Able to escape the contained zombie madness of Mockingbird Island, it seemed like everything was going back to normal like it used to be when she left. But nope! All she or anyone else got was a break, a vacation from the zombies...and boy did they ruin lots of her travel plans! So instead of sticking around on the mainland to find new kinds of desserts and specialty foods in the area, the traveler who followed the wind found herself on a cruise liner headed toward the Galapagos Islands. All she did was sneak away to hide on a boat and only get herself out of hiding to steal some food from the rich people who could actually afford this kinda trip. Rumor even had it that no zombies got there yet which was great news for her! Sure, she was definitely a self-proclaimed hero, but even she needed a break to find delicious cuisines and not have to worry about some zombie thing trying to pimp smack her or make her into a meal. Besides, she'd never gone to the Galapagos Islands yet and looked forward to trying out some of the things they had to offer and even see some of the wildlife too!
Maybe even snack on some fried plantains while traveling around, she heard those things were like french fries but sweet. Definitely something she'd have to search for since no one could go wrong with something being compared to fast food! ....or at least to her no one could go wrong with fast food. In the midst of dreaming about a large buffet among some crates using her backpack as a pillow with a big smile on her face, she got so comfortable that she couldn't help but sprawl out with one of her feet on top of some wooden box. Loud snores escaped her mouth along with the trail of drool starting to dribble out the side of her mouth. "EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEK!!!!" the shrieks and shrills from the upper levels summoned the zombies to invade her happy, food munching dream into a nightmare including that feminine...thing with a bag on its head and funky tendrils popping out of its head! The entire dream turned into Mockingbird Island all over again and caused her heart to jump before her eyes shot open to reality.
Scrambling to get up while clutching onto her trusty bag, she looked from left to right in the dim storage portion of the boat as though to double check nothing was actually going to sneak up on her, "Wh-wha...?" Blurting out that incomplete word with a bit of shock in her tone, she loosened her grip upon the bag and began putting her arms through the straps. Though when more people were yelling and screaming their heads off, her heart sunk thinking that maybe some of the undead things were here too. Fan-freaking-tastic...she loved zombie games, especially the ones in the arcade, but the real life version was out of hand! Wait a second...did someone yell something about aliens?! Aliens were pretty cool and she wouldn't mind seeing on in person, so what did she do? Throw caution to the wind to deal with, grin as though she had just eaten a slice of the world's best apple pie, and then run up to the deck jumping over crates here and there.
Hey, if it didn't look like a stereotypical `gonna abduct you and make all of mankind into guinea pigs` sort of ship or even if the aliens were out and about didn't look like they held interest in stealing her brain with a straw, this trip was going to be AWESOME! Once she got up there, looking completely out of place in her not-flowery-at-all outfit, the sight before her eyes was so...COOL! Kind of a bummer since it was a big wreck but while people in flip flops and huge hats were freaking out, the blue eyed blond rushed over to the railing and released the bag straps before gripping onto the rail and leaned forward. "Cool! Hey lady, you think they've got food over there?!" Looking over to the lady with an eager look to match her tone, the woman she was talking to passed out from sheer shock. Staring down at her with a look of sheer confusion, the scrawny girl simply shrugged a bit before looking right back to the wreckage upon what used to be Galapagos Islands. That...was a HUGE ship and from what she could see it seemed like warriors were probably on there rather than brain thieves...or...intergalactic truckers.
Plus there were some building things on top of it so maybe they had food! For some reason, things that taste like ice cream and sushi came to mind...which was odd since she didn't recall having a combo like that before...buuuut it did sound good. Lifting her goggles up from her neck and over her eyes, she figured these people were going to leave anyway with the way she was surrounded by freak out sessions up the wazoo and meant only one thing: it didn't matter if these civilians saw her using her powers. In fact, it was time to be a hero! Turning around to face everyone, she lifted up her work glove covered hands before waving them up and down while announcing, "OKAY, EVERYONE, LISTEN UP! I'll check out the big, wrecked, suspicious looking alien ship thing aaaand you guys get yourselves somewhere safe!" Obviously, she didn't have to tell them twice and even got called crazy in the midst of panicked babble.
Whatever, not like that was a new insult, climbing up on the railing, "...don't lose control...don't lose control..." with that muttered pep talk, the teenage manipulator of earth took a deep breath before exhaling to calm herself down a bit. After that, she motioned her hands down which emit a light, gold glow before clenching her hands into fists and thrusting them up in the air only to pull up a large rock from the ocean which caused the cruise liner to shift a bit thanks to the sliiiight water disruption. Keeping the rock in place, she jumped off from the railing and right on top of it. Sure it was big enough for a few more people but it was going to be useful if what she had to deal with was hostile and wanted her dead! Crouching down , she focused on moving the really big rock forward and over the ocean. Letting out a huge sigh of relief, everything was going just fine and totally under control! Up until she got close to what was left of the shore and the giant rock began to shake and crumble as though it wanted to explode.
Feeling her eyes widen and a sense of panic wash over her, she couldn't help but get a little freaked out, "No no no no no no no no! C'mon Terra! Don't lose control, don't lose contro-EEEEEEEEEEEP!" At that point, the giant piece of earth managed to explode and launched her face first into the sand like some sort of land mine. Slamming her palms on the ground, she lifted her head up and spat out some of the sand before dusting her face off and standing up while proceeding to shoo away the sand on her legs. "That didn't go well.....er...anyway, now to get all the way up to that building thing and see if they've got anything to eat...uh...after I figure out how to get there anyway..." Gazing around and around the wreckage, she stepped over a few red and gold metallic chunks here and there beginning her very unorthodox, self guided tour.

