OOC: Thread is for Group four, which includes: Jefferson and Grace, Barry Burton and Henry Mills.
Steve, well Captain America woke up after something had happened. HE sat up, rubbing his head as he looked around, "Oh my head," he said simply as he looked around and grabbed his shield and placed it on his left forearm. Looking, he saw... trees and more trees. even the smell of the area was different than Storybooke. Plus, there was not a sound of noise, that is common to him. no engines echoing in the distance, nor anything flying overhead. Standing, Steve looked around and studied the area. How did I wind up here? And how did I get into my uniform? he thought to himself as he placed his shield on his back, his arms going through the straps that held it to his left forearm.
Touching his right ear, he spoke. "Steve Rogers to Helicarrier, do you copy? Steve Rogers to the Helicarrier, do you copy?" he says as he hears... nothing. Blinking, he looked around again. "Captain America to Iron Man. Tony you copy?" he asks as he hears nothing, no static or reply. Raising an eyebrow, he thought and looked around. Maybe there are others here who could help me, he thinks as he begins to walk, exploring and using his skills as a soldier.
He has no idea where he is, so he stops and pulls out a compass from one of the packs on his hip. He opens it and looks, finding the needle pointing north, he turns and gets his bearing and closes it. Looking up, he sees that it is daylight and he has no idea how long there will be light. First order of business, is to find shelter. Being in a forest, it could become cold, and who knows what danger are out here. Plus, if there are others, they will need a place to rest and stay warm. Looking he thinks and starts walking.
"Hello, anyone else here?" he yells as he walks. Steve looks around, listening and moves on, trying to find a place to make a shelter and also find a source of water. You can survive for three days without water. But food was going to be another thing, and where there is water, there will be fish. Walking, Steve did listen to the surroundings, and was ready for anyone who he came up. Wherever he is, they probably have no idea who he is, so he should be fine, although he could a good target. ...
However, first thing first, finding a place for a shelter, than finding any others and finding food and water.

Walking around the forest, Steve stops and looks, as he listens to the noises. "Anyone here?" he asks as he raises his voice and listens. Not hearing anything, he begins moving again, and walks further into and around the woods, a few miles from the first group probably, but it is hard to know, as he has not seen them yet. As he moves, he does keep an eye out for some water, and for others who might be here from Storybooke; or who live in this forest, wherever this forest is.
As he moves, he slows and looks around, looking at the sky as he looks at his compass and heading in an easterly direction. Rivers are normally to the east, and if you head south, you will most likely run into an ocean, if you are in Europe or the United States. And Steve has served in Europe during World War II, so he knew the area well. Who knows, he might actually run into a town or village here and find out where he is.
However, for now he walks looking for others, if there are any and a source of fresh water.

Henry never had the experience of waking up some place and not knowing what that place was before. He found that it was in a word, terrifying. He went to sleep in his bed in his (temporary?) home with Emma and Snow White, and then woke up here in the forest. But it didn't look like the forest from Storybrooke. These trees were huge, they stretched all the way up to the sky. They seemed never-ending. The whole area had a mystical quality that invoked wonder in the young boy. He stood up and looked around, his eyes wide and disbelieving. Henry recognized this place because he had seen it in the pages of his story book as he read it over and over again. This was the Enchanted Forest!
But how was it possible that he was here, was it a dream? Or did something happen to finally make the curse break completely? Henry always wondered why they were not sent back to the Enchanted Forest when everyone got their memories back. He always just assumed that would be a condition of the curse being broken but....apparently not. Maybe something new happened to cause this. Maybe Emma did something while he was asleep? She was the Savior after all. Or maybe his other mom, Regina, cast some kind of spell. Henry didn't know whether or not she wanted to go back to the Enchanted Forest, he had never really asked her. Either way, he needed to find someone familiar because he wasn't really sure how long he could last on his own here. The Enchanted Forest was full of dangers. He'd read about dragons and trolls, witches and warlocks, sirens and chimeras. Ogres and giants, too. Henry didn't think that the little bit of sword training he had done with Prince Charming really prepared him for any of those things. So be picked a direction and began to walk. Sooner or later he would have to come upon a town, right?
As he walked he caught a flash of blue in the trees ahead. He heard a voice call out and stopped. Being alone and knowing the dangers that could happen here, Henry did not go towards the new person right away. He squinted, and did not think this person was from the Enchanted Forest from what he could see. Which didn't make sense! What would anyone else be doing here? Henry quickly decided that he wanted answers, and that being with a stranger was better than being alone. Maybe they could help each other. If not......Henry was a fast runner. He waved to the figure and called out. "Hey, over here!"

Steve slows as he hears a voice. Blinking he turns and looks around for the source of the voice before he moves and spots someone. Steve blinks a few times as he sees who it is and does a double take "Henry?" he says to himself as he he moves towards him. Slowing as he approaches, Steve looks at Henry. "You ok son?" he states to him as he stops next to him before he looks around. "I take it you are as lost as I am in this strange place?" he asks him as he looks back at Henry. Captain America son, nice to meet you," he says to him as he looks at him. "Your Henry Mills right? Son to Regina Mills, the mayor of Storybooke," he asks as he offers his hand to him.
Smiling he kneels down to Henry, "I do not knwo where we are at, or who else is here, but I suggest you stay with me till we find others and a way home," he say simply as he looks around. "Plus, we are gonna have to find some shelter before nightfall. Since there could be any number of dangers in this forest." he adds as he stands and pulls out a small canteen and shakes it before opening it and offering it to Henry. "You thirsty?" he asks as he looks at Henry for a moment before he waits to hear what Henry has to say.

Jefferson couldn't recall what happened as he woke up alone on the forest floor. The first thoughts to flood his mind weren't of how he came to be in a forest and not recall how he came to be there..but the protective, fatherly, instincts that overcame him when he could not find Grace nearby.
The Mad Hatter sprang to his feet as his head whipped about searching for his daughter. His heart beat wildly within his chest as a father's panic set in.
"Grace?" He called out for her, "Grace can you hear me? Grace?"
He moved in 360 degree turns as he searched for her, gaining no vocal response in return. He continued to dash through the forest, calling her name, when he heard other voices nearby. He thought he'd heard someone call out for Henry, Regina's boy, and swore he heard someone address themselves as "Captain America" ...whatever that meant. He ignored that for now, he had to find his daughter.
He grew desperate now as Grace had not called out to him yet, his panic now spreading into his expression that washed over his face.
"Grace! Grace, where are you sweetheart? Grace!"
He was not going to lose her again, especially when they were in a large forest that he hadn't yet labeled as their home. He was about to move towards the other voices when he heard a noise behind him.
"Papa!"
The Hatter turned quickly on his heel towards the direction of the voice and raced towards it.
"Papa, I'm over here!" Came Grace's voice again as he grew near.
"Grace," Jefferson breathed as he found her tangled in a mess of pricker bushes, "Are you alright?"
Grace nodded as she gestured towards her clothing.
"I heard you calling, but when I went to find you, they came out of nowhere," She tried to explain.
Jefferson nodded, kneeling down as he helped Grace remove herself from the pricker bush thicket. When she was free, his finger tips moved over her clothing to remove any thorns that were still attached.
"Papa, where are we? And how did we get here?" Grace questioned her father.
Jefferson stood up to his full height and took a long look around. The air was different here than Storybrooke, but something inside of him knew that this place was familiar. Something in his bones remembered the grass on the ground and the bark on the trees.
"We're home, Grace..." He said in astonishment, "We're home."
