Meet ALL the people!GARCHOMP Acquaintances
just who are you people and what are you even doing here Narret - Oh whoops, Garchomp managed to acquire a small child whilst walking through the desert, and had to guide her back to the relatively safe haven of civilization. She was a bit concerned about the girl, but one meeting does not a friend make, and she had better things to do than babysit. She might be a bit more talkative if they ever meet again? -more here once threads finish up hahaha- Friends
hey you, you're uh... kind of nice and I will protect you forever kthxbye -SAVING SPACE FOR OSWIN- Foes
graaaurgh I am going to rip out your throat RIGHT NOW Dimentio - Maybe Garchomp got off on the wrong foot with this jester, but he took her to another dimension and trapped her there, so she got a little pissed. And then turned his dimension into a desert. She'll probably try to take him out as soon as she sees him again, because he has quite a few nasty tricks up his sleeve, and he managed to insult her and make a few decent tries at killing her as well.

MITHOS Acquaintances
inferior beings that I haven't gotten around to killing yet -- Friends
you mean tools, right? Regina - Mithos' first pawn! He's quite smug about how easy it was to get her to trust him, but then, not many people can stand up to the charms of a helpless, lost child. And, despite occasional bouts of doubt, he's using her to get a place to stay and learn more about the world. Of course, like all tools she has her time and place - and eventually he'll probably show his true colours right before trying to dispose of her. For now, though, it is quite a happy alliance - on his side, anyways. Foes
oh you mean everyone -ALL OF AM SHOULD BE HERE-

ICC STUFF because why the hell notGARCHOMP - Oswin - Garchomp and Oswin are total bros. She didn't really expect to suddenly gain a friend/trainer/thing??? but it just suddenly happened and now Makya is trying to deal with the fact that she actually really cares about Oswin. The sort of affection that necessitates charging in and taking blows for her or old-fashioned heroics and sacrifices. The depth of that emotion kind of scares her at times but she tries to ignore that in favour of doing everything in her power to protect Oswin, including telling her when she's being stupid, and in general hanging out and figuring out what normal friendship is. In truth, she almost wishes Oswin was a dragon - that way she could fend for herself and fly, as she clearly wishes she could.
- Regina - While not as close to her as to Oswin, Makya values Regina as a fighter and as someone who knows what she's doing. Plus they both care for Oswin, which more often than not has Garchomp at her side during a fight. It's not the strongest of friendships but it doesn't need to be - she enjoys her company and has her back in a fight and that's all that matters, right? In Makya's eyes, they're badass teammates.
- Raidou - Another badass! Cordial and collected, Makya actually admires Raidou quite a bit for his abilities and his knowledge. He is calm in situations that would have her snarling and ready to rip out throats, and she thinks they could make a good team when it comes to handling combat. Unfortunately, he is also a lot of fun to tease and some of her admiration for him is just too awkward and wordy to express, so she settles for... joking about piling up severed heads in a gruesome courtship ritual. She's never serious about it but watching him tip his hat and flush is as much fun as decapitating people.
- Mituna - Mituna is a little like a child in Garchomp's eyes - and one that needs to be protected but is also quite well-meaning. She's quite tolerant of him, especially since after a few fights he offered to make a helmet for her. He's now in her selective group of people she'll protect though she kind of wishes he would stop clambering over Loki. She can hardly kill him with Mituna hanging off his helmet like that!
- Loki - Wow Loki, you suck. Garchomp thinks little of his goals, less of his methods, and would like to kindly throw him into a volcano because he hurt Oswin and then she found out that he uses ice for his attacks the bastard. Their last meeting was kind of explosive, and makes her wish she had more fire attacks, purely so she wouldn't be at such a horrible disadvantage.
- Cora and Hazama - haha these two are lumped together because Garchomp never really spent too much time around either. Just enough to know that they can throw her into walls and they've hurt both Regina and Oswin. She's quite gracious about working together with Raidou and Regina to kill them, if possible. And by gracious I mean "I'm fighting. >:/" "no you're not" "I AM FIGHTING >:/" and then disregarding anything anyone says on the matter.

