Basic Details

^Age: 18

^Species: Unknown. Lloyd was assumed human, however at the end of the events involving Mithos and the reunification of the two worlds, his Cruxis Crystal, the Angelus project, fully developed, changing his biology and giving him unique wings.

^{Physical Appearance:} Lloyd is a young man growing into adulthood handsomely. He has a face that has both childish innocence and the hardened features of a leader and hero. His eyes are a brown, much like his spikey hair that insists on defying gravity. His shirt is a shocking red, held up by brown suspenders. No one ever claimed he had a good fashion sense. :'D On his glove is the exsphere, occasionally wrapped in a white bandaged to conceal it. His pants are a dark grey. Which is about the only color aside from red in his entire outfit. /Lloyd pls.

^Personality: Certainly, Lloyd has earned his title of the Gentle Idealist. He’s kind hearted and compassionate, seeking to work for peace and unity. That which is believes in is his world-he won’t compromise them no matter what. The Dwarven Vows that he was taught from a very young age might have contributed to this.

Everyone is valuable, no one should be sacrificed meaninglessly, everyone has a right to life. These beliefs and values that he holds is what helped mold him into the hero that he is today. They are part of who Lloyd Irving is. He cares deeply for his friends, and the lives of those around himself. The word justice is one that he hates.

But don’t let yourself get fooled by these noble traits. Lloyd is, how you say...S-M-R-T. While his life was still ‘normal’ back in Iselia, he spent the school days staring out the window, sleeping, getting hit in the head by chalk via Raine, and standing at the back of the classroom with two buckets in each hand. Not exactly the kind of kid you’d expect to save the world. Lloyd is just a teenager at heart after all, he has his carefree and silly side, and his serious and determined side. He can be called brash, charging in often without giving the matter any thought.

But he doesn’t crumble under pressure or in dire situations, and his never-give-up attitude and quick, creative thinking lend him the ability to come out on the top. He gets excited easily, and loses interest just as easily. Once he puts his mind to something however, he does his utmost to see it through to the end, even if the odds against him are great.

Powers & Abilities

---

♦ Guardian - A light green force field surrounds Lloyd, protecting him from one attack and reducing the damage considerably. Can be used every 7 attacks.

♦ Demon Fang - Lloyd swipes along the ground with his sword, creating a shock wave.

♦ Tiger Rage - Lloyd slashes upwards to launch himself into the air with the enemy, twisting in the air to slash the target at least twice more, before ending with a final downward slash while landing.

♦ Sonic Thrust - Lloyd thrusts the weapon at the target, pushing it slightly backwards.

♦ Sword Rain - Lloyd stabs the target with many rapid thrusts.

♦ Tempest - Lloyd somersaults into the air while extending the weapon outwards, slashing the enemies multiple times while airborne.

♦ Beast - Lloyd slams the target with extreme force, creating a blast of energy in the image of a lion's head, which forces all nearby enemies to be blasted away and knocked to the ground.

♦ Fierce Demon Fang - Lloyd slam his weapon to the ground, creating a shockwave that damages enemies in a wide arc in front of him.

♦ Rising Falcon - Lloyd jumps into the air, then thrusts downward. Usually, Lloyd will slide slightly forward after landing, having the potential of hitting other enemies.

♦ Rising Phoenix - Lloyd jumps into the air and then thrusts down with a fiery, blazing wave. .

♦ Judgment - This spell creates several pillars of light that strike randomly across the full battle field for a short period of time. Range of 30 feet around, can be used once for a battle. Health must be less then half.
"Sacred powers, cast your purifying light upon these corrupt souls. Rest in peace, sinners! Judgment!"

♦ Falcon's Crest - Lloyd channels energy in his Material blades, before leaping up and fusing his swords into one large blade (Eternal Sword), which he smashes onto the opponent, causing immense damage. Range of 15 feet, can be used once per thread. Health must be under 15%, and he will be utterly exhausted afterwards.

♦ Wings - Being a seraph, Lloyd has wings made of mana that can be used for flight.

♦ Angelic Senses - This makes his five senses stronger.

♦ Angelus Cruxis Crystal - Lloyd's exsphere brings out his dormant fighting and survival capabilities. It also gives him wings and lengthens his lifespan by a lot.

♦ Noishe – Lloyd’s faithful pet Protozoan, a pet adept at sensing the presence of monsters. Unfortunately, due to events in his past, he’s terrified of them and runs away. But he can be ridden, and is extremely quick and loyal.

^{Psychological Flaws...}

♦ Manipulation - His beliefs and personality may make it easier for opponents to trick and manipulate him.

♦ Derpage -- There is a reason that Lloyd does not do well in school. He is... not exactly the brightest hero on the block.

♦ Trusting -- Yes, he has learned that you cannot trust everyone immediately off the block, and yet he still seems to fall victim to this. Even those who betrayed him before he is willing to trust again.

^{Physical Flaws...}

♦ Not Immortal - He might be a seraph who will live for thousands of years, but he can still be cut and bleed like everyone else. He's just more durable.

♦ Skills - He focuses more on combos and speed over defense and attack.

