"And here you thought I was just another bubble-headed, blonde bimbo! Well, the jokes on you; I'm not even a real blonde~."

Blonde hair, blue eyes; the first impression that people get from Harley is a ditzy, clueless, porcelain doll. However, she's quick to correct you on this; unless, of course, she wants you to be unsuspecting of her. With perfect grades in school and a start as a psychiatric intern at Arkham Asylum, Harley quickly catches people off guard with her brain and wit. She happens to be an excellent problem solver, if not the second-best clown. While Joker puzzled over how to kill Batman with a smile, Harley found a way to turn some frowns upside down.

Though not much of a joker, she can be snarky, sarcastic, and gets a zinger here and there. However, she'd never dream of taking the spotlight away from the Joker, even if a one-liner does slip out once in a while. Harley's never really had a love life, or even much of a social life, thanks to her schoolwork and internship and her obsession love for the Joker is all-consuming because of this; Joker having been the first person to ever show her any real kindness, even if said kindness was only real in her eyes. After all, you know what they say: "love is blind." And Harley can't get much more blinded by love than she already is; no matter what Joker does or says to her, she remains faithfully by his side.

Of course, there are occasions where Harley realizes just how much of a scumbag Joker really is; like whenever he sells her out for his freedom. And, in these moments, Harley becomes incredibly enraged and even slightly foul-mouthed, focusing all her hate on the Joker. However, the Joker being her first (and only) love, this hate never really lasts; all the Joker needs to do is apologize, and maybe flirt with her a little, and she once again falls head-over-heals for the Clown Prince of Crime. Don't take Harley's infatuation for granted, though; she is incredibly dangerous. Especially considering the one thing standing between her and her dream of a life of family with the Joker is Batman. The Bat, himself, even admitted to Harley's threat. She'd come closer to killing Batman than even the Joker. After all, the Joker is only after laughs; Harley, on the other hand, sees Batman as a true threat to her dreams and wants him plain and dead.

All in all, Harley is a certified nutso, wanted in twelve States who is deeply in love with and second-in-command to Gotham's worst threat.

Powers & Abilities

Toxicity Immunization: Due to her friendship with the red-headed plant-lover, Harley was injected with a special kind of immunization by Poison Ivy. A compound of Ivy's personal design, it supplied defenses against all poisons, toxis, and noxious gases; including Joker's Laugh Gas/Toxin and Ivy's poisonous touch.

Doctorate in Psychology: Her success and high grades in school had allowed her to obtain a doctorate and intern at Gotham's Arkham Asylum. Harley is very intelligent and an excellent problem-solver; much to Joker's chagrin when she works out one of his plans, herself. If there's a flaw in the Joker's plan, Harley will find a way to fix it, followed closely behind by a swift beating from said Clown Prince.

Master Acrobat/Gymnast: Perfore her time interning at the Asylum, Harleen had spent years practicing gymnastics and acrobatics. Nimble and agile, Harley is incredibly light on her feet. Though not a truly exceptionally strong hitter (though, she can hold her own against several muscle-thugs), Harley can flip, twist, spin, twirl, and more until her victim is dizzy enough for an easy take down.

Deft Infiltrator: Though not a master of disguises, her job as Joker's right-hand woman has had a need for Harley to don various disguises. From lawyer to cop, she's had to play them all. With the right amount of sass (and enough makeup removal) she's hardly recognizable!
