I'M SO FLEXIBLE WITH MY CHARACTERS....SERIOUSLY......I figure out what kinda mood to put the character in so it at least can start on a track ya wanna have the plot go toward....or...I flip a guitar pick! OR ASK MY 8 BALL SINCE I HAVE ONE AGAIN....cause we all know how indecisive I can be.....

I GO WITH ZE FLOW OF THREAD BY THREAD CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT....meaning I'll have some stuff set in stone but sometimes somewhere along the way things don't fall through :/ it's happened a lot with my characters. I had some REALLY COOL PLOTS planned...but then the character I wanted to involve made mine chop liver ;n; so no more plot cause sense....it made none anymores. </3 I'll try to have plots go through...but if it doesn't make sense anymore then we can cook something else up >n<

Bao Yu Chao_{"Law Enforcement": Paranormal Investigator & Hunter (When situation deems fit) as well as helper to the police force & such}

Details are where it's at!: Spunky and borderline fearless, she'll take on cases that are EXTREMELY dangerous or even super mundane stuff that the cops would look into. Hell, she'll even look into some really crazy stuff or do networking. Traveling is ALWAYS a possibility & networking + deal making is a plus too. Also rich enough to throw hundreds in people's faces and call it chump change, even hires people to work for her. One of her firm beliefs is that people only want her for her money and it's deep rooted in there, only a rare few have convinced her otherwise and even then she has trouble believing it so don't expect her to MAGICALLY be like "WE'RE FRIIIEEEENDS". More like "Wtf do you want from me? You don't have to try so hard to be nice just spit out wtf you want and we can move on with our lives, fewl" XD !!! Does she kick ass? Hmmm....dealing with angry paranormal creatures of the night and wayward metahumans without being dead....yeah I would think so, bro! DID I MENTION SHE HAS A KUNG-FU PIG SIDEKICK AND DISPOSABLE BODYGUARDS?! SHE. DOES. Plus she's got a sharkman pirate under her employment, his name is Mako...CAPTAIN....MAKO. He's not always chillin' with her but he does on occasion xD

What's the potential here?: Honestly, down for just about anything really! Whether you want someone to hunt your character down or get acquainted for socializing character development, it's all good! I'm not gonna be picky and whine about how "SHE'S A PARANORMAL INVESTIGATOR! SHE'S NOT GONNA THREAD WITH YOUR CHARACTER CAUSE THEY'RE NORMAL OMG" e__e;;; I will tell you that she tends to have a bit of an attitude problem and at times will get so fed up that she'll just up and leave seeing it as a waste of time. It's rare but it does happen, so that's just a quick heads up C: If your character is trying to figure out TEH WAYS OF EARF, or even this point of time/universe or whatever, she's actually helpful for that and won't be all "BLAH BLAH YOU'RE CRAZY STFU" :B ! Well...as long as they can give her some kinda evidence. Anyway, she also has weapon building knowledge and can repair or make stuff...she DID make a pig launching cannon after all plus a great deal of her other paranormal monstah hunting equips.


Tanzanite/Kiseichu Clossiana_{"Neutral": Chaotic neutral, currently keeps herself occupied by repossessing organs for hospitals with patients that missed a payment. Oh and whatever interests her at the time.}

Details are where it's at!: Insanely mellow but completely obsessed with internal anatomy...a.k.a: ORGANS. In a way you could easily call her psychotic and quite quirky. One of her favorite hobbies is slicing people open on an operating table to have a free organ viewing! Uses the shadows for travel so it's possible for her to show up quite literally ANYWHERE and has times where she shows up somewhere accidentally. Tanzanite is a demon who has been gathering souls as well as powers from all of her victims who don't have a chance to survive their operations. Despite her carefree nature, she can be extremely dangerous and a tad bit unpredictable but is usually in a good mood. SHE LIKES WALKIN' ON SUNSHIIIIIIIIINE~! x'D Anyway...as a demon she'll make deals and contracts, you don't even need to sell her your soul if your character wants to keep it! OH! And she can disguise herself and do amusing things...but she usually walks around as her...poofy haired self....

