The hard crash of waves sent a spray of brine into the air. Up on high, a pair of dark blue boots were dotted with salt water as heels clacked along the cobbled stone barrier. Piercing eyes looked down onto the prisoners below. The fox paced along the protective barrier of the wall. Ears twitched, listening as the animals below grunted and groaned out their torture. Inspector Carmelita Fox halted as a younger officer ran up to the barrier with a letter in hand. As she grasped for it, she listened to the chimpanzee's instructions.

Leaping high into the air, Carm landed heavily into the yard, below. Her gaze scanned the prisoners, seeking out a sole individual. As she did so, the prisoners were issued back into the fortress behind her. Her long, foxy tail began twitching erratically when her sight locked onto the soul for whom she'd been searching. Grasping the raccoon's shoulder firmly she indicated the mast that had fallen into the shallow water with a jerk of her muzzle. "The flag, detenido."

Releasing him, she turned swiftly on her 2-inch heel, arms folded tightly behind her back as her grip on the letter she'd been given tightened. "Now, prisionero 24601." Looking over her shoulder, her gaze appeared as if it was drilling right into the soul. "Your time is cesado. Finished."
