eponine thenardier,
eighteen | street thief | les miserables | civilian
-----
eighteen | street thief | les miserables | civilian
to add to the cast of character from different times, eponine is from 19th century paris, around the time of the june rebellion. and despite the fact that she's made pretty good for herself here, she's still struggling quite a bit to both fit into her new lifestyle as well as grow accustomed to being in a whole other time, especially one so different than the one she came from. it might not be easy to rattle her, but traveling through a rift into another universe sort of does that for you, doesn't it? despite her tendancy to be a little bit of a downer or just...weird, eponine could most certainly use some friends. if you're not about to try and rip her head off then she's perfectly willing to be at least non-hostile and eventually friendly once you earn her trust. she's not going out of her way to make enemies, but hey maybe if you catch her stealing something idk. her morals are pretty dubious. as for lovers um. her boyfriend hasn't been apped yet so.

baelfire,
fourteen | lost boy | once upon a time | hero
-----
fourteen | lost boy | once upon a time | hero
because storybrooke needed more examples of terrible parenting skills, baelfire's here to be the poster child. being rumpelstiltskin's son kind of sucks when your dad is...well, yeah. at the moment, bae's pretty concerned with keeping his dad from using drugs magic because hey he actually used to not be an asshole and going back to that would be pretty awesome. of course, he's not naive enough to think that that'll happen, but still. despite everything, gold is still his father and bae has to help him up, especially seeing as he seems willing enough. jesus christ, this kid needs friends. and like, a life outside of helping his dad out. bae's had to grow up pretty fast and it shows, especially after everything he's been through. enemies are probably not going to be a thing, but since bae's a heroic sort, he might get on some villain's bad side. just be warned that messing with baelfire means messing with his 2spooky dad. and he's fourteen, so lovers probably won't be much of a thing.

oswin oswald,
nineteen | companion | doctor who | hero
-----
nineteen | companion | doctor who | hero
currently the companion to the tenth doctor, oswin's done quite a lot in this new world after waking up alive and human. including saving the world, saving the universe and generally traveling everywhere and anywhere in the TARDIS. oswin is generally one of the more approachable members of am, so she's definitely going to have friends. she tends to hold a lot of people at arms length at first, but unlike a lot of people that do so, she warms up to them pretty quickly. that being said, she does have quite a few issues that might make friendship a little difficult, but if you're willing to stick with her, it won't be as difficult. enemies are very much a thing when you're the doctor's companion and oswin is pretty used to opposing them, even if she's only human. she has a nice little band of morally dubious anti-villains to back her up too, if anyone decides to really fuck with her. the idea of romance and lovers is actually kind of a terrifying one to oswin, despite how flirtatious she may be. she's not very good at the communication that it takes for that sort of thing, and the idea of opening up and being that close to someone and possibly being tied down is just...no.

clara oswin oswald,
twenty-six | companion | doctor who | hero
-----
twenty-six | companion | doctor who | hero
despite the fact that she and oswin share the same face and very nearly the same name, clara is a little bit more...subdued. or maybe just a little bit more careful. she's currently traveling with the ninth doctor and his motley band of lunatics and generally giving zero fucks about walking around modern-day and futuristic cities in full victorian regalia. friends are quite easy for her to come by. she's certainly not as closed-off as certain other people with her face, and she does like talking to people. it's in her disposition to be kind and even a little motherly. also throw some kids at her she loves kids. doing what she does, clara won't be surprised to have a few enemies. basically anyone who opposes the doctor also opposes her. and if you're just kind of an asshole in general, she's not going to like you. clara's not generally on the lookout for lovers and it's a little hard to impress her, but hey. you're welcome to try if you really want to.

lena duchannes,
seventeen | natural | the caster chronicles | hero
-----
seventeen | natural | the caster chronicles | hero
o man another 2spooky caster :OOO. no but lena here is actually a very special kind of caster and arguably the most powerful one of her time. she's a natural, which grants her power over the elements and...pretty much everything ever. caster chronicles pls. but, seeing as she's still young, lena doesn't have as much control over these powers as she could which usually leads to shenanigans :]. and things catching on fire or exploding. she actually isn't all that used to having friends, since gatlin is p much hell and everyone there think she's nOT OF GAWD. but she has the rest of 2.0 and isn't really all that opposed to making friends now that she's been claimed. her enemies are mostly the assholes who decided to try and make her turn dark, aaand also anyone who goes up against the doctor/is a general dickwad. and, she's got ethan for a lover, so yeah.

eighteen | | american mcgee's alice | hero
alice is another character that comes from another time, but she's not really as rattled by it as a lot of others. she's sort of used to being surrounded by the strange and unfamiliar, seeing as she's, y'know, alice in wonderland. formerly insane, knife-wielding, super badass alice in wonderland. it happens. she doesn't make friends easily, being highly distrustful of...pretty much everyone and everything. alice doesn't really like people as a rule, but that doesn't mean she's completely made of stone. it just takes time and effort to gain her trust. enemies she's far more used to, and seeing as she has a bit of a hero complex and often steps in to help those in need, she'll probably be making quite a few of them. which is totally fine by her. and um. lovers is just...no. alice has had a lot of really, really bad experiences in the romance department and generally just...way too unstable to even begin to concern herself with a relationship.