The dark interior of the 'Sanguine Fury' seemed to glow red as it disengaged out of the Warp. Kharn ran to the helm, the skulls latched to his crouch tumbling a shaking with each gargantuan step. He found the bridge, and located the ships navigator, and grabbed him by his shoulders.
"Khorne will not be pleased by you lack of DIRECTION, Navigator! Where are we?! Explain before I lop off you decaying head!" While none could see the Betrayer's eyes, one could tell that below his helmet, they were teaming with hatred. In contrast, one could see the Navigator's eyes perfectly, and they were coated with astute fear for his life- and for what may come afterwards. The mute and archaic old man wrote on a monitor as opposed to speaking- he had lost them long ago, from another Kharn-related incident.
'My Lord, our fleet was hit by a rogue warpstorm! I barely managed to persuade it's might grip from ripping this ship asunder! Why would Khorne create a warpstorm in his grand champion's crowning momen-'
The worm was cut off. His own fear for his life was incredibly apparent. Pathetic, and a disgrace to Khorne. Still, he was in need of him for now- The rest of the ship was filled with World Eaters- the likes of which are completely forbidden and unable to use the sorcery of the warp.
But still the Navigator had a point. Why would one of the Chaos gods create a storm just then? At Kharn's ship no less? Perhaps it was the work of Malal? Or...no. This act screamed of Tzeench.
"KHARN! IMMEDIATE IMPACT WITH THIS BLUE PLANET! THE NAVIGATOR MUST BRACE FOR ACTION!"
'Feth! We were transported directly above a planet! Damn the Changer of Ways!'
"DO AS YOU ARE TOLD, MAGGOT, LEAST YOU BE SQUASHED! WARP THE TIME, YOU FOOL!"
Suddenly, in panic, the Navigator's third eye glowed with a red light. He saw several of explode in a flash of blood, but he cared not. The ship approached a small island on the planet. They could land- more appropriately, crash- there.
'And atop a small town too...the Blood God's rage may well be tamed yet.' Thought Kharn, as a flash of black and red encompassed the ship as it crashed. The vessel was torn asunder, scattered across the ocean surrounding the isles. However, the bridge stayed on-course for the town, and when it fell, there was nothing but black for Kharn as he flew out the window of the bridge...
Until he woke up at the feet of a teenage human, with his ruined warship surrounding him.

As she made her way through, she stopped completely in her tracks when it was time to jump over something that looked like a cyber space samurai warrior thing's helmet. For just a moment, she stared at it and began lightly poking at it with the tip of her tan shoes which looked more like work boots. Was it even alive? Maybe it died? Did it have pizza? A couple more pokes with her foot before she stopped and noticed the large space samurai thing whatever it was and took a couple steps away with a light gulp. "Yeeeaaah...definitely not dead..."
Stating the obvious out loud with a slight look of surprise...that's when it dawned on her...it was a real live alien! OH BOY OH BOY OH BOY! Getting all wide eyes, she punted `CAUTION! THIS THING MIGHT WANNA KILL YOU` concerns to the wind and crouched down getting all up in his face with a slight look of confusion. "Hey, are you ok, samurai space guy? Errrr well maybe not, looks like you had the world's worst crash landing or something with your ship over there..." As eager as she was to befriend an alien or at least kinda converse with one for a bit assuming it didn't want to put her head on a silver platter, it was her inner hero that made her actually wonder about some big behemoth's safety. That whole `make sure people aren't dead` bit. With her words trailing off ever so slightly she adjusted her posture and stood to her full height which was nothing in comparison to mister eight foot and buff.
Oh yes, not to mention she was ignoring the fact that this guy on the outside looked like he just SCREAMED `That's a baaaad guy` considering he was an alien! Benefit of a doubt for now, that was the least she could do for some alien. Besides, it was painstakingly obvious that it'd probably be a waste of time to worry about the villagers and people who were long dead thanks to being squished by a giant ship. Might as well try to help the ones who were still alive, right? "By the way, the name's Terra! Need some help getting up? ...uh...wait...do you even understand me?"
A little enthusiasm came with those words as she shoved her thumbs into the rims of her pockets and stared at the cyber space samurai...guy...alien...thing. Though the last portion of her words were laced in a little confusion before quirking a brow and frowning a bit. Duh, that's right, it may not even understand English...bummer if it didn't...

Kharn was alive. By some dark miracle, he still drew breath. He had never been as close to the blood god since the Horus Heresy. And just like the Horus Heresy, he lived, clinging onto the rage and eternal sanguine nature of Khorne for help. Under his armor, he gained out a twisted smile. Tzeench had failed in killing him. Now was a time to celebra-
Words. Spoken in a tongue similar to Low Gothic- ancient English. The Imperium? Had they landed on Cardia? No, he supposed not. The girl's voice was not that of a blind follower of the False-Emperor. It was naive, casual, a tone he had not heard in thousands of years- the tone of a true innocent.
'Innocence. Is that what I've found?...how...sickening.'
