Vatican's Trump Card
Alexander Anderson

"It is our mission tae crush any heretics who would deny our God,
even down tae th' last one, until they are all dust!"
Alexander Anderson is, as you may or may not know, the single greatest warrior the Vatican can bring to bear. A living, human weapon against vampires, demons, the undead, and various other "freaks", in the employ of the Vatican's secret Anti-Freak organization, Section XIII, Iscariot. He is a devout catholic, to the point of being fanatical. He rarely makes any real friends or personal attachments to others for personal reasons, but is polite and friendly enough to those who warrant it. He is quite prone to making enemies, however, and most of the ones who wind up on his enemy list wind up dead or.....well, missing.

The Most Powerful Warlock in over a Thousand Years
Richard
"Like I told your Captain, that orphange attacked me. It was self-defense."
Richard is.....well.....Richard. It's difficult to describe him, he's rather delightfully insane. He tends to gleefully slaughter first and completely forget about the questions part. He's also undead with a taste for eating babies. He....doesn't really make enemies or friends that easily. Enemies because he just doesn't bother, friends bcause most people who could be friends end up dead too soon to make it that far. And let's.....just not bring up love at all, shall we?

God of a New World

Albert Wesker
"A new genesis is at hand, and I will be the creator!"
First off, let it be known quite simply: Wesker has no need for any of you. In any capacity....with a select, very few exceptions. And even then, only if you can prove of use to him. And that number is sorely lacking, and exceedingly low. Wesker is, really, better suited for higher-tier plot type threads, or more reserved, secretive meeting-type threads wherein someone has something to gain or an alliance to forge, but can be sometimes wormed into other threads at need.

"All the power of the storm; it is mine to command!
Be aware of whom you face, mortals; you face MIGHTY THOR!"
Thor Odinson is the god of thunder, the warrior god, and the god of strength of the Norse pantheon. He is easily one of the most powerful single individuals in the Marvel universe, though he witholds his full power so often and witholds so much he is often underestimated by enemies and allies alike. He is normally a jovial and friendly man, however, more prone to sharing a flagon of mead with a complete stranger than actually engaging in a fight. Though he will, of course, engage in a friendly brawl at the drop of a hat!

Alucard
"Does having an audience for your sins make you feel like you're special? Does it make you proud?"
Alucard is the ultimate vampire, the king of the night, rumored to be the Devil himself, or at the very least some hellspawn crawled straight from the pits. Whatever the case, he is undeniably incredibly powerful, and arrogant because of it, but he is tentatively on the side of good, and not solely because that is where his Master's loyalties lie. He is hard, brutal, arrogant and unforgiving, but he is not unnecessarily rude or needlessly violent....unless ordered to be so. He rarely makes allies and almost never considers anyone his friend, but all the same he is slow to make true enemies.

"remember, you are talking to the pranking MASTER."
John is a phenomenal goof at heart, but with a surprising serious side that, while it rarely shows itself, lends well to making tough choices when he has to. He would much rather spend his days like someone his age should -- at least in his own words -- and just be a 'normal' kid, but he's kind of lost that opportunity what with the whole 'world ending' thing. He doesn't really let it get to him, though, and carries on such as he is able. He's a friendly, rather likable kid by most standards, and it's generally hard to dislike him much. He doesn't much care for disliking other people without good reason, either, and even the ones he does dislike or is wary or unsure of, he still treats with at least some level of civility.

Doc Scratch

Doc Scratch
"I have been very helpful. And I shall continue to be."
Doc Scratch is the servant of Lord English, the one tasked with preparing for his imminent arrival to this universe as well as serving as his host body and point of arrival when the time comes. He is generally pleasant and well-mannered, providing most anything one could ask for in terms of information or most anything else. He is slippery, and has been compared to a Devil-esque figure, offering exactly what is asked for, no matter what it may be -- but always offering exactly what is asked for. His answers to questions posed are always infuriatingly and inscrutably precise. If you don't ask the right questions, he won't give you the answer you want. Despite all fronts, however, he never lies -- not directly. He may leave parts of the truth out, if they aren't directly asked for, but everything he says is always true. It is generally hard to actually hate him -- though some manage -- but he is all too easy to distrust and dislike, given his annoying habit of volunteering information and the like without being asked for it, and making no attempt to hide his virtual omniscience. The only thing that truly seems to get under his skin is information being hidden from him -- a very difficult, if not impossible, feat -- which has caused him to flip the fuck out at least twice so far. And when Doc Scratch flips the fuck out....it is not a pleasant thing to be near.

Doc Scratch is a special sort of character. If you'd like a thread with him, there's one more step than usual involved so as to properly plan it out, which I have dubbed the "meta level" of the thread in question.
- Level 1 -- Situation Normal
At Level 1, Doc Scratch will carry on as normal, perhaps making the occasional creepy omniscient comment, or knowing a character's name before being introduced, but nothing more.- Level 2 -- Anomaly Detected
At this level, Doc Scratch will begin to offer more and more cryptic, omniscient comments, hinting at knowing far more than he possibly should, but not outright stating things unless directly asked.- Level 3 -- Alert! Fourth Wall Damaged!
The level Doc Scratch most commonly operates in the ICC. He knows most everything, and will openly say it, but will still remain relatively cryptic and give short, direct answers. He may also make vague remarks to the nature of the site and the threads' status as just that.- Level 4 -- WARNING! THREAD INTEGRITY COMPROMISED!
A somewhat common level in the ICC, wherein Doc Scratch will openly and directly admit most anything, rarely hiding anything, including his omniscience and if questioned about it, his omnipotence as well. He will make casual remarks about the direction the story and threads are taking and the plot as well.- Level 5 -- DANGER! ABORT THREAD!
A level wherein all pretense at separating reality from fiction is tossed out the window. Doc Scratch will admit any and everything he knows and is asked, making no attempt to hide anything except that which he outright cannot reveal. He will often talk directly to you, the Roleplayer, and generally wreak havoc in-thread with how meta he is being. The fourth wall itself may even break, causing untold havoc.
Have at them all for plots and such I guess.
