I basically went through my other posts (and added a few characters) and decided on the canons that I reaaally want to see apped here the most. fOR ANYONE WHO CARES.
Eleven Characters Meks Wants to See on AM
11. Rory Williams Doctor Who If you don't love Rory then what even are you, omfg. Personally, I'd really look forward to how done he'd be with everything that happens here - but beyond that, we have a decent Who Cast assembled, and he'd have a lot to do with Team TARDIS around - and having him here would likely motivate me to finally get around to finishing Amy's app. And even not considering all of that, he's just a fantastic character in his own right, and I'm kind of surprised no one's snatched him up yet!
10. Prince Charming Once Upon a Time cHARMING THO. Okay, since we also have a pretty big OUAT cast assembled, I feel like Charming is a must. He really is one of my favorite sources of comic relief, and I feel like anyone who took him would have a blast playing him. He's kind of this dope who heroically charges into things - and kicks ass half the time, while screwing shit up the other half. There are some serious aspects to his character as well, particularly his devotion to his family and his struggling with the dual identities that the curse has given him - but hey, I think we can all agree that the most tempting thing about taking him is the opportunity to have him gOING AROUND STORYBROOKE ARRESTING PEOPLE.
9. Uther Pendragon Merlin I've said this before, and I'll say it again: Uther would make an excellent villain. So often, we have these 2spooky over-powered big bads - but what about someone who despises magic and everything about it? On one hand, he might be somewhat well-intentioned - there are some magic users who have done a lot of damage around here, after all - but on the other hand his...genocidal tendencies are the least okay and if he allied himself with the right people or gained the right resources, he could prove to be a HUGE threat to a vast number of people here. So yeah. Uther would be really, really cool for plot things.
8. Paige Matthews Charmed Basically, it's my mission in life to get Phoebe's sisters on here. Paige is lower on the list than Piper, not because she's less awesome, but just because I have a special affection for Piper - but NONE THE LESS, Paige is a total badass. I really like the potential plot idea that, as a white-lighter, you could have her be assigned to specific charges here that she'd protect physically and guide emotionally and just. She has a a lot of responsibilities, but she's also very laid back and cool and chill about it - and somehow manages to handle everything thrown at her - and she's just overall a very cool character?? And her sass is unmatched. aND YEAH THE POWER OF THREE NEEDS TO BE A THING.
7. Delphine Duchannes The Caster Chronicles So pretty much, Del is awesome and I'd love to have her around for selfish reasons because she's Ridley's mom and Sarafine's sister - but she's just such an underrated character that I'd be so interested in seeing someone play her. First of all, her time abilities are really, really interesting - I don't think we really have another character on AM who's capable of that sort of thing. And yet, even though having layers of the past, present, and future all jumbled up in your head would be enough to drive most people insane, and even though she lost a good chunk of her family (including two of her own children to the curse that turned them Dark), she's such a strong character in that she remains kind and compassionate and doesn't cut herself off from people despite the pain she's suffered. And that's a rare quality.
6. Snow White Once Upon a Time I've ranted a ton about how incredibly badass Snow is, and how much I love the contrast between that and how she's traditionally portrayed. Not that she isn't feminine, or kind, or good with animals - she's all those things that Snow White traditionally is, but she can fucking take care of herself. She's been through some serious shit - almost as much as all of the show's 2tragic villains - and her response to all of it is basically "fuck you I have people I love and I'm taking care of them and there's no time for angst". I just. I love this character so much and I'd love seeing what she could add to AM, and her and Regina's relationships is one of my favorites on the show.
5. Ryan Duchannes The Caster Chronicles rYAN THO. She's just...probably one of my favorite Casters of the younger generation, besides Lena and Ridley. Because AM totally needs more sweet, adorable, innocent looking little kids who can secretly kick a lot of ass, right :]. Not only could she be used to pull a lot of characters out of sticky situations when needed (her healing abilities are essentially limitless unless you're literally dead???), but she's hinted to be destined to grow up into an extremely powerful Caster, and she still has her Claiming that she would have to eventually deal with, and just wow so much potential for cool things. I also just love her adorable spunk and sass and oh my god her relationship with Ridley and how Ridley is normally 2tuff but just melts around Ryan and yeAH THIS KID IS FLAWLESS KBYE.
4. Piper Halliwell Charmed Though I ultimately took Phoebe, Piper was one of the characters I was seriously considering picking up - Charmed is basically my childhood and I grew up idolizing her and it would just make me so happy to see her here. Her strength is just incredible - she grew up as the middle child, the mediator, the peacemaker - and then all of the sudden her big sister dies and she's thrust into this leadership role she doesn't want and it's incredibly hard for her but holy shit does she step into it well. She'd be a fantastic hero on this site because she protects the people she cares about with this incredible ferocity. She's basically the ultimate mama bear. Because I mean. What other mama bear can manipulate molecules and freeze you or make you explode with a flick of her wrist :].
3. Angel Angel: The Series I've been toying with the idea of picking Cordelia back up, aaand Angel being a thing is probably something that would instantly convince me to do it, to be honest. A vampire with a soul may not rank super high on AM's ridiculous power scale, but considering how many times he's saved his world, where the same was true? He'd be a force right up there with Team TARDIS for apocalyptic baddies to watch out for, especially if he assembles his own team again (which could make for an interesting plot and neat character interactions? who knows who he might recruit around here). And beyond all that, Angel is...well, he's Angel. He's fantastically complex and interesting and likeable - and, yes, flawed. Which is what makes him such an interesting hero. He got depth and development on his own show that Buffy never gave him, and I would be thrilled to see that continue here.
2. Sam Winchester Supernatural Quill had Sam here before, and she was absolutely brilliant with him - bUT seeing as she's dropped him, he's one of the characters I'd most love to see around AM again. Sam has gone through so much that his character could be interesting in an infinite number of ways, depending on which canon point you take him from. You could have adorable bby!Sam from the early seasons, or Sam when he's darker and conflicted and addicted to demon blood, or when he's struggling with the idea of becoming Lucifer's vessel, or when he's fucking sOULLESS - you get the general idea. He iiiis generally my favorite Supernatural character, and there's so much about him - both in his abilities and in his mentality - that's fascinating. And I don't think I even need to get into all the shit he could get involved with on AM. So yeah. APP SAM CAMPAIGN 2013.
1. Link The Caster Chronicles ahahaha so I feel horrible for requesting Link so aggressively because I play Ridley, but shoot me. She still has some serious issues that may not get resolved with out him. BUT. On a less selfish angle, Link really is one of the more fantastic characters from the series. First of all, he's p. freaking hilarious - and has the potential to serve as comic relief whenever it's needed - but is also a fiercely loyal friend, and a hell of a determined person. When there are people he wants to protect, there's pretty much no stopping him (spoilers: he's the one who kILLED ABRAHAM). I think he'd also be a really interesting character to study the mentality of. He is a human who has been turned into a demon against his will, he's dealing with violent urges he needs to suppress - hell, he's dealing with still clinging to who he is - and the changes in physical ability and what not are always gonna be fun to play with as well. In short, Link is brilliant and my life is not complete without him.