Innocence was weakness and a sign of the pestilence god- the joyous and hearty voices of Nurgles Nurglings were the closest he had gotten to that tone in years. How he despised it. But more pressing matters had to be attended to. He was alive, when he thought he was to die- the Blood God truly must have favored him, despite what may well be a failure on the part of the insolent Navigator. He must make the Blood God proud though, despite the inconvience. This world was virgin to Chaos- he would corrupt it all by himself if he had to...starting with the girl. She would be the first sacrifice.
"Ki...kill....Kill. Kill. Ma...MAIM. KILL-MAIM...Kill-ma...burn. KILL. MAIM. BURN. BURN BURN BURN BURN, KILL MAIM BURN! KILL MAIM BURN! KILL MAIM BURN, BWUAAHAHAHAHAHA!"
He jumped from his place, with a speed that one would never expect from the hulking monstrous entity that was Kharn. He lifed his left shoulder pauldrin up, and charged at the girl, with the strength to break bones. He stopped, when the duo finally hit a wall, and then used his free, muscular hand to grip the woman's neck. He squeezed for a moment, chuckling to himself madly before letting go slightly.
"Kharn. Leader of the Khornate Bezerker Warband, Chapter Master of the World Eaters. Avatar of Khorne. AND YOU WILL TELL ME WHERE I AM OR I WILL SEND YOU TO HELL- AND WORSE!"

(For people wondering, I ok'd the auto-hit so no worries C: !) NOT GOOD!
This is what she got for giving some guy who CLEARLY looked evil the benefit of a doubt! A complete flurry of kill, maim, and burn as dialog. DEFINITELY not friendly, not by a long run! Right now would be a great time to escape and get the hell out of here but nope! The young traveler got a shoulder rammed into her and wasn't she REALLY FREAKING MISfortunate right now?! None of her bones managed to break, but it sure as hell hurt a whole lot and the large surge of pain made her feel like there was a huge sense of dejavu going on. Wouldn't you know it, her back slammed against a hard surface which made her feel surprised that her spine didn't shatter.
How she was going to survive all this was something she needed to figure out and grit her teeth instead of screaming like a sissy upon impact. Out of all her crazy adventures in dealing with monsters trying to kill her, maybe this would be the one that taught her to not give something dangerous and suspicious looking the benefit of a doubt! Man how she was starting to hate these cyber space samurai alien macho man things! It wasn't enough that she was slammed into a wall, nope, he used his massive hand to grasp onto her pathetically scrawny neck and squeeze like she was some kinda squeaky toy that would make an annoyingly cute screech causing her breathing to become much more different. Sure, she was in pain and having trouble enduring it, but still...she was used to this sort of thing as much as she despised it and only gasped for breath. With her lungs aching from the impact and now her main source of breathing being messed up, this was going to be a chore! What a jerk, he was even laughing like a mad man!
Yeah, someone had to bring him down to size, even if she was the one to take up such a task on her own, a duty she now appointed to herself. Part of her was tempted to play dead but last time she checked, maim didn't mean leaving a corpse unscathed...so that was out of the question. With her hands now resting at her sides, when he loosened his grip it was a whole lot easier to breath but still a pain none-the-less. What the...this guy WAS an alien after all, a hostile one but still, the way he introduced himself didn't scream the stereotype of normal human title. Though it sounded like he was someone really important and obviously very dangerous. Sometimes ranks didn't change? Seemed like it since he wasn't speaking in some freaking brain dead language or repeating himself like a broken record, but rather coherent, not so friendly English.
"Y....you're....on...Earth...." Struggling a bit to answer his question, she coughed a bit since speaking was FAR from easy with the way she was being held up. As scared as she was for her own life, she was pretty pissed off and wasn't about to stay nice. "...now.....MIND PUTTING ME DOWN?!" Nothing short of frustration and anger, the scrawny teen's blue eyes began to glow a golden yellow hue and even her hair started lifting up a bit. That wasn't even the scary part by far, that was when she finally let out a pain infested scream and the ground below them began shaking violently as though an earthquake was about to take place. Well, it kinda was...maybe it was more appropriate to consider a volcano might want to form itself sooner rather than later.
How hard it was to control her powers with all this suffering she was going through, especially when she swiftly moved her glowing arms arm up and finished by slamming her palms against his wrist, gritting her teeth. Within the depths of her mind she tried to tell herself not to lose control but it was getting too late for the girl who was nothing short of being a living, breathing, dangerous natural disaster on two legs as many would agree with. The strong quake wasn't all to be concerned about, the motion of her hands prompted two thick spikes of earth to come up from the trembling ground below and right into his arm holding her by the neck. Good idea or bad idea, it didn't matter...the lenses of her goggles cracked from the power surging through her. Right now she was not only fighting to keep her life but for control over herself against that rather destructive power of hers all over again.

(A bit confused by what the Earthquake...does...O.o. Hope I responded well enough. Have to rush it, gotta go catch the bus.)
Earth...how wonderful. He was on Earth before the God-Emperor ever had the pleasure of polluting it with his self-righteousness and own ambition. The Imperium was nowhere to be found, people spoke English- had he traveled through time?...and...why wasn't he killing? Normally, he wouldn't have even dignified the girl with a thought, and would have torn off her hear with his hands. Yet suddenly, he found that he could think about things other than Bloodlust...was this the work of Tzeench?
'IMPOSSIBLE! I MUST KILL QUICKLY! WHY HAVE I LOST MY URGE?! KILL MAIM BURN, KILL MAIM BURN!"
