A sign of true boredom in Klarion was the absolute lack of interest in ruining people's days. Klarion let out a sigh as he stared down at the streets from his rooftop perch. It wasn't very often that the Witch-Boy found himself bored. He usually had at least something to do to entertain himself... something better than watching people walk around. Not to mention that it was ridiculously hot out. Klarion really had no idea why he chose to wear a suit all the time, but he never once considered changing it. It looked... stylish. Still, sometimes he wondered if he really cared that much about style to spend hot days like this wearing a suit. Klarion waved a hand and created a cool breeze to combat the warmth.
Klarion figured that he could at least cause some chaos to amuse himself. The Witch-Boy teleported himself down to the street and looked around. Everyone seemed way too busy going about their daily business to notice the suddenly appearing, suit-clad boy. Klarion frowned at that. Looks like he would have to force them to pay some attention to him. Klarion looked around, taking note of the best ways he could get some attention: electric billboards, which could be easily destroyed, some statues, cars, etc. There were just a lot of ways to cause chaos in a big city like New York and Klarion really couldn't pick just one. It was too hard.
Eventually, he opted for destroying some of the massive billboards. Klarion pointed a finger at one of them. Red bolts of energy flickered around his finger - a precursor to a massive lightning bolt of red energy firing out of his finger and shattering a nearby billboard. That caught their attention... but maybe not in the best way. Instead of afraid, a lot of people just looked... angry. Klarion frowned. He didn't want angry people, he wanted everyone to run around, screaming in terror. Oh well... he would just have to try harder.

She hated this city.
Not that it was exactly difficult to earn )(er Imperious Condescension's hatred - at least, in the platonic sense. This human city was... well, populated almost shoalely with humans, though she had glimpsed a few strange monsters around - ones that had tried to kill her and been quickly killed. They had also proven easy to control, so if anything, she would find it easy enough to make use of them. Another resource that was at her command, rather than English's.
That distinction was reely important.
But this was a day for her to have fun, get out, breathe in the filthy and contaminated air that she had to share with the humans...
And cull them for the insult.
But it seemed someone had started ahead of her - she caught sight of a billboard shattering, and the crowd around it growing ugly and angry in turn. Whale, she would change that quickly enough - drifting out of her hiding place, the Condesce turned to look down upon the massed, stupid throng of humanity. So petty and disgusting. Jarring red and blue light surrounded her as she focused, and then one of the statues they so adored to take photos of was wrenched from its base by her psionics. Her control was fine enough that the stone didn't crumble even a little - instead, she held it suspended easily, slowly rotating as she considered where exactly to set it back down.
Then, where the crowd was thickest, she let it drop with a sickening crash.
"What fun," the troll murmured, the smile that curved her lips also baring teeth that would have been more fitting in a shark's jaws.

So... angry crowds apparently weren't hard to deal with. Powerful magic was pretty useful when dealing with humans. They were all such babies when they had to deal with stuff that they couldn't understand. All it took was a quick volley of magical bolts into the crowd to send them running... right into their deaths, apparently. Someone, or something, had uprooted a nearby statue and had it poised to drop onto the humans. Most of them didn't even seem to notice in their terror. At least, they didn't notice before the statue was dropped onto them. Klarion clapped his hands together and laughed.
The sickening crunch of human bones would have made any normal man disturbed, at best and physically ill at worst. Klarion, on the other hand, found it to be refreshing and pleasant. It had been a while before he'd really tormented humanity, besides that incident with the lobsters that ended up being more tormenting for him to deal with. This time, he was going to be much more careful with what he did. Klarion raised a hand and created a large, dark red box of magical energy around a small group of fleeing humans. The thought of crushing them underneath the box's roof was amusing, but he figured he would just leave them there for a while. Maybe he'd kill them later. Klarion began moving the box left and right, forcing the people inside to either run with it or get smashed against the fast-moving walls of his box.
At a meow from Teekl, Klarion released the box, allowing it's former prisoners to go free. The cat had reminded him that there was someone else with him, who was apparently just as interested in toy with humanity as he was. Klarion was perfectly content to go on without meeting this unknown force, but his familiar had other ideas. Klarion sighed and teleported up to a building's roof to look for whatever moved the statue. He quickly spotted someone who he really should have been able to spot before. She was tall, grey-skinned and glowing colors that seemed to change every second. Was she some kind of alien or something? Klarion so wished he could simply ignore her and go on with his business... but, again, Teekl had other ideas. The cat continued meowing at him until he teleported over to the Condesce. "...Hello." He greeted, annoyance obvious in his tone. "Who are you?"

Oh. A land-dweller - she looked him and what appeared to be his pathetic excuse of a lusus over. )(e had been the one to create that box, then - but he hadn't used it to kill anyone. What a waste! Why expend the energy if you weren't going to go through with it?
Still, he was strong - maybe strong enough to be entertaining. And if he wanted to go pick on the humans, whale, the more the merrier! Up until she got bored, of course.
")(ello there!" she said, with another charming and sharp-toothed smile. "I am )(er Imperious Condescension, ---Empress of the Alternian ---Empire." Which existed only in her, Eridan and the )(ighblood, but it was better than nothing - and it wasn't as if she was going to tell him that. As far as he was concerned, she was ruler of her Empire in truth.
"But I'm far more interested in you! And, say, what you were doing down there..." As she spoke, she gestured idly, and the glow of psionics intensified as a building cracked in half. She lifted the top half carelessly, before sending it hurtling to the ground. The humans below screamed, fittingly. It was a sound she could get used to, though she was under orders to not drown the entire planet yet.
No, that would come later, once she had more trolls, and a proper fleet.
Once she was out from under English's control.
