LANA BANANA :] Lana Winters is a reporter who was among the first to catch on to the fact that there was something not quite right about the local asylum. When she finds out a little more than she should, the asylum has her forcefully committed under false pretenses - namely, using her sexuality against her. Lana has been through a lot - asylums in the 50's and 60's weren't exactly humane, and she's seen some of the worst of their treatments - and one traumatic experience too many has kind of...changed her. For the worse. She's a lot less innocent than she used to be, though astoundingly strong - but none the less, a bit disturbed at this point.
NORA THE FRIENDLY GHOST I've used Nora a few times before, so most of you are at least vaguely familiar with her. She is, in fact, dead. The house she died in is one of the most haunted places in America, for good reason - it's cursed so that anyone who dies there has their spirit bound to the house, and is incapable of moving on. For AM, of course, I might bend the rules a bit, but. Nora's moral compass isn't exactly the most functional - she's a bit off, and willing to go to extreme lengths to get what she wants. Still, she's certainly one of the less dangerous and more 'human' ghosts of the Murder House, and is, at her core, a grieving mother who's experienced quite a few terrors and never got the closure she needed.
BLOODYFACE :OOO 10SPOOKY. While on the outside, Dr. Thredson appears to be a composed, polite, mild-mannered man and a highly respected doctor...behind it all, he's one of the most horrific serial killers of his decade, and has been racking up quite the victim count lately. He targets women specifically, has some serious issues of his own, and is known for skinning his victims. He's actually quite proud of his own urban legend, too. Fun, right? :]
DA GURLL JUDY Sister Jude has some fantastic character development, which is my reason for considering her. After accidentally committing murder in her youth, she was so badly shaken and guilt-ridden over the incident that she turned to religion for redemption and became a nun. Over the years she becomes a hardened, no-nonsense, remorseless terror of a woman who knowingly allows experiments to be run on the patients in the asylum she runs - until she realizes how far it's all gone, and tries to stop it. That's when things turn right around on her, and she becomes a patient in the asylum she used to run - not only that, but she was terrorized by the devil for a time as well. Her morals are questionable, and her sanity's slipping, but she somehow manages to be extremely sympathetic.
MARY "NAWT OF GAWD" EUNICE ONE OF THE MOST INFAMOUS AHS CHARACTERS AW YEAH. Yes, this is "that nun who gets possessed by Satan". Yes, she's a terrifying bitch. And yes, she'd be an incredibly fun character to play (as if AM needs more variations of the devil, right :]). Although this is probably one of the most popular concepts, though, she's probably one of the characters I'm leaning towards the least? Just, idk. I feel like the concept's overdone here, or that at the very least someone would be better at her than me. But if she gets enough votes I may change my mind.