Despite his promises, he was intent on crushing the girl before his iron fingertips and mutilating the corpse. Just as his brain sent the signals to his arm to rip her limb from limb, the girl acted- a tremor. The vibrates traveled violently up his armored arm, shaking the plates. In sudden response, he threw her to the ground and- ...And what? Kharn found himself unable to move for the moment. For a split second, his mind went blank, and his killing intent vanished. He stood there, almost frozen, before he gripped his head and began to yell. His logical mind released that he had not 'thought' as acutely as he did now then as he did in the days of the Horus Heresy. But at the same time, he found that logical mind being overrun, by Kharn the Betrayer, Kharn, the avatar of Khorne. Despite any rationality that he had beforehand, he suddenly was thrusted back into his 'normal' persona. The illiterate, raving, insane, ultraviolent demon that was supposed to have long replaced Kharn, Captain of the World Eaters."KILL. MAIM. BURN. KILL. MAIM. BURN. KILL. MAIM. BURN."He attempted to charge fourth to the girl, but found his balance offset by the earthquake. He was thrusted forward, into the bulkhead of the ship, nearly impaling himself on a blade from the hull. Kharn cared not, however. From his place, he could see the almighty axe of Angron- the Gorechild. His prize- his possession. He gripped it with what little motor-function he had from the earthquake, and tried to regain balance on the ruins of the ship. He perched forward, attempting to use the earthquake as a sort of 'boost' to his charge, but found it slooply averted. He ran forth, and and stumbled to the girl, but not before revving up the chain-axe, and attempting to decapitate her pretty little head. "BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD!"

(Dun worry! You got it :3 ) Tossed to the ground like a rag doll, it almost felt as though she was stunned for a moment. Those powers of hers were out of whack and not completely in her control at the moment so that earthquake shaking the ground didn't cease. Deep down, this was a reminder for her that this is way she always had to run, this is exactly why she couldn't make so much as a friend. Fighting to regain control, she knew she could pull off controlling her powers...it couldn't be impossible, could it? Snapping away from her thoughts a bit, it seemed as though he was back to saying his three favorite words: KILL, MAIM, BURN! Normally she'd comment about how she gets it already and someone needs to fix their broken record brain functions, however she was much more focused on trying to regain control. Doing her best to get up with pain surging through her body, when she was able to sit up a bit and those glowing optics of hers took in the sight of this Kharn guy trying to charge at her!
Much to her surprise though, it was thanks to her powers going haywire that instead of being rammed into, he went VOOSH which seemed to cue somewhere out there these two as little chibis of themselves complete with a little `. . .` over the blond teen's head and a flurry of little poorly drawn vein doodles around the guy who enjoys yelling out KILL MAIM BURN! while he went riiiight over her. Forcing herself to get up and back on her feet, she turned to see him grabbing some...massive axe thing that looked like it might of-ok the revving confirmed it was more like a chain axe and less like a lumber jack axe. Like a deer in headlights, she watched him for a moment running at her but quickly ducked and BARREL rolled out of the way to avoid literally losing her head. Still struggling to regain full control of her powers, the glow emitting from her hands grew brighter before swinging them both up and above her head. In the process of bringing up a large, thick wall of rock, it seemed like maybe she finally regained more control since that's what she was aiming to do.
Though she really didn't have that much control because along with the wall she used as a `just in case` rock shield came a wave of rock spikes out of the ground in front of it on its way toward Kharn. Putting her hands on her head, she got back to her feet and staggered backward since it wasn't exactly a cake walk for her to maintain perfect balance on shifty, shaky ground. Crap crap CRAP she had to regain control, she just had to somehow! "S..s..stop it...STOP IT!" Gritting her teeth as those irritatedly distressed words passed her lips, the ironic thing is it wasn't even directed at her attacker. More like talking to herself out loud since her thoughts about her powers decided to become public knowledge.

Kharn yelled. Kharn yelling, while not an odd event, was certainly enough to attract bystanders of all sizes to the crash site. Through the sides of his vision, he saw a group of tourists and citizens gathered around the battle. Suddenly, his head snapped that way, ignoring the rocks that flew at him for a split moment, before whipping around and having a large piece of his arm-armor severed in a flash of violence. While a spike or two bounced off the thick, shoulder plating of his armor, it became obvious Kharn didn't really care. He seized attacking, as he turned around once more, staring at the cluster of innocents.
"Kill..."
He laughed manically, as he suddenly charged forth, seemingly ignoring Terra entirely. One could tell what he was going to do before he even moved. Gorechild revved up, and he bellowed another battlecry before plunging into the waves of people.
"SKULLS FOR THE SKULL THRONE!!!"
With a series of sharp movements, he began to defiled the crowd. Heads flew off and into the pit of the crashed ship, arms flew, throats were ripped out by the searing blades of the chain-axe. Women, Children, Men, they all died equally, with the savageness that only a Khorne Berzerker could enact. At least one head showered down at Terra's location, possibly hitting her. Blood stained the area, and blended in with the dark red of his armor. As he defiled the crowd, and even more disturbing sight could be seen...
Thirty Six men in blood red armor similar to Kharn's charged forth from different directions. They had heads in tow, and blood all over their outfits. At least one of them had a freshly made skull impaled on their helmet. They had come from the near-by town- the one Terra had just left. They other men yelled, a vicious battle cry. In unison, they yelled out proudly-
"BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD!"
Kharn returned the favor, in the midst of his carnage.
"BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD!"
