DO THE SITE PLOT THING

Hello friends! In regards to the plot poll we had awhile ago, those things can totally still happen and be separate from this - but recently I noticed a whole lot of ~opportunities for plots~ presenting themselves, spoke to Fail and Bawb about it, and we decided to get this going!

Essentially, we have a whole lot of villainous types who hate humanity, and we want to do something with that. Beyond that, AM has become a place where, thanks to the rifts, uncountable different species and cultures are coming together, and given the fact that humans can't even handle each other's different cultures, I don't think we should ignore the fact that this would eventually become problematic??

So the plot is this. Recently, the numerous rifts and various ungawdly abominations characters coming through them have induced a small-scale panic. While some of this world's natives (humans) have more or less adjusted to all of this just fine, there are some who are less than thrilled. These people have begun committing small acts of violence against the non-human population. These actions are not government authorized, are not approved by the public - they're essentially just small gangs of prejudiced humans who have been picking fights out of anger and assholery.

Unfortunately, even small, patterned incidents like these hit very close to some people. AM has more than its fair share of inhabitants who are a bit prejudiced themselves - against humans. The recent conflict has provoked them into taking action - because really when you have all kinds of badass powers and a particular disdain for humanity, why try reasoning or diplomacy when you can just casually wipe the problem out? Ideally, anyway.

So what this is ultimately gonna lead to is a campaign - and perhaps an eventual all-out war - against humanity, led by a team of...well, anyone who has a beef against them (sign ups for that below!). Depending on what goes down, I imagine the other side - humans and the ones wanting to protect them - will eventually attempt to organize some kind of counter-effort, but that likely won't happen until further down the line when the threat has been established. And then you have the people in the middle - maybe non-humans who sympathize with their fellows' ideals, but have human friends, or a few skeevy humans looking for some power and protection? Ultimately, this is meant to cause a bunch of conflict and tear a ton of people apart, so >D. Fun, right?

FEEL FREE TO POST INPUT OR WHATEVER, OOOR SIGN YOUR CHARACTERS UP. Right now we're looking for the anti-human team, but you can always mention the various ways your other characters might contribute in the mean time!

Signing up Hao once he's accepted, as he's more likely to tag along in a group if he has to, while Mithos is either still suffering from the delusion that he can go back and save Martel, ooor with some human friends himself depending on his point of the AM timeline.

Got some characters I could throw at this; some maybe now, most maybe later. Okay! Are you ready? Here we go!

Master Xehanort: So, yeah. He doesn't rly hate humans (he is one, but at the same time not?). But, he would probably tag along and offer up his services (because he's such a nice guy, rite?). He'd most likely sit back and let everybody else do their thing, while at the same time using every available opportunity to create Heartless from human victims (and maybe even hero-y types???). Of course, him unleashing Heartless onto the population would stir up some trouble, too.

Roxy Lalonde: Yeah, Roxy will probably get in on this, later down the line. She's also already picked out the name?? She's gonna be Team Save Everybody's Asses.

Carmelita Fox: Dunno what the future of this plot might hold, but with all those destructive characters up there, I can definitely see some pretty big stuff going down??? evacuation efforts will probably need to be made in hard-hit zones and Carmelita Fox, being oF THE LAW, would be perfect for that job. Also, she can yell her head off at any idiots trying to cause more ruckus.

Um okay here's my quillpinion.

Death: I think would catch wind of what's going on and send out his reapers to investigate. Upon finding that a massacre is going to happen, he'd find those that want to stop it. He would try to help to the best of his ability--because who really wants to sit there sorting out all those souls? Death has too much junk food restaurants to visit to do that!

Bruce Banner: Avengers. Saving the world. Nuff said. Hulk Smash.

Mituna: I'm a horrible person, but I kinda want to see how Mituna would react to this event. Maybe it'll give him horrid memories about how he burnt out his psiionics and saved his friends? Maybe even trigger him to be able to use them one more time? I haven't been able to do a emotional melt down Mituna out of ICC yet.

Alright, adding my lot to this. These characters are the least played/active characters I have.:

Steve Rogers: Just like Hulk above. Saving the world. Giving Hulk the ok to smash.

Abomination: Just because he is a badass and a guy to go toe-to-toe with the Hulk. Plus, he is working with Moriarty. Plus, depending on the situation, his military training would help in situations. Moreover, he has a few issues with humans as he sees them as week, but if Hulk is involved, he will be there, just for that.

Terry McGinnis: Every good team needs a Batman, at least Gotham does. And since Terry is the current active Batman, he would be helping the city just like Bruce.

James Rhodes: To help Tony with problems, plus the military backing, Rhodey would be on the good guys. Additionally, War Machine is always needed.

The First Doctor: He is a protector of humanity, and would help out those in need. Additionally, with Team Tardis, he would be there. Cause you can never have too many Doctors. Granted he is not with Team TARDIS, but still.
