Personality: Relius is a cool, calculating man. Of intelligence rivaling and surpassing Hazama's (on at least a purely studious and scientific level), Colonel Clover is exhibits many of the same qualities as a sociopath. Viewing human beings as 'things' rather than individuals, Clover has no opinion on the loss of human life, and cares only for learning and excelling in life. However, he does have a great love of the arts, and attending Operas and other shows of that nature are among Relius's favorite pastimes, which he will jovially discuss with another who shares such opinions-- same as with the world of science.