Soon, it became a chant, as the other berzerkers- his soldiers- ran into the field of concerned a worried citizens. Within a four minutes, the group was merely a red stain on the floor. The bodies still with faces, were frozen in eternal anguish. Once they were done with the small population, they all slowly turned around to see Terra. Three 'normal' troops charged, with 'chain-swords' flailing, attempting to rip her limb from limb, just as violently as Kharn had done to the pedestrians. And as time eroded, the rest of the Thirty Six Khorne Berzerkers followed astute, with Kharn, adoren with the innerds of his last slaughter, in the middle of the 'assault'. Still, they chanted their un-ending praise to the 'Blood God'. Whomever he was, surely, he was happy.

What was going on...?!
Why was he laughing again?! The young, blond traveler couldn't quite figure it outespecially because the rock wall was shielding her view....but all came to light when a head rolled through the sky before ker PLUNK! it landed right smack dab on her head. What the...was he throwing stuff like a temper tantrum child now? She could only hope! though such a thought only lasted a split second. When the decapitated head bounced off hers and landed right in front of her, she felt her eyes widen with complete shock and even fear. This guy...this thing....that called itself Kharn was absolutely CRAZY! Clutching tighter onto her head, nearly digging those short nails through the brown work gloves, she starred down at the head which clearly belonged to some young boy.
His fear, it was immortalized in such a morbid, bloody fashion...there were people left and she let them down. The rock wall shield crumbled in large chunks before her and she could feel herself slip more and more. Why couldn't that stupid wall stay up?! Terra's glowing golden optics rimmed with tears as they trickled down her face at the sight of all this carnage. Horrible...it was horrible...completely horrible....it was almost as bad as dealing with the undead things that tried to kill her. Maybe even worse because living creatures who seemed very human were slaughtering so many innocent people upon their free will and all for what? Some stupid blood god!? A couple more heads zoomed on by her and that's when she started to snap...all of this...it was too much, too much for her to handle, too hard to cope.
More and more, she lost herself to her powers, giving up the fight for control due to being lost in despair. A fight to gain control was so she could save people from the horrible disasters she brought forth when it was too much for her to handle. Mixed with anger, frustration, and sadness, still that small voice inside her, that shred of sanity whispered to regain control to save who was left. They didn't stop and her control was iffy as could be and every new attack she'd do would only be that much more dangerous. There was only one motive now: get rid of these guys.
So many innocent people getting hurt was inevitable and as much as she hated involving innocents, what other options did she have? Run and possibly let these creeps roam across who knows where and hurt more people?! Moving her hands off of her head, she began to charge ahead to go after the biggest, baddest looking one of them all: Kharn. When more of his lackeys decided to notice her, she quickly stopped since she had at least control over her own body...not so much how potent her powers were going to be. Encircling her as though she had no escape...was this the end?! "Here's a rock buffet for your STUPID blood god!" Yelling out those words clearly drowning in annoyance and anger, TOTALLY going there and calling this blood god whatever they chanted for stupid.
Swiftly bringing her hands up while gritting her teeth, it wasn't bad enough that there was an earthquake going on, but the ground beneath those men after her literally lifted up and shot into the sky as though to be launched by canons and...smoke between the cracks?! There were also medium sized rocks shooting around and about with that going PEW PEW. The glass lenses of her goggles completely shattered from the force she used and still being in pain, a scream passed her lips, one of them managed to give her a pretty bad cut on her arm thanks to a chain sword actually managing to nick her in the process and on top of that all this, the power surging through her was making her suffer since she wasn't in full control. Even that crashed ship was getting brought into the crossfire since the ground over there was giving way and actually starting to sink now. Poor ship, all it did was transport a bunch of guys worshiping the blood god across the galaxy! Well crap...in order to save this place she was gradually destroying it....something she feared doing.

Kharn stopped for just a moment, to watch the sight of several Khorne Berzerkers being lifted suddenly into the air, and catapulted down into steamy nothingness below. He chuckled at the sight, as did several other Berzerkers, stopping their assault for just a moment. Through the corner of his eye, Kharn saw the Navigator, tumbling blindly from the fray, a bolt-pistol gripped in his hand.
"Does this girl use the Warp, Kharn?! If so, truly it is an entertaining display!"
"NAY, BATTLE-BROTHER! SHALL WE SHOW HER IT'S TERROR?!"
The response to Kharn's yell was one of joyous uproar. The Thirty-Three Berzerkers that remained laughed wildly at the idea of using the Navigator's Psyker abilities to defile the battlefield with even more destruction. The Navigator himself, apparently feeling a burst of courage and loyalty to the Chaos Undivided, tore open his own chest, showing his ribs- each one with a terrible sigil upon it, and the signs of the gods upon them.
Normally, followers of Khorne despised Psykers. But in some rare cases, they found them to be essential and equal of glory. For example: when they summoned a daemon from the warp. This was the Navigator's sole combat duty. The Personal Icons that had been painfully tatooed on his ribs spelt death for the enemy- as did the creature the was summoned forth. Kharn spoke up.
"GIRL! I GIVE TO YOU, THE POWER OF CHAOS! BY THE EYE THE SEES IN ALL THE DARK PLACES! BY THE WOUND THAT NEVER HEALS! WE SUMMON YOU!- BLOOOOOOODTHIRSTER! FROM THE DEEPEST DEPTHS OF THE WARP!"