What's the potential here?: There is PLENTY of potential with her and HEY if you want a reliable minion, she's not teamed up with anyone yet! All the people who team with her seem to poof =www=;;; Just gotta convince her your side is awesome! Uhhhhh but yeah, she can show up to cause issues due to having an urge of wanting to see organs or just be her lovable goofy strange self :3 She's fun! ...and at times causes random bits of chaos. HUNT HER LOLTASTIC BUTT DOWN, BE HER FRIEND, GET HER IN SOMETHING OTHER THAN NEUTRAL, IT'S ALL COOL IN MY BOOK! HELL she can even save your character or pull them to a different location that they otherwise may not go to yet you'd like them to go there anyway!


Trisha Waldgrave_{"Law Enforcement": A cop & detective, developed the metahuman containment group division which is a branch trained to deal with abnormal foes}

Details are where it's at!: Oh my GAWD....Trisha....she's usually stoic but has a tendency to say such strange things that they don't even match her composure! Her sense of humor is a bit odd, but she's definitely got it and once she warms up to someone she'll stop being so srs fehce then actually LAUGH once in a while. Anywho, she takes her job seriously...but she does actually get to know those she arrests so that she knows for sure they actually DESERVE to be behind bars. Trisha has made quite a few friends and found that some times people have to break the rules to survive and lets those people slide. Gaining connections from her kindness, she's also had her kindness taken advantage of. So far she only has two people she can genuinely consider her true friends which are ironically her partners. Other people she's ALMOST considered as friends just seem to flop themselves into acquaintances! Anyway, she manipulates metal and is in tune with it to the point that she controls how it feels or can understand how it feels as well. Strange, but hey she can tell you if your car hates you or not and be totally serious about it. Racing, building various things, and making modifications are her hobbies though she's taken the last two to work. Yeah that's right, she's pimpin' the rides and weapons of the police department! OH AND WHO LOVES DOUGHNUTS AND COFFEE?! TRRRRRISHA DOES! So much that she requires coffee breaks XD ....oh and she also gets PISSED OFF when someone makes a Twilight reference....it doesn't matter if you're an old lady, man....you're gonna get punched in the face or something. One of the few people who played a HUGE role in cleaning up a zombie mess within Gotham....lady's got SKILLz.

What's the potential here?: From helping with repairs to building stuff and not to mention being HELPFUL! Just because she's in law enforcement doesn't mean she won't build some kick ass mechs or some crazy stuff like that. Wanna have repairs for android type? Go for it! Though she tries not to show it, she does have a good heart and tries to help others. Big reason why she joined the police force is so she could make sure no more good people end up behind bars or worse, on death row. Throw something out there! She's flexible with plots and HAS traveled to check on other things. ^u^!


Terra_{"Neutral": Aspiring to be a hero, however sometimes the line of definitive right and wrong are quite blurred.}

Details are where it's at!: Ok...Terra is a very sweet tomboyish girl who had memory loss in terms of what her life used to be and who her friends were. All of these memories, however are suppressed and can come to the surface again with all the right triggers. Sometimes she'll try to play it off as she `really doesn't know` when something comes on up to remind her and maybe even run away. This girl who `goes where the wind takes her` has a heart of gold deep down. Yes she has betrayed people in the past, but only because she wanted to better control her powers and stop hurting so many people. There's a huge mass of things going on in her head that need sorting out including insecurities that need to be put to rest. Friends are something she appreciates and loves in her life...even if she fears getting too close. Though she had an idea of how to use her powers at full throttle, that knowledge is gone and she's back to being that traveling, house broken hero who tries her darndest to do good and gets down when her powers don't cooperate. SHE ALSO LOOOOOOOOVES BUFFETS!

What's the potential here?: There's lots of things that she can have in her life to be honest. She's got the potential to be a wonderful hero or a villain not to be messed with. It all depends on her social interaction and people who show her how to trust again. Personally, I would love for her to have a mentor and some friends...that'd be cool. However, my wants for her are not limited to just that and her trying to play hero against someone is fine, even if it's a misunderstanding. I mean goodness if she sat around doing NOTHING when she's trying to prove she can do good with her powers....that would be insanely stupid. So throw plot ideas and we'll see how they pan out!