♦ Mana - Lloyd doesn't have an infinite supply of mana and once it runs out, he will die. But, with rest and time, it will restore itself.

♦ Keycrest - If the Keycrest on Lloyd’s crystal were to be removed, then he would be rendered as a Lifeless Being until it is replaced. As a Lifeless Being, he is completely emotionless and enters a Self Defense mode, attacking anyone who approaches him. During this he will be unable to taste, feel, sleep, or eat. Basically, it seals away his humanity.

♦ Angel Senses - These make him more vulnerable and sensitive to certain things such as bright light and loud noises.

♦ Overexertion - Lloyd will fight if needed until he collapses, the effects of his exsphere often causing him to not realize when his body needs rest.

♦ Wings - They are rather large and take up a lot of mana to use. Flight is only possible in large, open spaces.

^{Other Flaws...}

♦ Tomatoes - He hates them to the point where he will actively avoid them. Plus, they make his throat close up.

History....

Because he lives in an area that has a deal with the Desians, Lloyd never actually understands how people are suffering at the hands of the evil organization. This does make him rather naïve and short tempered and he makes very rash decisions regardless of what consequences his actions may have, saying he is doing it for Colette, who is going to regenerate the world anyway.

However, when it all ends wrong, he realizes his mistakes and tries to repent them. Under the guide of Kratos, he eventually matures though the Journey of Regeneration, seeing people really suffer.

When he understands that people have to be sacrifices everywhere for the sake of others, Lloyd decides to stop “clinging to the Chosen”, as Kratos describes it, and fight with his own strength and new ideals. Together with his friends, he eventually manages to save and reunite the worlds, although he is angry at himself for not finding any other way than to kill Mithos, as he wants a world without sacrifices.

As the namer of the new world tree, Lloyd falls under the protection of Martel. He sets off to find all of the exspheres and destroy them, so that they can never be used to harm another person again. Two years later, after the events involving Mithos and the world reunification, he recieves a message from Martel, warning him about the situation with the cores and Ratatosk.

Unfortunately, before he can act upon that, a rift sends him plummeting into another dimension entirely.

To sit here like this, with her, the rest of the world just falling away until it was only the two of them...Welgaia wasn't heaven, but maybe this was. At this very moment, he could not say or think of anything in the entire world that he would rather be doing. A time like this couldn't last forever, but that made it all the more special, all the more important to make the most of. Smiling softly, his eyes sparkled with delight as she accepted his invitation. "Great!" He grinned, happy. Although, the shower wasn't supposed to start for a little while yet. Still, he was perfectly content to just sit here like this and spend more time with Sheena, as starlight filtered through the window to gently drape across the young couple.

Tomorrow would be...interesting. For a brief second, his glance flashed to the now covered up keycrest, before returning to Sheena's face. But that was tomorrow, and not now. Raising his hand to cover her, engulfing her soft, and gentle hand with his own, Lloyd gave a fond smile at the affectionate touch. Little things like this, being able to cuddle and kiss without worrying about the fate of the worlds, or anything else was wonderful. "Yes." He agreed, and gave a grin. "No matter what comes our way, we'll always be together, and we won't face it alone." That was something he could promise her, without ever having to say it.

Hand in hand, as the meteor shower outside began, stars streaking across the skies like heavenly tears. Stepping out on the balcony, where the view was unspoiled, Lloyd smiled softly as he gazed upwards. Yeah. Heaven wasn't up in the stars somewhere, it was right down here. As Sheena's wings appeared, he took a few moments to admire them. Not like his own, or like Colette's. A deep and rich purple, it fit Sheena perfectly, and seemed to add her to beauty. A moment later, and his own wings shimmered into view, crystaline sparkles of mana showering down to the ground, disappearing upon making contact. They furled, to briefly encircle the two of them, before the young couple gently pushed themselves into the air, gaining flight.

Soaring upwards, towards the heavens themselves. The ground falling away, until it was like the two of them were suspended in a moment in time, in the air far above the city. Closer to the stars then ever. Gently, Lloyd circled his arms around her, smiling gently as his wings flapped back and forth slowly, powerful enough to keep the both of them afloat if need be. As he had said...he was never going to let her fall.

Looking down at her as she began to speak, breaking the silence, Lloyd tilted his head slightly, curious. She wanted to...marry him? To become his wife, Ms. Irving. For a half a second, he was silent, before giving a wide grin, and whispering to her, "Yes! Marry me Sheena, and you'll make me the happiest man alive." That was true. He loved her more then enough to take those final steps, to meet her up on the altar and exchange those sacred wedding vows. Although, wasn't it usually the guy's job to ask that question? But no matter. It had been asked, and now there was no going back.Overhead, the stars seemed to take on an extra glimmer, and the amount of shooting stars increased, one going right over their very heads.

"Sheena..." He murmured softly, giving a gentle smile before the two locked lips. Hugging her tightly to himself, Lloyd smiled, trying to match the passion that he felt within her kiss, trying to tell her just how deeply he felt in a way that words never could. Finally, pulling back, the brunette looked her in eyes and whispered, "I love you." with all the feeling and sincerity that he had in himself.