In that instance, all charged forth, attempting to jump over the pits that lay below the stones. Some did not make the jump. Others made it, but were forced up by the stone platforms. They all let our their blood curtailing battle cry as the did so, even if some of them plumeted to their deaths, their voices beaming with pride and fury. Kharn, of course, made it to the forefront, and was among the first to launch an attack at Terra. However, after a miss that lopped off another Berzerker's left arm, he rolled backwards, into the growing crowd of World Eaters. He had no intention of retreating mind you. He was to allow the girl, the awesome sight, of seeing a daemon from the warp arise.
Over the many broken bodies of the citizens, he large hole of red seemingly stared at the ground below. It flashed brightly, consuming and crushing the rock that lay below it's gaze, before the blood of the innocent seemingly exploded into a storm of red. Then, the gaping maw of crimson could plain be seen, ripping through the tear in reality like butter. It screamed terribly, before setting completely setting foot on the planet. It's feet were as red as the blood that staned the now-dead rock. It's eyes were piercing yellow, it's long hands clawed around a long sword which could only be described as 'Hell-like'. It sprouted long leathery wings, as it flew forth into the battle, twirling as it flew, and attempted to gore Terra- with any Khorne Berzerkers that were in it's way.

It's the end of the world as she knows it, and she's not fiiiiiiiiine! What was with these guys?! Why in the world were they laughing?! Out of all the times she had to deal with the bad guys, these guys were the hardest of all to deal with! Even those huge, monster sized scorpions were easier than these guys and what? They were only tall, buff guys in armor! Clamping her hand over the gaping wound, flowing with blood which she'd have a pain cleaning up and out of her clothes later, she backed away a couple of steps feeling frustrated that she couldn't quite hand their butts to them in a take out bag at this point. What if she couldn't defeat these guys at all and those innocent people died in vain? It seemed like things weren't going to get better, especially when that guy ripped open his chest!
Wait a second...not too long ago they mentioned something about a Warp...? Were they talking about that kinda stuff in sci-fi movies and shows? Well whatever it was, apparently it had `TERROR` written all over it and they were going to show it to her. Before she could even blurt out that she'd pass on seeing the terror of this warp thing, it was too late. Oh...great....apparently this thing they were going to use was the power of chaos...and it was called the Bloodthirster. "Yeah...this definitely screams out a happy ending..." Mumbling out those words in an irritated fashion as some weird reflex, the blond with glowing gold optics obviously didn't have many options in this situation.
In fact, now they were trying to get...closer to her?! CRAP! The more panic she felt, the less control she had over the potency of her powers when they were going to be used again. Going overkill wasn't something she enjoyed and more importantly she didn't like devastating or even destroying masses of land which her powers had a nasty habit of doing when she felt as though she had little to no control. These guys were nuts, even as they fell to the abyss and onward to their death...which...she didn't feel so great about even if they were murderous psychopaths...they were prideful in their battle cry. Why...why were they doing this?! Running away would be the smart thing to do, especially when Kharn tried to launch an attack on her but missed only to chop off one of his own minion...thing's arms...yikes! Terra didn't even want to fathom what might of happened if he didn't miss!
Crouching down to the ground, seeing that thing being summoned by what looked like a large red hole...that just had to take first place in the list of ugliest but coolest things she's ever seen. If it wasn't going to kill her, she'd probably think it rocked buuuut nope, that thing even charged when it fully got out from its little summon spot. What to do what to do what to do?! Freaking out in the depths of her mind as she shut her eyes before putting her arms over her head like a failed attempt to shield herself from becoming nothing more than shreds, it seemed as though her powers kicked into gear and brought the piece of earth down rather quickly kind of like an elevator. So dark....and warm....was she dead? No that couldn't be it...it would of hurt a lot more. Reopening her eyes, they regained their normal sapphire color and when she looked around, it was like being in a somewhat thin rocky tube.
Carefully moving her arms down while tilting her head upward, there was a large shadow cast over and...a...HEAD?! Wanting to scream...and throw up on an empty stomach, she slapped one hand over her mouth and had just enough room to swiftly move her other arm up into an upper cut to bounce the decapitated head back up and out of the hole by a few feet to get it away before it could bonk her. Ugh...she could even feel her left eye twitch a couple of times at the thought of how many more chunks of nasty body parts were lingering around up there. Thinking that maybe by some miraculous miracle she some how regained control over her powers and would be able to do exactly what she intended with them, about to move the sunken rock up so she could get an aerial view of things...her eyes flicked back to that golden glow like two little light bulbs on a Christmas tree and as the rock cut itself out of the ground...things got warmer and warmer. Oh no...no no no no no...."Don't lose control...c'mon c'mon....." again with the worry infested words she said to herself before levitating that chunk of rock that could only fit her and possibly one other scrawny person to get herself out of the hole like an elevator and into the sky now getting to see the carnage from above. It even triggered a burst of lava to follow after her but only really erupted and let out a huge sigh of relief that she didn't get splashed by the molten rock. Not a pretty sight...not a pretty sight at all, definitely lots of blood and guts below!