Vriska Serket_{"Neutral": Trying to build up people into heroes to save others doesn't exactly make someone look like Mother Theresea. Especially since her methods are questionable to say the least.}

Details are where it's at!: Vriska Serket, or as she tells people to call her, Mindfang, is a troll from a planet called Alternia. Her primary objective is to find competent defenders to stand up against HUGE upcoming threats. Even if this means underhandedly gearing the villains in a certain direction to urge "heroes" to fight and essentially get stronger. So far, she's looking out for the greater good of everyone as a whole and will do what she has to in order to achieve her goal. This troll has had a strange upbringing and culture, one that she's not very fond of. Yet, it has made her who she is and how she handles things at times. Right now she's trying to make things right with her friends who have suffered at her hand and save them all plus help them be stronger to be fully accepted by them once again. It's not an easy task, but she has a theory that helping the humans of Earth through digital means will help not only in her redemption...but also help protect her friends on Alternia. Yeah, she can't communicate or interact face to face, however she communicates through digital means and can still get the job done with the way she sees it. All you gotta do is push the right buttons and you'll get a reaction, that's her method. Quite literally, she has a window to the past and future...various futures as well and can clearly see how messy things are in the doomed timelines thus trying to help others avoid such crappy fates in her own way.

What's the potential here?: WELL! My main reason for bringing Vriska is to help gear people in effective directions to push plots forward. You know, in a direction that doesn't just go nowhere but actually lead to progression in some way. Only requirement with her is having a piece of technology that can receive visual messages.


Bloodhound {Mitsuko Aoki}_{"FOXHOUND": need I say more?}

Details are where it's at!: Let's see....she's a member of FOXHOUND who was recruited by Liquid Snake. A sadomasochist who has the power to manipulate her blood into a variety of weapons, armor and shift into acidic properties. Quite intelligent and having a twisted view on life, she strongly believes that pain is a beautiful thing that is under appreciated in more ways than one. There have been times where she has killed people trying to "awaken" them as well. Yeah, you'd think she's some evil beeotch but truth be told you're WRONG. Surprisingly, she wants what's best for humanity and even took part in helping against the previous zombie infestation not just because it was her mission but because she hoped to help people from becoming brainless monsters. She...is just...quite complex. In fact, she's really quite nice if you're not her target! A job is a job, it's never anything personal and though she'd rather not kill others...well...sometimes she has to and it will be a painful exit from this world.

What's the potential here?: Well...she works with FOXHOUND but she wouldn't ALWAYS be in HQ and crap so just toss something at me and we'll see! Just has to seem legit for her to look into or participate in. ---> May or may not pick her back up.


Slade_{"Villain": despite his title of villain, in his mind he is more of a hero than the world likes to perceive him as and despite popular belief developed through his actions...Slade is a tad bit neutral. thing is, he handles things like a villain most of the time which is why he's listed as such.}

Details are where it's at!: Who is Slade...that is what a lot of minds tend to scramble around and on about when his name comes to mind. He destroys things to take over and rebuild them, what's so wrong with that? Anyway, he has a whole lot of plans in store and one of them involves taking up apprentices and developing allies. Sure, he's usually not part of some huge villain league, but he is in fact not opposed to the thought of teaming up with others or being on good terms. Such an example can be shown through when he worked with H.I.V.E Academy to hire Jinx, Gizmo, and Mammoth. Granted, he has two of the original three working for him again and on top of that a new apprentice. The girl's name is Eliza and he sees PLENTY of potential in her and not to mention he's recruited a scientist by the name of Charlie. OH THE ADVENTURES OF SLADE! What he's up to entirely is a mystery though....EVEN I, THE ONE UPDATING THIS ISN'T ENTIRELY SURE! He's planning a whole lot though and he's not some push over this time around...HE DID CRAWL HIS BUTT ALL THE WAY BACK FROM HELL...YOU THINK THAT'S EASY TO DO?! NOT REALLY.

What's the potential here?: Alliances, rivalries, enemies, whatever....surprisingly Slade is VERY flexible like that despite usually being in the background pulling strings.

A couple of plot ideas here, and both for more or less the same reasons - I'd be plenty open to any ideas you might have as well.


