounty sheet in his hand. "I'll never catch this Joker guy... It's pointl-" His eyes soon caught a glimpse of a gas station. It had such bright lights across it and like an absolute sight for sore eyes listed the items it sells on the sign at the side. One of then being candy. The young bounty hunter was an absolute sugar addict so the very sight of a place where he could buy some candy was wonderful. "Well, I guess going in there wouldn't hurt." the blue clad teenager thought to himself as he stolled forward rather unceremoniously. Sure, he was a pretty looking thing but he was anything but graceful. He was a hyper, boisterous ball of energy and it really didn't help when he was on a perpetual sugar high.
Bridget walked through the automatic doors and caught a few glimpses from passers by. He was dressed in his ever usual outfit and it was quite the eye catching one. He wore a blue shawl on his head, a matching blue and white dress, black lycra shorts underneath, white kneesocks, blue and white boots and some black and white gloves with oversized cuffs. It was quite possible he was one of the odder sights for any customer there. Well, so he thought until seeing another person in quite a strange getup.
Bridget waved to him. "Hey mister! You've got such a nice outfit!" he chirped out in his chipper British accent. Many people would mistake the two of them for girls but Bridget could always tell gender very well. If he could see any of the person's body he could tell. However, for people in full suits of armour like Justice he had no real idea. Still, this guy was the former and it was obvious to him it was another male. "I'm Bridget! Nice to meet you." he said doing a little bow, attempting to make it look somewhat elegant and failing.

Winter turned, and smiled at the sapphire-clad youth that had entered not a couple seconds behind him. It wasn't usual that somebody spoke to him aside from paper or plastic, mostly just hoping he would leave at soonest juncture. This girl - no, boy - openly came out and introduced himself! Just like that! It was all the sissy could do not to respond in kind - that would break the illusion he was wearing a suit right off. So he gave an animatronic blink, and after an exaggerated gesture that seemed to say 'who, me? Thank you very much!' he folded his gloved hands in his 'lap' and bowed in return.
Part of the illusion was a collar with a tag - it helped in just such occasions. Of course, he didnt bring it! That left him feeling he was being rude in not telling his name, ears giving an invoulentary flick - possibly animatronic, but no little engines whirred under his scalp. He stood straight, making sure his dress concealed his whole lower body 8 legs and all. He looked thoughtful for a moment, then pulled a pen and a scrap of paper from his purse to write one word, with exaggerated care as he seemed to be holding the paper very close to his eyes, his hand nevertheless immaculate and femenine.
Winter
He looked up and smiled, showing him, then wrote
Nice to meet you