Getting to her feet, slightly adjusting her stance sort of like a skate boarder to maintain a sense of balance, the rock moved itself forward and she yelled out in a taunting tone so it could hear her from where she was up up in the sky unless it was totally deaf, then Kharn and his buddies would be the only ones hearing it, "HEY UGLY! Is that all ya got?! 'Cause it looks like you missed me, ya giant lizard goat with wings!" Apparently that was the best thing she could come up with for a petty insult and part of her wished for more material to work with in the witty retort department. It hurt to move her arms but she quickly stuck her fingers at the corners of her mouth to stretch it a bit before sticking her tongue out at it. That was only for a second though before she grinned and swung her hands down for a moment before bringing them back up and pushing forward. Yeah, her powers were DEFINITELY not within her complete control since that motion not only brought up a chunk of land that could fit a house on it with some dead innocent bystanders on it and some of Kharn's lackeys in the event they didn't try to get off to be flung at the Bloodthirster they called on, but it also triggered yet another violent eruption of hot molten rock to burst forth from below. This area was definitely taking a beating from Terra's abilities following through with its nasty habit of triggering natural disasters ...and it probably didn't help that some massive ship crashed into it before she could even do much of anything.
In case that didn't work, she was getting ready to maneuver herself so she wouldn't be this thing's snack so soon.

The Bloodthrister let out a roar of anger when it missed the girl. It let out terrifying noises, appropriate in a Lovecraft novel, but did not make any actual language. It was more the sound of anger incarnate as opposed to words. Still, it pressed on, flying upwards, ignoring the lava below. It gripped it's might axe, and held it back, but also gripped something else from it's side- a spiked whip. It attempted to let it out, make it grab Terra's feet as so it could gore her- but suddenly stopped, and let out a painful roar, before disappearing...
[Moments Before]
Meanwhile, below, Kharn and his Berzerkers attempted to avoid the lava...however, this was mute. In their restlessness, they began to fight among themselves- lopping off each others heads, arms, kicking each other in the stomach, even falling on their own swords. Kharn merely watched, with no real reason to join in on the slaughter. He stumbled back, away from the lava. As he turned his back for just a moment, in an attempt to get a better look at the Bloodthirster, he felt his urge for blood fade away for a moment...when he looked back again, he saw hot magma consume some of the berzerkers- and they seemed to care not.
Truth be told, Kharn only cared slightly himself. The World Eaters had seized to really be a brotherhood since the days of the Horus Heresy. Since the lobotomies...the ones that they all received, to negate fear and heighten bloodlust...but if it was a constant, why was he thinking of other such things now? Why did he not join in on the endless slaughter, and fall to the lava as well? And...what was that buzzing in his head? He felt his arms fall limp, dropping the gorechild and collapsing to his knees, coughing.
'Brother Kharn...tsk tsk tsk. Is that really the way for the avatar of Khorne to act? Really now. You should join the slaughter! Enjoy yourself. Why do you deny it? Is it because of...me?...hm...that was un-forseen...' Kharn barely had time to recognize the voice as one he had heard before- even at that, he had forgotten who it belonged to. Thoughts began to stray from his head. The Blood God was less the a memory in his thick skull, his surroundings even more so. He muttered to himself, unintelligible, in the same language that the bloodthirster spoke. While the sounds of bloodshed surrounded him from both his brothers and the battle of the Bloodthirster, the faint 'buzzing' in the back of his head grew louder. Then, suddenly, there was white for Kharn the Betrayer. His mind ceased to exist for the moment. In place of it, was a stranger's mind, cooped with a dripping seething dogma and hate. "While perhaps it was un-foreseen...It will likely not be a problem. Don't you agree, Kharn?"The voice that came from Kharn's lips was far different. A smooth, eloquent voice, that one imagined that would be befitting of someone that you would meet at an English tea party or the like. He chuckled dryly to himself, as he stood up, and gripped Kharn's Gorechild. Kharn's eye visors glowed a noticeable blue at this point. He stood, and just as the Bloodthirster was about to twirl it's whip out, he landed a solid axe blow to the back before revving up the 'chain' part of the 'chainaxe.' The Bloodthirster let out a yell, and disbursed along the area. It's body turned a light blue and gathered about the fallen Khornate Berzerkers- at least those that hadn't melted beneath the stone that Terra lifted so chaotically. 'Kharn' spoke out to Terra, floating upon her rocks. His tone was far different, his voice, his manners, his everything, to this 'new' Kharn. "Hm...I do believe that saying hello would be quite...inappropriate about now?"

Woah...it had a whip?! On top of that it knew...HOW to use the whip it had?! THAT got her to freeze a bit like deer in headlights about to be hit by a big semi-truck complete with a slight jaw drop. Lucky for her that thing disappeared because...well, it was just about to get a grip on good ol' Terra, quite literally too. Plus, the noises it made sounded like something out of a game or something, one of those monsters that the hero goes against that's just stupid and only knows how to flail its claws and go RAWR. So it was no wonder the fact it could actually wield anything was a major throw off but she got even more thrown off when it just...poofed. That's right, vanish into thin air!
Shaking her head a couple of times in complete and utter disbelief that something like that would just vanish, then looked a little more along the lines of confused and shocked. Now was as good time as any to get out of here, as far away as she could...! Wait...but then something odd became the wrench in her runaway plans...Kharn, the guy who was trying to KILL her was in a position that looked like HE killed that thing off! What the...that didn't make any sense to her, not even a little! Not like she wasn't thankful but it was just weird to say the very least, maybe even messed up. Especially because she actually finally did a number on this guy's just as crazy attack jerks. Like those commercials trying to sell you a nifty product, there was a `BUT WAIT! THERE'S MORE!` moment going on...he sounded like some kinda guy you'd expect to be at a tea party sipping on tea like a complete and total gentleman!