Bao/ Nicholas:
First and foremost, Nicholas is not concerned with the idea of preserving the timeline from between the current time and 2552 - as far as he can tell, it isn't even the same reality, so no actions he takes in this one will affect the future he came from, or cause a paradox of any sort. To be blunt, he's going to be near merciless in any job he takes, which may or may not put him at odds with certain governments - as far as he's concerned they'll likely end up confiscating his suit and equipment if they ever learned where he was from, so he's going to be working for anyone but them, although he'll be selective about the jobs he takes given that he was brought up to protect civilians (think Venom from Spiderman more or less - he leaves civilians alone, and avoids government confrontations when possible, but won't hesitate to strike back if attacked and doesn't pull his punches). I'm thinking that this would more or less draw the attention of officials if only since they'd be unable to deal with him through conventional means, and would be concerned about him as a rogue element, which is where Bao comes in - possibly they'd send her after him? That being said, I could easily see them being friends since Nicholas only cares about money to the point of being able to care for himself, and would quite likely work without pay so long as he was supplied with food, lodging and a way to maintain what little he does own. He's more or less concerned with nothing more beyond getting the job done as efficiently as possible, so I think Bao would be able to appreciate that. Assuming that they meet on Phin's ship, she might even be familiar with him as well as his abilities.


Trisha/ Nicholas:
More or less the exact same reasons for Bao, although in this case it'd be completely open ended - they could end up as just friends or acquaintances, with Nicholas perhaps being someone she goes to when she needs help on unofficial jobs, but Nicholas himself is far too paranoid to risk letting his armor fall into government hands, and as such would refuse to work with any branch of the police force. If things went badly enough, they could quite possibly end up as rivals or outright enemies. Still, I think it would be entertaining, plus I'd look forward to seeing what she heard from his armor, assuming she doesn't deconstruct it - while he's only had it for a relatively short time while conscious, the armor has more or less spent at the very least three or four years bonded to his mind, nevermind his body. Spartans viewed their MJOLNIR armor as their second skin, extensions of both their bodies and their wills (which they ironically control it with rather than physical motion), so she's bound to get some interesting things from it.

Honestly, I am really REALLY liking both plot ideas! C: I'm nearly passing out and K.Oing in front of my computer but I honestly like the idea of where these threads could go and it's be pretty cool if Nicolas could make some friends in this crazy time. Plus I'm never opposed to Trish making more friends and I think they can both get along fairly well! We'll see how the thread goes when we get that going though! C: as for Bao's stuff, I'm thinking they'll probably meet. Allie and I will have more time to discuss the Deadspace thread a bit more once Halloween is done. We've been busy with that but definitely looking forward to the Vents thread actually progressing. It'll be REALLY neat to see how that thread pans out and I believe an epic team up is in our future!

I'm a little out of it so I seem derpy but I really do like these ideas and totally game for threadage!

I said I was gonna plot with Sphinx, soooo here I go! 'Cause she's way too awesome to be nommed by ze ACTIVITY CHECK OF DOOM~!

Okay. So.

Looking through my characters and seeing which ones would probably care the most about a girl and her demon-kitty best friend living on the streets, Anya and Irene came to mind. So I'll list a few little things about each of those ideas, respectively, and tell me if you think one of them has more potential!

Anya and Sphinx...they haven't actually met in canon roleplay, right? Just in the ICC? UNLESS I'M FORGETTING STUFF...AGAIN xP. Anywho! Anya's really, really not good with kids, but she's extremely diabeetus-prone...so I'm sure Sphinx would end up winning her over xD. Also what would be interesting here is that Anya would be able to sense that Juju is a demon (and vise-versa, I'm assuming?) which would lead to a complete 'WTF' moment. They both have the vengeance motivation thing in common (well, formerly in Anya's case, but at least she could relate) and I don't think she'd be any position to judge Sphinx for making a deal with a demon since she basically did almost the same thing a long long time ago. Still, though, at any rate I think Anya would definitely wanna keep an eye on the pair of them and, y'know, 'steer Sphinx in the right direction' or whatever (AND FAIL EPICALLY AT DOING SO) ~ But long term, maybe they'd end up having a quirky sort of friendship?

Irene, meanwhile, just kinda spells out trouble - but she does have a soft spot for kids. I have...no idea what her reaction to Juju would be. She doesn't know much about demons or anything supernatural, really, so she probably wouldn't suspect Sphinx of much. I can see this being fairly amusing whatever way it plays out, because Irene would be such a bad influence and Sphinx already gets into enough trouble as it is xDD! At the very least they could go...pickpocket some people together, and Irene could try teaching her some of her nifty thieving techniques...and at the most, Irene'd probably end up badgering Sherlock (if she ends up living with him) like "WE HAVE TO TAKE THIS POOR KID AND HER CAT IN OFF THE STREETS! C'MON!" And...that could only end in disaster xD! So yes, funfunfun.


And that's pretty much it! Feel free to add/subtract/whatever to whichever one you like more!
