he states to himself. "And I thought it was bad in my time," he adds as he looks around, from his vantage point, listening in on the police and emergency bands. I wonder if what will happen to Space and Time, as my parents are still in their late teens to early twenties here, he thinks to himself and he kneels down to watch. Terry thinks back to how he got here. Witht he help of Batman, Green Lantern and Wonder Women, plus the Justice League from his era, was able to stop Chronos from destroying time , leaving Chronos stuck in a time loop thanks to the original Batman, Bruce Wayne. However, a few weeks later, Terry was using the Motherbox to travel with the rest of the Justice League to a planet within the galaxy, when he and the Batmobile arrived in 2012 Gotham. Terry could probably get home, but the Motherbox he has does not work, and the boomtube is also not working right now. So, he has been doing his best working in this time and trying to figure out how to survive. "Cannot get a job, as I am not even born yet, and technically I am an illegal alien," he says to himself. But for now, he will worry about that later, as he listens for any dangerous activity to happen in Gotham, which is going to happen, as this is Gotham and there is never a quiet night in Gotham. The streets of Gotham were unusually, eerily quiet. That was because the universe, itself, knew better, at this moment. All of Existence knew not to interfere when she came. The only sign of her coming was the area surrounding her entrance point darkened, as if an eclipse had engulfed the spot. Unnatural blue lightning struck down from a cloudless sky. Where it scorched the earth, a gout of mysterious Green Fire erupted from the ground. Materializing out from the fire were three figures. One was tall and magnificent in her glory; she was the Mistress of All Evil. Alongside her appeared two loyal, goblin minions. They were quaking in fear in her very presence. The Unseelie Queen did not look as she once did. Her blonde hair was free from her horned cowl, allowed to blow in the soft breeze that followed her entrance and whipped about her purple horned headdress. Instead of her old, draping black cloth, she wore a vibrant purple gown that accentuated her ominous beauty.
When she spoke, Maleficent's voice was strong, demanding, and carried heavily on the wind, filled with her might. "Scour the streets. Find me a gem as red as blood and as delicate as a tear falling from a newborn's cheek." She stamped her staff against the ground, the resulting Her Unseelie henchman cowered at the sound of her voice and mad haste to follow her orders. They were not the smartest of creatures, but they got the job done (most of the time) and were some of the only Unseelie Fae who had not turned on her when she had been cast out of Faerie.
Her schemes were weaving together very nicely; soon, her plan would come to fruition and she would have revenge on the Evil Queen for her captivity. Not only that, but she would be able to show this world how true Darkness handled things. These petty crimes and frivolous wars were laughable. Maleficent would soon reveal her plan to the world; she had yet even allowed her new… allies to glimpse what it was she was plotting. The more things were kept in the dark, the sweeter her vengeance would be. However, one thing that Maleficent wanted to make sure of was the vital point of her revenge; Regina had threatened her precious pet, so the Fae sorcerous would do the same. She still needed a few materials, though, and that was why she was here, back in Gotham. There were certain… supplies she needed and she felt this city was the perfect place to harvest them; with all the villainous and shady characters running about, she should go nigh unnoticeable. And so, she strided down the streets of Gotham in search of a very specific story. Occasionally, one of her goblins from earlier ran to and fro. For the most part, she ignored them; however, she had to halt their progress every now and then to correct their line of thinking. Stupid creatures as they were, they took the phrase "red as blood" and interpreted it as "anything looking remotely red or orange."
Maleficent quickly came upon the store she had been looking for. This world had a wonderful contraption that was called an "internet" that had allowed her to search for the exact text she'd been in search of and had told her just where she'd needed to go to claim the tome. And so, here she was, standing on one of the many streets of Gotham City, poised before a new age shop that was selling a single copy of the tome she required. With a stamp of her staff, a powerful gust of wind blew forth, forcing the door of the store open. With a regal grace only the Mistress of All Evil could conjure, Maleficent swept into the shop with a steady stride. She ignored the antiques and payed no heed to the new age supplies stored within. With her dark senses, she homed in on the text she required. The Unseelie Queen carefully pulled it from its place on the shelf and cautiously opened its pages. Her eyes quickly scanned its depths so that she was sure it was the book she needed. Her task finished, she turned to leave.

he states as he looks at the time, "I'm gonna have to get to bed. gotta find a school to attend, and try to explain it," he adds as he hears a call over the police band. "Well, at least it is something," he comments as he saw something odd, but figured it was just his imagination. Turning the Batmobile, he activates the cloak on it, causing it to disappear and he slows the craft and drops out of the bottom of it, as he sees the ... things running too and fro. "Shouldn't you guys be at the circus or something," he says at the Goblins as he hovers in the air, near the store that Mally just went into. What are those things? Circus freaks he thinks as he hovers in the air.[/ul]