Not only did her jaw drop again, but her glowing gold optics widened as her hands dropped to the side before moving her not so injured arm up to point at him. Did...did he just say something coherent that didn't involve blood, skulls, burn, maim, or something destructive...?! IT'S A TRAP! Captain Ackbar agrees, this has his seal of approval in Terra's paranoid mind It had to be! Shaking her head once more, she regained a kinda normal composure and crossed her arms over her chest before quirking a brow Terra sees what you did there! as she spoke down to him in her usual tomboyish manner with a hint of slight sarcasm, "What gave you that idea, huh? The being surrounded by corpses thanks to you and your crazy buddies trying to get blood for the blood god or being surrounded by lava?" With those words, she didn't lower her little levitating rock or anything since right now she didn't know WHAT was going on. Naturally, her paranoid nature was making her as cautious as could be...
Wait a second...even from up there she could see it...his eyes were blue now...awkward! Maybe she'd ask later...for now...she fed her curiosity the excuse that it was because he's an alien thing from outer space. Besides, she was pretty sure she could hold her position in the sky all day! Unfortunately for her though, it was a little too early to let this `victory` get to her, in fact...she got a little dizzy and a pinch bit light headed and uncrossed her arms to rest her palms on her forehead not too long after those snarky inquiring words passed her lips. Great...this was all finally catching up to her a bit....and now her stance looked like she might collapse or flop on her side. Well...at least she was keeping herself from passing out! Besides, the freaky...yet...not bad all around change about this Kharn guy was enough motivation to fight off the recoil of her abilities at this time.
If she was lucky he wasn't going to try anything crazy again for the buhjillionth time.

"Ah, what inspiring courage, yelling at the one whom holds your own life within his fingertips. If a bit...unproductive, don't you think?"
A faint chuckle was heard once again, slightly condesending in it's origin. He turned his head for a moment, looking back the the still fighting group of Berzerkers.
"Look at them girl. Is it not beautiful? Their faith in the chaos gods so strong, that their fierce dedication leads them to choose self-destruction in their fervor? Is there not something poetic about that? Something admirable?"
The spray blood that was spilled so 'fevorously' inside the fray of the Berzerkers was not one that 'Kharn' imagned that most would think beautiful...then again, not most were not servants of the ruinous powers, able to appriciate the smallest forms of life, the glorious art of battle, the constant changing of our universe, as well as the beautiful ecstacys that exist in it.
A rumbling came from below the rock. Those that had fallen stood up once more, colored differently, with no sign of life within them. Bodies were violently expelled from the armor in the same way that the bloodthirster was expelled, as it sealed up in a standing position. Blue began to trickle down their bloodied armor, as they stood, mechanical in a way. Within their helmets, glowed a faint blue light, that seemed to signal that the armor was now devoid of life...or was it?

Inspiring courage...what was he talking about? What she just said was inspiring courage? Dropping her injured arm to her side while leaving one hand on her forehead, she couldn't help but look a bit confused. Did hell freeze over and start handing out sushi ice cream? This Kharn guy actually made sense with his little hint off how he held the cards right now. Even though she wouldn't admit it out loud, she wasn't sure how much more of this she could take and just wanted to crawl away in a cave to curl up and sleep pretending this was all just a bad dream...no wait make that horrible nightmare. It wasn't going to be productive if he started going all nutso again...taking advantage of this personality make over would probably be the best route for now...at least until she felt a little better and up to saving humanity.
Wait...was that a chuckle she heard? Ok...hell owed her some sushi ice cream...this guy now had a sense of humor that didn't involve her immediate death. Though, when he looked over to those guys who killed a bunch of innocents and were now going after themselves...he made it sound like what they were doing was sort of artistic. What got her a little worried is this scenario had a bit of dejavu, logic out of something brutal...but she hadn't before. In fact, she thought this whole lava thing was a mess and was worried about using her powers any further. Their faith in these so called chaos gods being beautiful and almost poetic? Really, what were these chaos gods doing for them to make them so determined...? Then again, she'd give them the fact that they were determined, very determined, even.
In a strange way...with the way he put it...she kinda looked up to these crazy, blood thirsty guys...they were able to get to their goal and she couldn't. She couldn't reach the goal she wanted to no matter how hard she tried but they had one thing in common: they didn't give up. That was admirable, at least to her. Not their slaughtering, but just their will power to go get what they want. The natural disasters going on around them seemed to calm down a bit since she didn't feel as panicked, even her eyes regained their normal sky blue color rather than that glowing gold tint. But as she fixated on his crazy minions below...something weird happened to them. Kinda similar to that bloodthirster thing that probably would of killed her off with ease.
Lowering herself down a bit, she just sat down on her chunk of floating rock, letting her feet hang off the edge and bringing her hand off of her forehead to put it at edge. "Maybe you've got a point, maybe....those guys are pretty determined, I'll give em' that much. ....and why are they kinda...glowy now?" Pausing for a moment after her statement and couple of questions. Bringing one hand to the back of her head, lightly scratching it, she couldn't help but feel a little nervous since it was still weird and her paranoid nature was prodding at her brain and thoughts not to let her guard down all the way. "Er...so...uh....why did you try to kill me before and then outta the clear blue save me? I don't mean to sound ungrateful n' all cause I am, y'know, grateful for you saving me from that thing...but you gotta admit it's a little...I don't know...strange...?"
Shrugging a bit and giving off that `Honestly, I don't get it, explain?` sort of composure. Maybe she'd retry an introduction later but for now, she'd try to get some answers before that window closed itself.