MITHOS wow mithos you just changed alignment in the icc- Regina - One could call Regina Mithos' first actual friend and ally, and it would most definitely be true. Regina - despite his initial attempts to manipulate her - is... well, someone he trusts and is fairly open with. Their relationship is complicated - not helped along by the fact that Regina often treats him like a child - but lately they've become more like complete equals, and he really does value her opinion - even if he doesn't show it. Maybe they understand each other a little too well, and they struggle with many of the same issues, but when he's not being a little too proud, Mithos realizes he does need her - as an anchor and to remind him that he's not alone.
- Oswin - If his relationship with Regina is complicated, then he and Oswin were just rocky - at first they were openly hostile, but since then they're sort of... buddies. Somehow. Oswin's tendency to defend the fuck out of everyone and offer him emotional support when he's done so little for her surprises him every time, and he admires those traits. They also snark at each other sometimes, and since Kratos has taken up training her, he's grown a little closer to her - if only because now he gets to casually criticize her sword techniques.
- Kratos Aurion - Mithos' mentor who taught him how to wield a sword, who followed him loyally as one of the ruling members of Cruxis for four thousand years, and also the man who betrayed him at the very end, siding with his son against Mithos. His feelings toward him are... complicated, as Kratos did betray him - but Mithos is slowly coming to the realization that he was right to do so. He does have a lot of respect for him, and he's almost painfully honest when they speak - Kratos knows, after all, about everything that's happened, and if there's anyone else who can understand the burden of so much hate and grief over such a long time, it's him.
- Kazuma Kuvaru - Kazuma is Mithos' friend. Kazuma is also Hazama's vessel, and in a short time will become him when fused with Terumi's spirit. This makes their friendship kind of complicated, more so by the fact that Mithos doesn't want to reveal the truth. He genuinely cares for him, though, despite his own initial doubts, and Kazuma's ability to take everything he's done and the kind of person he is in stride and then make him feel better about it is... really amazing. Unfortunately, he also wants to protect Kazuma and somehow stop the inevitable from happening - which echoes back to Mithos' determination to revive Martel. This probably won't end well.
- Hazama - If there's anyone Mithos hates, it's Hazama - but that emotion is complicated by little things like the realization that they are alike in quite a few ways. The parallels might not be as strong as they are with Regina, but if Mithos stopped caring at all, he would probably have become just as monstrous. As it is, that little epiphany makes him veeery wary of him, and though it's given him a purpose, it doesn't change the fact that he fears what Hazama is capable of. As for trying not to hate him - it might as well be a lost cause.
- Loki - Loki took on Martel's appearance to screw with him. Now, despite whatever regret he might be feeling in the aftermath of that action, Mithos wants to Judgement his face.
- Pitch - Mithos hates and fears Pitch. That's easy enough to see - but he wavers between just that and something like scorn. Mithos is trying to become a better person, which means not giving into every single taunt, but it's rare for him to actually have the resolve and will to actively not listen to him.

KYUBEY guess which of these was the easiest to write hahaha- All of the ICC - kyubey pls. Everyone in the anomaly has at least some amount of potential energy, meaning that everyone is a potential contract! Also they can all see and interact with Kyubey which is enough of a reason for him to meet and try to contract every single person.
- Hazama - In Kyubey's own words, a very interesting and unique individual! c: Which is not how anyone else would describe him. To Kyubey and the hivemind in general, Hazama is someone of value to cultivate for his information and because the state of his soul is quite unique. To that end, they have a deal with the promise of an eternal amount of energy on Kyubey's end... and a lot of information for Hazama. Unlike, well, anyone else, Kyubey doesn't hold Hazama in any sort of fear or respect, and actually considers him a prize curiosity. He'll abide by the terms of their contract but he can hardly be said to be loyal, and he's quick to point out conflicts or act upon flaws in the orders he's given. However, conversing with Hazama is often a little more interesting than interacting with the others stuck in the ICC, so you know, there's that.
- Pitch - Pitch is, well, according to Kyubey, a manifestation of fear that can be likened to a deity or god. Or, you know, a boogeyman. Regardless, Kyubey hasn't really encountered many of those and though he's incapable of being smug about Pitch's attitude towards him - haha no fear to use here~ lolol - he does find his abilities and his reasoning for using them on others interesting. Due to the recent formation of their "pact" to be the best villain team ever, Kyubey now considers Pitch... more of a curiosity, as well as an ally.
- Alucard - Kyubey's first official contract, and also really really powerful, to the point that becoming a magical girl didn't really add much to his abilities or strength. Kyubey finds him, well, interesting and less conflict happy than the rest of the ICC, which he approves of.
- Lilik - The second contractor, and though magnitudes weaker than Alucard or Hazama if he counts as one, Kyubey is still satisfied with her contract. Given she might actually need help, unlike Alucard, he's more than willing to talk to her, explain things or soothe her fears as best as he can. He's also quick to point out that she is saving the universe! c: and should not worry too much about good and evil.
- Nyarlathotep - The manifestation of entropy and thus Kyubey's only real enemy. Of course, that's no reason to be rude, and thus far they have had one rather polite set of negotiations. He can't actually feel hatred or fear of him, but there is a great deal of cautious respect there - Nyarly is the only being Kyubey recognizes as something like his equal.
