Cosmopolitan is a open ended Axis Powers Hetalia roleplay, dominated mainly by the members choosing what they want, when they want. With little guidelines aside from site-wide events, it's a wild, united world with love and pasta.
Brand new, almost all canons are open and only require a brief biography introduction before you are on your way and able to roleplay Hetalia the carefree way; we're a little less historical and a little more whimsical than most.
Semi-Literate, we only ask for a 125 minimum word count for each roleplay post and allow for any character interaction and threading you sit fit (and are in canon reason).
