Since I'll need to know who is interested and which character they'll be using, I figure this would be a good way to get the info.
A big part of the appeal of Silent Hill is the unknown factor, which I'm going to try to reproduce in the RP. Instead of you RPing your characters exactly situations and circumstances (I.E. what monsters they'll be fighting, when things jump out at them, what puzzles they solve, etc) and not having any fun with it (because there's no unknown aspect if you control it), I'll be the proverbial Dungeon Master or Game Master (and I hate D&D, ironically) with this.
In other words, you can write to your hearts content about coming to Silent Hill and where and all your character goes in Silent Hill. I on the other hand will write what your characters might encounter if they go to certain areas (what puzzles or obstacles they come across. What monsters might jump out at them and what they look and act like, etc). In order to do that though, I'll probably have to speak with each and everyone who is interested one on one so I can gain a better understanding of their character's fears and insecurities.
